    公务员的使命效价与工作热情关系研究——基于资源保存理论视角的研究

    磁性抛光对3D打印微结构的参数影响

    对微结构精密加工时要能够控制高低不平的材料去除,以保证不破坏微结构原来的三维形貌特征。通过自行搭建的实验平台对3D打印出来的微结构工件进行抛光实验,主要研究了机床主轴转速、加工间隙、抛光时间和抛光路径等工艺参数对微结构抛光后的三维轮廓材料去除特性以及微结构的保形情况。实验结果表明:微结构保形系数随着抛光时间增加而变小,而主轴转速和加工间隙的变化对保形系数影响较小;采用等高线移动式抛光的保形系数比采用水平移动式大;相同工艺参数抛光对包体状和圆环阵列微结构工件保形效果较好,对三棱锥工件保形效果较差。国家自然科学基金(51675453);;深圳市科技计划项目(JCYJ20160517103720819

    Study on Remove of Free-Form Surface Structure by Magnetic Polishing

    磁性抛光因柔性工具的工件表面适应性高而具有较好的应用潜力。自行设计抛光工具头,制备磁性抛光体,搭建试验平台,并对不锈钢平面工件进行定点抛光试验,平均去除效率为0.231μm/10min,且工件表面质量得到了很大的改善,验证了该磁性抛光方法的可行性。继而对两种自由曲面结构工件进行抛光:一是采用工具头水平移动式、工具头等高线移动式两种不同的抛光进给运动方式对不同曲率的不锈钢工件进行抛光去除试验,试验证明:两种抛光方式对每个曲率的轮廓均有去除能力,去除量在0.14~1.33μm之间;二是对3D打印的光敏树脂微结构自由曲面定点抛光,单位时间去除效率在8.957~12.587μm/10min之间,且改善了轮廓的光滑度。初步试验表明,磁性抛光方法对两种自由曲面结构均有一定的去除能力,可进一步探索磁性抛光技术应用于自由曲面结构确定性抛光。Magnetic polishing technique has wide application potential due to the high adaptability of flexible tool to the workpiece surface. The relevant polishing tools were developed, and a test platform was established in the paper. The workpiece finish had been greatly improved after spot polishing on stainless steel flat parts, and the average removal efficiency was 0.231μm/10 min, which verified the feasibility of the magnetic polishing method. Then two kinds of free-form surface structures were polished by magnetic polishing method. First, stainless steel parts with different curvatures were polished by two different polishing feed movement ways. Experimental results showed that two polishing methods had the ability to remove the contours of each curvature, and the removal amount falls between 0.14-1.33μm. Secondly, the removal efficiency was between 8.957-12.587μm/10 min after spot polishing the microstructured free-form surface, and the smoothness of the contour is improved. Preliminary experiments showed that the magnetic polishing method had the ability to remove both free-form surface structures, so it can explore further magnetic polishing technology used in deterministic polishing of free-form surface structure.深圳科技计划项目(JCYJ20160517103720819

    剩余消费比率、风险溢酬和经济波动——基于外部习惯的连续时间一般均衡模型

    2008年的金融危机再次引发了人们对现有宏观经济模型的反思,大量文献试图将金融部门纳入宏观模型。近年来,连续时间框架下的金融中介模型具有高度非线性、内生波动、时变风险溢酬和稳态随机等特点。这不仅使之在刻画金融市场与实体经济的互动关系和拟合经济现实等方面更具优势,同时也为融合宏观经济与资产定价提供了新的思路。以剩余消费比率作为度量投资者风险容忍度的状态变量,在连续时间下将基于消费的传统资产定价模型推广到了包含宏观变量的一般均衡模型,并利用机器学习求解了该模型。在边际消费倾向递减的假设下,谨慎性储蓄使得家庭消费在状态较差时对负向冲击更敏感,从而导致逆周期的消费波动、低风险容忍度和高风险溢酬。结果表明,该模型除了可以刻画消费波动、谨慎性储蓄和风险溢酬与状态变量剩余消费比率的非线性关系外,还能较好地匹配负向冲击发生后风险溢酬、无风险利率、夏普比率等资产价格变量和投资、经济产出等宏观经济变量的变化。国家自然科学基金面上项目“波动率微笑:隐含信息与动态建模”(71471155),国家自然科学基金面上项目“衍生品市场隐含的投资者情绪:提取、分析与应用”(71871190),国家自然科学基金重大项目“中国制度与文化背景下公司财务政策的理论与实践研究”(71790601

    Study on Electrocatalytic Oxidation of sec-Butyl Alcohol on Pt Electrode Modified with Adatoms

    运用电化学循环伏安和石英晶体微天平研究了HClO4溶液中仲丁醇在Pt电极及以Sb和S吸附原子修饰的Pt(Pt/Sbad和Pt/Sad)电极上的电催化氧化过程 .从电极表面质量变化可以看出 ,仲丁醇的氧化与电极表面的氧物种有着极其密切的关系 .Pt电极表面Sb吸附原子可在较低的电位下吸附氧 ,明显提高仲丁醇的氧化活性 .与Pt电极相比 ,Sb吸附原子修饰的Pt电极使仲丁醇氧化的峰电位负移约 10 0mV .相反 ,Pt电极表面S吸附原子的氧化会消耗表面氧物种 ,抑制仲丁醇的氧化 .从电极表面质量变化提供了吸附原子电催化作用的数据The processes of adsorption and oxidation of sec butyl alcohol on Pt electrode and Pt electrodes modified with Sb and S (Pt/Sb ad and Pt/S ad ) were studied by using cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM). The results demonstrated that the oxidation of sec butyl alcohol depends strongly on oxidation states of electrode surface. Sb adatoms on Pt surface can adsorb oxygen at relatively low potentials, and exhibit catalytic effects for sec butyl alcohol oxidation. In comparison with the case of Pt electrode, the oxidation peak potential of sec butyl alcohol on Pt surface modified with Sb was negatively shifted about 100 mV. On the contrary, the oxidation of S adatoms consumes oxygen species on Pt electrode surface. As a consequence, the oxidation of sec butyl alcohol was inhibited by the presence of S ad .     Developing On-site,Quick Screening Platform for Artificial Pigments in Food Using Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy

    已有研究表明食品加工过程中添加的人工合成色素不仅不能提供营养物质,而且可能是导致小儿多动症的来源之一,影响儿童智力发育.基于表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)原理和便携式拉曼光谱仪,提出了一种非定向的现场快速筛查方法.该方法只需对疑似含有人工合成色素的固体或液体状食品样品进行简单前处理,即可进行SERS检测.样品前处理和检测的总时长不超过15 min,检出质量浓度在1 mg/L水平,可有效满足政府职能部门的现场执法需求.除具有快速、方便、灵敏度高等特点之外,该检测方法的最大优势在于实现了未知样品的现场非定向测试:在同一种前处理过程和检测方法下,可对食品中常添加的亮蓝、胭脂红、日落黄、柠檬黄、苋菜红和诱惑红6种人工合成色素进行快速鉴定和半定量分析.As widely used additives in food processing,artificial pigments have no any nutrition but are potential sources of hyper-activity and affect the intellectual development of children.On the basis of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy( SERS) and portable Raman instrument,we developed a non-targeting,on-site and quick screening platform for artificial pigments in food matrix. SERS measurement could be carried out after the food matrix( either in solid or liquid states) being simply pretreated for 15 min.The detectable concentration is as low as 1 mg / L,a level meeting the demand of the on-site enforcement by the government.Besides the advantages of quick,easy-on-going,and high sensitivity,the most distinguished point of SERS is the non-targeting qualitative on-site detection for the typical pigment additives,including brilliant blue,carmine,sunset yellow,lemon yellow,amaranth and allura red,et al.,while both the pretreatment procedure and the SERS detection remain the same.国家自然科学基金(21473140);; 福建省高校产学合作项目(2016Y4012);; 中央高校基本科研业务费专项(2072016011

    Correlation analysis between bone metabolism and blood stasis in perimenopausal women

    目的探讨围绝经期女性骨代谢状况与"血瘀"的关联性。方法 132例符合纳入标准的围绝经期女性按年龄每5岁为一组,分为4组,采用电化学发光法检测不同阶段Ⅰ型胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTX)、骨钙素N-端中分子片段(N-MID)等骨代谢指标,同时检测血液流变学指标,并对其进行"血瘀"量化评分、甲襞微循环评分,相关数据采用多元回归等统计学进行分析。结果 PINP与全血中切粘度、血瘀量化评分、甲襞微循环评分存在显著的正相关(P<0.01);β-CTX与血瘀量化评分、甲襞微循环评分存在显著的正相关(P<0.01),与红细胞电泳时间存在显著负相关(P<0.01),与全血低切粘度、红细胞刚性指数存在正相关(P<0.05);N-MID与全血中切粘度、血瘀量化评分、甲襞微循环评分存在显著正相关(P<0.01)与全血低切粘度存在正相关(P<0.05)。结论围绝经女性骨代谢状况与"血瘀"关系密切,血瘀是导致围绝经女性骨代谢状况发生变化而发生骨质疏松的重要因素之一。Objective To discuss the correlation between bone metabolism and blood stasis in perimenopausal women. Me thods132 cases of perimenopausal women meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into 4 groups by every 5-year age. Type I collagen amino-terminal propeptide( PINP),carboxy-terminal peptide β special sequence( β-CTX),and molecular osteocalcin N- terminal fragment( N-MID) were detected with electrochemical luminescence at different stages. Blood rheology,blood stasis quantitative score,and microcirculation score were simultaneously detected. Data were analyzed using multiple regression method. Re sults PINP was positively correlated with shear viscosity of whole blood,blood stasis quantitative score,and microcirculation score( P <0. 01). β-CTX was positively correlated with blood stasis quantitative score,microcirculation score,lowshear whole blood viscosity,and erythrocyte rigidity index( P < 0. 01),but was negatively correlated with erythrocyte electrophoresis time( P <0. 01). N-MID was positively correlated with whole blood viscosity,blood stasis quantitative score,microcirculation score( P <0. 01),and lowshear whole blood viscosity( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Bone metabolism and blood stasis are closely related in perimenopausal women.
