Hyperphosphorylation of Cx43 at serine 368 correlates with prolonged QRS complex in myocarditis

重组蛋白PTD-HSP27进入细胞保护视网膜神经节细胞抗氧化损伤
【目的】观察重组蛋白PTD-HSP27穿透视网膜视神经节细胞RGC-5的能力及其效率,测定重组蛋白PTD-HSP27对氯化钴(CoCl2)诱导的视网膜神经节细胞(RGC-5)细胞损伤的保护作用并初步探讨其机制。【方法】用FITC标记重组蛋白PTD-HSP27,荧光显微镜观察PTD-HSP27-FITC的穿透细胞膜的能力,用紫外分光光度计检测PTD-HSP27-FITC的穿膜效率,随后建立RGC-5细胞损伤模型。实验分为正常对照组、CoCl2损伤组、PTD-HSP27+CoCl2处理组,分别进行相应处理后,通过Annexin V-FITC/PI双染法检测各组细胞凋亡比例;Western Blotting检测各组细胞Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase-3等凋亡相关蛋白的表达水平。【结果】荧光显微镜下观察到重组蛋白PTD-HSP27-FITC能够有效通过细胞膜进入RGC-5细胞内,其进入细胞的效率为(47.29±2.33)%。CoCl2浓度依赖性地抑制RGC-5细胞存活率。比较正常对照组、CoCl2损伤组和PTD-HSP27+CoCl2处理组的检测结果示:PTD-HSP27能有效抑制CoCl2诱导的RGC-5细胞早期凋亡(P<0.01);PTD-HSP27能有效提高Bcl-2/Bax的表达比例,并抑制Caspase-3的激活(P<0.01)。【结论】重组蛋白PTD-HSP27能有效地穿过细胞膜进入RGC-5细胞内,且对CoCl2诱导的RGC-5细胞氧化应激损伤有保护作用,机制可能是通过调控Bcl-2/Bax的蛋白比例抑制细胞的早期凋亡
三嵌段聚合物搭载藻蓝蛋白对人晶状体上皮细胞氧化损伤的保护作用
【目的】观察三嵌段聚合物搭载藻蓝蛋白PPP-PC对2,2-偶氮(2-甲基丙基咪)二盐酸盐(AAPH)诱导的人晶状体上皮细胞氧化损伤后细胞形态及活力的影响,探索三嵌段聚合物搭载藻蓝蛋白对人晶状体上皮细胞氧化损伤的保护作用并初步探讨其机制。【方法】构建并纯化三嵌段聚合物搭载藻蓝蛋白,并建立AAPH诱导人晶状体上皮细胞氧化损伤模型;实验分为正常对照组、AAPH损伤组、PPP-PC+AAPH处理组,分别进行相应处理后,通过荧光倒置显微镜观察各组细胞形态及活力;应用AnnexinV-FITC/PI双染法流式细胞仪检测各组细胞凋亡比例;蛋白免疫印迹法检测各组细胞Bax、Bcl-2和Caspase-3凋亡相关蛋白的表达水平。【结果】荧光显微镜下显示PPP-PC+AAPH处理组细胞形态与正常对照组细胞相似,细胞活力较AAPH损伤组有所提高;PPP-PC+AAPH处理组凋亡细胞比例为11.70%(10.63%,12.17%),比AAPH损伤组细胞凋亡比例32.35%(30.17%,33.42%)明显下降(P<0.05);与AAPH损伤组相比,PPP-PC+AAPH处理组Bcl-2表达增加而Bax表达减少,Caspase-3表达减少(P<0.05)。【结论】三嵌段聚合物搭载藻蓝蛋白对AAPH诱导的人晶状体上皮细胞氧化损伤具有保护作用,能抑制细胞凋亡,其机制可能是通过下调Bax/Bcl-2表达比例,抑制Caspase-3激活
STUDY ON THE MECHANISM OF ALUMINA CERAMIC SHAPE MEMORY MECHANISM
采用粒径为0.5微米的自制氧化铝超细粉,采用低温快烧工艺在CaO—MgO—Al2O3—SiO2体系中制备了氧化铝含量为95.84%的95氧化铝陶瓷管壳和纯氧化铝陶瓷管壳。氧化铝陶瓷管壳在煅烧过程中发生了形状记忆,氧化铝含量不同,发生形状记忆的温度也不同。95瓷管壳在1200℃开始发生变形,1400℃开始回复原来的状态;而纯氧化铝瓷1250℃开始发生变形,1500℃开始回复原来的状态。对各个温度煅烧的95瓷坯料进行XRD分析表明陶瓷内没有相变的发生,说明氧化铝陶瓷的形状记忆效应不是由相变引起的。初步探讨了氧化铝陶瓷管壳形状记忆效应的机理。The submicrometer alumina superfine powder with 0.5 micrometer particle size was prepared and used as the raw material of alumina ceramic tubes with alumina content of 95.84% and 100%. The ceramic bodies were shaped by isostatic pressing and sintered at different temperature from 800℃ to 1600℃for 2h and then cooled with the furnace. Then the ceramic tubes were observed, results indicated that the 95 ceramic tube began to distort at 1200℃and began to recovery the original shape at 1400℃, while the pure alumina ceramic tube began to distort at 1250℃ and start to recovery at 1550℃. XRD was used to analyse the phase of the ceramic sintered at different temperature. Results showed that the ceramic crystal phase was the same during tile ceramic shape distort, which indicated that the alumina ceramic shape memory effect was not caused by phase transition. Preparation of High Performance Grccn Alumina Ceramic Balls by Roller Production Waste
To reuse roller waste as a raw material of high performance green ceramic balls,three kinds of white alumina ceramic balls whose wear resistance were 2-3 times of the best high alumina ceramic ball with 90% Al2O3 were prepared,and the Al2O3 content of the prepared balls was 75%.It is found that the effect of calcia and magnesia on the wear resistance of ceramic balls is contrast to the accepted one:the wear rate of the ceramic balls prepared in CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system is the lowest and the wear rate of the ceramic balls prepared in MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 is the highest.The main crystal phase of the ceramic ball is mullite and corundum.The ceramic ball granular is uniform and fine with 4-5μm average size.The pore diameter is about 2μm.The wear way of the ceramic balls is mainly transcrystalline fracture.the National Natural Science Fundation of China(No.50272016),Guangxi 2003 Degree Authorzation Office academic Construction Fun,and Natural Science Fund of Guangxi Education Department(No.[2004]4
Remote sensingdetected mariculture changes in Dongshan Bay
运用lAndSAT卫星序列遥感数据的监督分类方法,识别与分析了东山湾网箱养殖和延绳式养殖两种海水养殖类型的时空变化。1999—2012年间东山湾海水养殖面积扩大了10倍,大型海藻养殖为主的延绳式养殖面积约为以鱼类与贝类养殖为主的网箱养殖面积的5.6倍。东山湾的养殖布局为适应海湾水质特点而逐年调整,网箱养殖区主要集中在水交换能力较强的湾口,延绳式养殖主要集中在营养盐高、水交换能力略弱的湾内。以大型海藻养殖为主的海水养殖大规模扩展,对海湾富营养化趋势起到缓解作用,但规模过大的海水养殖介入可能诱发主要表现在氮循环上的海湾生态系统不稳定。Using supervised classification method of Landsat satellite sequence remote sensing data,historical changes both cage and longline culture method types of aquaculture farming of Dongshan Bay were identified and analyzed.From 1999 to 2012,the mariculture area expanded ten times while the longline culture-based is5.6times the area of cages culture-based.Reasonable mariculture pattern were adjusted year and year to fit the water quality distribution within the bay.Cage culture zones of the bay were mainly concentrated in waters near tidal inlet with strong exchange capacity,while longline culture zones were mainly distributed in the area far away from the bay mouth where the water exchange capacity was a litter poor but nutrient was rich.Massive expansion of seaweed farming dominated aquaculture structure in the bay had played an important role in mitigation eutrophic tendency in bay.However as its nitrogen circulation revealed,excessive intervention process of mariculture may induce instability in the ecosystem.国家海洋公益性行业科研专项经费项目资助(201005012
放射性碳素测定年代报告(三八)
本报告发表的是中国社会科学院考古研究所考古科技实验研究中心碳十四实验室和中国科学院地球环境研究所西安加速器质谱测试中心在2007~2011年期间测定的40个考古数据。数据表示方式与以往所发报告相同。为方便应用另做如下几点说明。1.碳十四年代半衰期按5568年计算。2.校正年代所用程序为OxCal,校正曲线为1998年公布版本。3.与以往报告相同,所给年代误差范围均为±16,年代范围的概率分布为68.2%。4.由于树轮年代校正曲线各区段形状不同,校正后年代范围可能形成几组,总合概率为68.2%(与过去报告中总合概率表示为100%相同)。5.校正均按单一样品方式处理。6.数据均作碳十三</p
