    Characteristics of matter and energy of some Casuarinaceae species in Dongshan County, Fujian Province

    对福建东山 7种木麻黄 (普通木麻黄、粗枝木麻黄、细枝木麻黄、肥木木麻黄、山神木麻黄、鸡冠木麻黄、滨海木麻黄 )及其距海岸不同远近的普通木麻黄的小枝的物质和能量特征进行了研究。结果表明 :(1)东山 7种木麻黄小枝的灰分含量、干重热值和去灰分热值因种而异 ,灰分含量在 3.0 6 %~ 5 .98%之间 ,干重热值在 19.4 6± 0 .0 7~ 2 0 .82± 0 .15 k J/ g之间 ,去灰分热值在2 0 .5 9± 0 .0 5~ 2 1.4 8± 0 .15 k J/ g之间 ;其中 ,山神木麻黄小枝的灰分含量最低 ,而干重热值和去灰分热值最高 ,符合理想燃料对低灰分含量和高热值的要求 ;木麻黄小枝具有相对较高的热值现象 (特别是山神木麻黄 )是在贫瘠的土壤条件下适应环境的结果 ,在小枝中进行了高能化合物的积累。木麻黄对环境的特殊适应也反映其主动适应环境的能力 ,是植物自身的高能量对物质的一种补偿作用 ;7种木麻黄小枝的干重热值与灰分含量具有显著的线性负相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;干重热值与粗脂肪含量具有极显著的线性正相关 (P<0 .0 1) ,而与蛋白质、可溶性糖含量相关性不显著 (P... 【英文摘要】 Characteristics of matter and energy in branchlets of seven Casuarinaceae species (Casuarina equisetifolia, C. gluca, C. cunninghamaina, C. obesa, C. collina, C. cristata and Allocasuarina littoralis) and Casuarina equisetifolia at different sites far from seashore in Dongshan County, Fujian Province were discussed in this paper.     云中山自然保护区地处福建省安溪县西北部 ,位于南亚热带与中亚热带过渡地带 ,气候温暖 ,雨量充沛 ,种子植物成分丰富 .有 12 3科 46 1属 871种 (含种以下等级 ) .区系地理成分分析表明 ,云中山种子植物区系是典型的热带起源 ,热带成分占 5 8.6 % ,其中以泛热带成分最多 (占 2 2 .8% ) ,同时兼容了大量的温带成分 (占 19.7% ) .Yunzhongshan Nature Reserve lies in the northwest of Anxi county, Fujian province. The climate is middle subtropical monsoon with rich rainfall and solar radiation. Excellent conditions made it abundant in species and complex in floristic elements. There are about 871 species of seed plants belonging to 123 families and 461 genera. The floristic analysis of geographic element indicated that the flora of Yunzhongshan Nature Reserve was derived typically from tropics, with this element of 58.6 percentage, and dominated by pan-tropic element ( 22.8%).     Relationship Analysis Among Four Plants of Casuarinaceae by RAPD

    应用RAPD技术对普通木麻黄(Casuarinaequisetifolia),粗枝木麻黄(C.gluca),细枝木麻黄(C.cunninghamaina)和滨海木麻黄(Allocasuarinalittoralis)的亲缘关系进行分析,从40个引物中筛选出18个重复性好、稳定性高的有效引物.18个有效引物共扩增出690条DNA带,其中多态性条带318条,占总扩增条带的46.09%.对扩增出来的690条DNA带进行聚类分析,结果表明:木麻黄属(Casuarina)的普通木麻黄、粗枝木麻黄和细枝木麻黄的平均遗传距离为0.30,其中细枝木麻黄和粗枝木麻黄的遗传距离特别小,为0.19;而异果木麻黄属(Allocasuarina)的滨海木麻黄与其他3种木麻黄的平均遗传距离为0.65.RAPD聚类分析结果表明,4种木麻黄之间的亲缘关系与血清学和化学分类学的结果一致,说明RAPD分子标记技术适用于木麻黄植物的遗传多样性研究.The phylogenetic relationships of four plants of Casuarinaceae, Casuarina equisetifolia, C. gluca, C. cunninghamaina and Allocasuarina littoralis were analyzed by RAPD. Eighteen random primers of high reproducible and stable quality were screened from 40 primers. The cluster analysis results of 690 amplified DNA fragments were indicated as follows: The average genetic distance among C. equisetifolia, C. gluca and C. cunninghamaina was 0.30. Of which the genetic distance between C. cunninghamaina and C. gluca was 0.19. While the average genetic distance between A. littoralis and three Casuarina species was 0.65. The results from RAPD cluster analysis were similar to serology and chemistry taxonomy, which demonstrated that RAPD molecular markers technology can be used for genetic diversity researches on species of Casuarinaceae.福建省自然科学基金重点项目资

    以福建东山引种的33个短枝木麻黄国际种源为材料,对小枝中的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、可溶性糖以及总酚、可溶性缩合单宁、结合态缩合单宁的含量进行测定.结果表明:福建东山引种的33个短枝木麻黄粗蛋白的含量平均为(11.08±1.93)%,粗脂肪含量平均为(2.37±0.51)%,可溶性糖含量平均为(5.30±1.00)%.大洋洲种源的短枝木麻黄的总酚含量较低(n=8),与非洲(n=5)和亚洲(n=20)种源的短枝木麻黄总酚含量差异显著;大洋洲种源的可溶性缩合单宁的含量与亚洲种源没有显著性差异,非洲种源的可溶性缩合单宁含量较其他两个洲种源的高;各洲种源的结合态缩合单宁均无显著性差异.筛选出23号(马来西亚),5号(印度),30号(泰国)为沿海防护林中较为优良的树种种源.本实验为进一步丰富生产用种、提高沿海防护林的生产力和抗逆性提供重要依据.The contents of the energy-containing substance(crude protein,raw fat and soluble sugar) and secondary metabolites(total phenolics,extractable condensed tannins and bound condensed tannins) were analyzed on the 33 introduced international provenances of Casuarina equisetifolia in Dongshan County,Fujian province.The contents of crude protein,raw fat and soluble sugar of 33 international provenances averaged(11.08±1.93)%,(2.37±0.51)% and(5.30±1.00)%,respectively,total phenolics in Oceania provenances of Casuarina equisetifolia were lower than that in Africa and Asia provenances,the extractable condensed tannins of Africa provenances were higher than that of Oceania and Asia,bound condensed tannins of different provenances of Casuarina equisetifolia showed no significant differences from each other at p>0.05.Three good provenances,namely,23rd(Malaysia),the 5th(India),the 30th(Thailand) were selected according to the above analyses.国家“十一五”科技支撑计划(2006BAD03A14-01);福建省自然科学基金(B0410006)资

    研究了福建省永春县毛竹种群的生物量结构、能量分布 ,研究结果表明 :(1)永春毛竹种群的现存生物量为6 474.874g/m2 ,其中地上部分为 46 76 .6 39g/m2 ,占 72 .2 3% ;地下部分为 1798.2 35g/m2 ,占 2 7.77% ;其各组分分别为 :杆 3736 .2 0 0 g/m2 、枝 772 .0 6 9g/m2 、叶 16 8.370 g/m2 、竹蔸 10 5 9.115 g/m2 、鞭根 739.12 0 g/m2 ;(2 )毛竹种群生物量在Ⅰ至Ⅳ度的分配为 :5 .12 % ,40 .5 2 % ,39.82 % ,14.5 4% ;(3)毛竹种群的能量现存量为 12 46 89.5 76kJ/m2 ,其中地上部为 912 18.36 1kJ/m2 (占 73.16 % ) ,地下部为 334 71.2 15kJ/m2 (占 2 6 .84% ) ;(4 )能量现存量在Ⅰ至Ⅳ度的分配为 :5 .0 8% ,40 .38% ,39.80 % ,14.74% .Biomass structure and energy distribution of Phyllostachys heterocycla cv. pubescens population in Yongchun county, Fujian were discussed in this paper. The results showed as follows:(1)the standing crop of biomass in the Phyllostachys heterocycla cv. pubescens population was 6 474.874 g/m 2, in which the biomass of above-ground was 4 676.639 g/m 2 (accounting for 72.23%), and that of below-ground was 1 798.235 g/m 2 (27.77%), respectively; the biomass of various components of population was 3 736.200 g/m 2 for stem, 772.069 g/m 2 for branch, 168.370 g/m 2for leaf, 1 059.115 g/m 2 for rhizome and 739.120 g/m 2 for roots, respectively.(2)the biomass components fromⅠto Ⅳ age was 5.12%, 40.52%, 39.82% and 14.54%, respectively.(3)the standing crop of energy was 124 689.576 kJ/m 2 , in which above-ground and below-ground comprised 91 218.361 kJ/m 2 (accounting for 73.16%) and 33 471.215 kJ/m 2 (26.84%), respectively.(4)the standing crop of energy from Ⅰto Ⅳ age was 5.08%, 40.38%, 39.80% and 14.74%, respectively.福建省自然科学基金 (B0 110 0 0 7)资助项

    JUNO Sensitivity on Proton Decay pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ Searches

    The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental physics. In this paper, the potential on searching for proton decay in pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ mode with JUNO is investigated.The kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for identification. Moreover, the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits to suppress the sizable background caused by other delayed signals. Based on these advantages, the detection efficiency for the proton decay via pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ is 36.9% with a background level of 0.2 events after 10 years of data taking. The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years exposure is 9.6×10339.6 \times 10^{33} years, competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel
