    Studies on the Improvement of Selectivity of VOx/SBA-15 Catalysts for the Oxidative Dehydrogenation of Propane to Propene

    如何提高目标产物的选择性是低碳烷烃选择氧化反应面临的重要问题之一。本文针对丙烷氧化脱氢制丙烯反应(ODHP),研究了碱金属的添加和制备方法对VOx/SBA-15催化剂的结构、氧化还原性和酸碱性及ODHP性能的影响。结果如下: 1)考察了碱金属的添加对具有单一活性中心(分立的VO4四面体)的VOx/SBA-15催化剂上丙烷氧化脱氢反应性能的影响,发现碱金属的加入可以显著改善丙烯的选择性。在相同的丙烷转化率时,丙烯选择性提高了~10%。Raman、H2-TPR、Py-IR、NH3-TPD等结果表明,少量(Cs/V≤0.05时)碱金属的加入,并未改变活性中心的结构及其可还原性能,但明显降低了催化剂...The issue of improving the selectivity to the desired product is the most important in the case of selective oxidation of light alkanes.     铁蛋白普遍存在于生物体内,具有铁离子解毒和储存等功能。在构建脂多糖刺激的中华绒螯蟹cDNA文库的基础上,获得了中华绒螯蟹铁蛋白基因EsFer的cDNA序列,其全长为1118bp,包含480bp的开放阅读框,推测编码的蛋白质为159氨基酸,其5′和3′端的非编码区分别为178bp和461bp,预测的分子量为18.3ku,理论等电点为5.81,在15~37aa处有一个跨膜螺旋。在5′非编码区核甘酸序列的135~162的位置有个特殊的结构,即铁反应元件(iron response element,IRE)。通

    根据高精度非球面表面检测的要求,设计了一种用于微纳精度测量的光学非球面检测平台伺服控制系统。系统基于DSP芯片控制技术,采用Ti公司生产的TMS320F2812芯片为运动控制电路的核心;基于Windows操作平台和CCS2.0集成开发工具进行软件开发。系统设计的目的是实现平台的多轴运动控制及伺服运动控制系统的软硬件模块的扩展。通过试验和运动仿真对系统的稳定性和精度进行了分析,分析结果表明系统达到了较高的定位控制精度。According to the requirements of high precision measurement of aspheric surfaces,a servo control system which was used for the micro-nanometer accuracy measurement platform for optical aspheric surfaces was established.The system was based on the control technology of high performance DSP chip.The chip,TMS320F2812 produced by Ti Company,was as the core of motion control circuit.Under Windows operating system and CCS2.0,the software development was accomplished.The system was designed to achieve multi-axis motion control and to expand the hardware and software module for the servo motion control part.The stability and accuracy of the system was analyzed separately by simulation and experiment.The results show that the system has better performance in positioning control.国家863高技术研究发展计划资助项目(8638042416);; 厦门大学创新团队资助项

    Resolving Excitation Emission Matrix Spectroscopy of Estuarine CDOM with Parallel Factor Analysis and Its Application in Organic Pollution Monitoring

    [摘要:利用激发发射矩阵荧光光谱(EEMs) 并结合平行因子分析( PARAFAC) ,研究了九龙江口有色溶解有机物( CDOM) 的荧光组分特征及其河口动力学行为,并探讨其作为河口区有机污染示踪指标的可行性. 利用PARAFAC 模型识别出九龙江口CDOM 由2 类4 个荧光组分组成,即类腐殖质荧光组分C1 ( 240,310 /382 nm)、C2 ( 230,250,340 /422 nm)、C4 ( 260,390 /482 nm) 及类蛋白质荧光组分C3(225,275 /342 nm) . 模型结果表明,传统寻峰法指认的短波类腐殖质A 峰区域(240 ~ 290 /380 ~480 nm) 实际上并非一个单独的荧光峰,而是若干荧光组分的组合,并且它与传统上指认的长波区海源类腐殖质M 峰、陆源类腐殖质C 峰之间存在内在联系. 包含M 峰的C1 组分在河口区随盐度增加呈稀释降低趋势,表明M 峰并不能被认为是海洋来源的专有特征峰. 类腐殖质组分C1 和C2 在盐度< 6 的河口最大浑浊带区表现出一定的添加行为,之后在河口混合过程中呈 保守行为,而类腐殖质荧光组分C4 则在整个河口混合过程中都呈保守行为. 类蛋白质荧光组分C3 在河口混合过程中呈不保守行为,并且在总荧光组分中所占比例在高盐度区呈上升趋势. EEM-PARAFAC 不仅可示踪九龙江不同支流DOM 的特征,并且还可很好地示踪九龙江口的有机污染程度.]、[Abstract:The distribution and estuarine behavior of fluorescent components of chromophoric dissolved organic matter ( CDOM) from Jiulong Estuary were determined by fluorescence excitation emission matrix spectroscopy (EEMs) combined with parallel factor analysis ( PARAFAC) . The feasibility of these components as tracers for organic pollution in estuarine environments was also evaluated. Four separate fluorescent components were identified by PARAFAC,including three humic-like components ( C1: 240,310 /382 nm; C2: 230,250,340 /422 nm; C4: 260,390 /482 nm) and one protein-like components (C3: 225,275 /342 nm) . These results indicated that UV humic-like peak A area designated by traditional“peak-picking method”was not a single peak but actually a combination of several fluorescent components,and it also had inherent links to so-called marine humic-like peak M or terrestrial humic-like peak C. Component C2 which include peak M decreased with increase of salinity in Jiulong Estuary,demonstrating that peak M can not be thought as the specific indicator of the“marine”humic-like component. Two humic-like components C1 and C2 showed additional behavior in the turbidity maximum region ( salinity < 6 ) and then conservative mixing behavior for the rest estuarine region,while humic-like components C4 showed conservative mixing behavior for the whole estuarine region. However,the protein-like component C3 showed nonconservative mixing behavior, suggesting it had autochthonous estuarine origin. EEMs-PARAFAC can provide fluorescent fingerprint to differentiate the DOM features for three tributaries of Jiulong River. The observed linear relationships between humic-like components and absorption coefficient a(280) with chemical oxygen demand (COD) and biological oxygen demand(BOD5 ) suggest that the optical properties of CDOM may provide a fast in-situ way to monitor the variation of the degree of organic pollution in estuarine environments.]国家自然科学基金项目( 40810069004, 40776041, 40676046) ;新世纪优秀人才支持计划项

    我们考察了碱金属铯的添加对具有单一活性中心(分立的VO4四面体)的VOx/SBA-15催化剂上丙烷氧化脱氢反应性能的影响,发现铯的加入可以显著改善丙烯的选择性.在相同的丙烷转化率时,丙烯选择性提高了约10%.对催化剂的X射线衍射,拉曼光谱,程序升温还原,吡啶吸附IR光谱和程序升温脱附表征结果表明,少量碱金属的加入,并未改变活性中心的结构及其可还原性能,但明显降低了催化剂表面酸量,尤其是B酸量,从而有利于产物丙烯的脱附,抑制了深度氧化产物COx的产生,提高了丙烯的选择性

    基于内毒素血症探讨皂术茵陈方对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎大鼠的影响

    目的 基于内毒素血症探讨皂术茵陈方防治非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)大鼠的影响及其作用机制。方法 采用随机数字表法将40只大鼠分为5组,即正常组、模型组、皂术茵陈方组、盐酸吡格列酮组及培菲康组,每组8只。除正常组外,其余32只大鼠采用高脂饮食16周建立大鼠NASH模型,在造模第9周开始,皂术茵陈方组给予皂术茵陈方水提液60 mg/(kg·d)灌胃,盐酸吡格列酮组给予盐酸吡格列酮10 mg/(kg·d)灌胃,培菲康组给予培菲康210 mg/(kg·d)灌胃,正常组及模型组均给予双蒸水10 mL/(kg·d)灌胃,共治疗8周。第16周末经腹主动脉取血,生化法检测肝组织甘油三酯(TG)水平,苏木精—伊红(HE)染色观察肝组织病理学变化。终点显色法检测血浆内毒素(LPS)含量。ELISA法检测肝组织肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6等炎症因子的表达水平。结果 与正常组比较,模型组大鼠肝组织显示出典型的NASH组织学特征,出现重度脂肪变性,不同程度的炎细胞浸润和坏死灶。大鼠肝湿重、肝指数、肝脏TG含量、血浆LPS水平、肝组织TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6等炎症因..

    活心丸(浓缩丸)治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照临床研究

    目的观察活心丸(浓缩丸)治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法本研究采用多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照研究方法,将480例气虚血瘀型冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者以3:1比例随机分为试验组(360例)和对照组(120例)。在西医常规治疗基础上,两组患者分别服用活心丸(浓缩丸)和安慰剂,1次2粒,每日3次;疗程8周。观察两组治疗前后主要指标(心绞痛症状积分)和次要指标(包括硝酸甘油减停率、中医证候积分及生活质量评价)及安全性。结果共454例患者完成试验(试验组336例,对照组118例)。与本组治疗前比较,试验组和对照组心绞痛症状积分和中医证候积分均降低,西雅图心绞痛量表评分改善(P<0.01);与对照组治疗后比较,试验组心绞痛症状积分、中医证候积分、西雅图心绞痛量表评分改善均优于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组心绞痛症状疗效总有效率为80.95%,硝酸甘油停减率为80.70%,中医证候疗效有效率80.65%,均高于对照组[36.44%、45.07%、38.99%(χ~2=58.21、40.94、66.55,P<0.01)]。试验组中既往有心梗史患者心绞痛症状总有效率为83.22%,中医证候有效率83.22%,西雅图心绞痛量表评分为(361.74±62.10)分,均高于无心梗史患者[60.92%、66.89%、(327.95±65.07)分(χ~2=13.89、13.26,P<0.01)]。治疗过程中未发生明显不良反应。结论活心丸(浓缩丸)治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病稳定性心绞痛疗效显著,尤其适用于既往有心梗病史的冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者,无明显不良反应。国家中医药管理局资助课题(No.国中医药科2016ZX04

    台湾杉群体遗传结构的研究

    本文以采自云南、贵州和台湾三个地区的九个台湾杉群体为材料,应用同工酶分析技术对其群体遗传结构进行了测定和分析,结果发现台湾杉的遗传多样性的几个指标P,A He(P=44.4%,A=1.5,He=0.141)均比一般针叶树种的平均值(P=67.7%,A=2.29,He=0.207)为低,推此较低的遗传多样性主要与台湾杉的进化历史有关,台湾杉的基因分化系数Gst(Gst=0.109)为0.109,符合其风媒异花授粉的特点。利用所获得的有关遗传多样性和群体遗传结构方面的数据不仅能对台湾杉属的分类提供新的佐证,更为实现对其更好的保护和利用提供了不可缺少的本底资料

    郭建平,东南大学艺术学院副教授,历史学博士。【中文摘要】画学、画论古籍序跋、题跋是阅读者在完成阅读之后,在书上手写的文字,或者表达对画论古籍版本优劣的判断,或传达其对画论文本内容的理解,或厘清画学著作的流传脉络,其自身承载了大量的文化信息,乃题跋作者思想精华之所在,而题跋作者一般为当时的著名文人、学者。所以,有关画学著作手跋及画学著录手跋作者的研究无疑具有一定学术意义。在明清时期,涉及画学著录的很多藏书家、著书者及手跋作者集中在江浙一带,他们之间以画学著录为中心,建立了—个生动、真实、立体的江南文人活动的生态圈。 【Abstract】The ancient books on painting study and painting theory are likely to have prefaces and postscripts which are handwritten by readers after their reading. Those prefaces and postscripts may include judgment of the quality of books' edition, the comprehension of the reader on the texts of that painting theory as well as messages about how the theory comes down from generation to generation. Meanwhile, prefaces and postscripts themselves carry numerous cultural information which may be the essence of the readers' thoughts. In addition, those readers who write prefaces and postscripts are usually famous scholars at that time. Therefore, the study on prefaces and postscripts of the ancient books and the study of the scholars who write them surely have academic value to some extent. Besides, most of those scholars live around Jiangsu and Zhejiang area.
