    多频带水声信道的时频联合稀疏估计

    多频带水声信道多径结构在相邻数据块和不同子频带存在相关性,从分布式压缩感知的角度可对这种时频联合稀疏特性进行利用。但是,在传统联合稀疏模型下水声信道间存在的不同多径时延部分形成差异支撑集,由此引入的干扰导致估计性能下降,提出利用多路径选择机制进行差异支撑集检测;同时,进一步结合频域子频带信道间、时域相邻数据块信道间存在的相关性进行频带-时间域联合稀疏估计.利用数值仿真及海试实验结果进行了性能验证和比较,表明利用时频联合稀疏估计构造的水声通信接收机改善了匹配性能,可获得较为明显的输出信噪比、误比特率等通信性能提升.从而说明:利用多频带水声信道在时域、频域存在的联合相关性可有效提高信道估计性能。国家自然科学基金项目(11574258,11274259);;\n声呐技术重点实验室基金项目“基于信道感知的水声通信网络技术研究”资

    Identification and analysis of odor of patients with exterior syndrome based on medical electronic nose

    目的:运用自主研发的医用电子鼻探讨表证患者口腔呼气的气味图谱特征及气味识别准确率。方法:选择表证青年患者150例和健康青年人200名,运用基于薄膜型气体传感器阵列技术的医用电子鼻(nAnOfIlM-EnOSE MEdICAl001)采集口腔呼气的气味图谱,以响应曲线的振幅和上升斜率作为曲线特征,分析表证患者及其寒热病性的图谱特征,并进行判别分析。结果:表寒证和表热证患者的气味图谱响应曲线A、b、d、E、g、H的振幅和上升斜率均显著高于健康学生(P<0.01)。表热证患者的气味图谱响应曲线A、b、d、E、H的振幅和上升斜率均显著高于表寒证患者(P<0.05,P<0.01),表热证患者的气味图谱响应曲线g的振幅显著高于表寒证患者(P<0.01)。判别分析显示对健康青年人、表寒证青年患者、表热证青年患者口腔呼气的识别准确率分别为90.5%、86.5%、88.0%,对全部案例的识别准确率为89.1%。结论:表证青年患者口腔呼气的气味较健康青年人浓烈,且表热证青年患者气味变化较表寒证青年患者更明显,本医用电子鼻能够较为敏感和准确地辨识表证青年患者口腔呼气的气味特征及其寒热病性。医用电子鼻技术的发展可为中医嗅诊客观化研究提供手段和方法。Objective: to explore the odor response pattern characteristics of oral breath of patients with exterior syndrome and accuracy rates of odor identiication by medical electronic nose which was independent research and development.Methods: 150 young patients with exterior syndrome and 200 healthy young students were observed.Odor response patterns of oral breath were collected by the electronic nose(Nanoilm-Enose Medical001) based on a ilm of gas sensor array.The amplitude and rising slope of response curves were selected as curve characteristics to analyze pattern characteristics of exterior syndrome including exterior cold syndrome and exterior heat syndrome,and discriminant analysis was done.Results: In odor response patterns of patients with exterior cold syndrome and with exterior heat syndrome,the amplitudes and rising slopes of response curve A,B,D,E,G and H were signiicantly higher than those of healthy students(P<0.01).In odor response patterns of patients with exterior heat syndrome,the amplitudes and rising slopes of response curve A,B,D,E and H were signiicantly higher than those of patients with exterior cold syndrome(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the amplitude of response curve G was signiicantly higher than that of patients with exterior cold syndrome(P<0.01).Discriminant analysis showed that the accuracy rate of oral breath identiication of healthy students,patients with exterior cold syndrome and patients with exterior heat syndrome was 90.5%,86.5% and 88.0% respectively,and the accuracy rate of all cases was 89.1%.Conclusion: The odors of oral breath of patients with exterior syndrome were signiicantly stronger than those of healthy people.The odors of patients with exterior heat syndrome were signiicantly stronger than those of patients with exterior cold syndrome.This medical electronic nose could distinguish odor characteristic of oral breath of patients with exterior syndrome sensitively and accurately;and it could also distinguish odor characteristic of exterior cold syndrome from exterior heat syndrome.The development of medical electronic nose could provide a kind of new means for the study on the objectiication of TCM smelling examination.国家自然科学基金项目(No.30901899); 福建省教育厅A类项目(No.JA09132)~

    Chemical constituents of Vitis thunbergii var. taiwaniana

    目的研究中国台湾传统中药材小叶山葡萄VITIS THunbErgII VAr.TAIWAnIAnA的化学成分。方法利用大孔树脂、SEPHAdEXlH-20、OdS及正相硅胶柱等色谱手段进行分离,通过多种波谱学数据分析进行单体化合物的结构鉴定。结果从小叶山葡萄60%乙醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为白藜芦醇(1)、TrAnS-ε-VInIfErIn(2)、(7r,8r)-THrEO-4,7,9,9′-TETrAHydrOXy-3,3′-dIMETHOXy-8-O-4′-nEOlIgnAn 7-O-β-d-gluCOPyrAnOSIdE(3)、(7S,8r)-urOlIgnOSIdE(4)、SCHIzAndrISIdE(5)、VITISInA(6)、VITISIn b(7)、dAVIdIOl A(8)、3,5,4′-TrIHydrOXySTIlbEnE 4′-O-β-d-gluCOPyrAnOSIdE(9)、蛇葡萄素C(10)、(7r,8S)-dIHydrOdEHydrOdICOnIfEryl AlCOHOl 9-O-β-d-gluCOPyrAnOSIdE(11)、表儿茶素(12)。结论化合物3~5为首次从葡萄属中分离,化合物8、9、11、12为首次从小叶山葡萄中分离。Objective To study the chemical constituents in Vitis thunbergii var.taiwaniana specially grown in Taiwan,China.Methods The compounds were isolated by repeated HP20 macroporous adsorption resin column combined with Sephadex LH-20,ODS,and silica gel column chromatography.Their structures were identified on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data analysis and by comparison of their spectral data reported.Results Twelve compounds were identified as resveratrol(1),trans-ε-viniferin(2),(7R,8R)-threo-4,7,9,9′-tetrahydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-8-O-4′-neolignan 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),(7S,8R)-urolignoside(4),schizandriside(5),vitisin A(6),vitisin B(7),davidiol A(8),3,5,4′-trihydroxystilbene 4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),ampelopsin C(10),(7R,8S)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),and epicatechin(12).Conclusion Compounds 3—5 are separated from the plants of Vitis L.for the first time,and compounds 8,9,11,and 12 are separated from V.thunbergii var.taiwaniana for the first time.厦门市重大科技计划项目(3502Z20100006

    目的:系统研究东方肉穗草中的黄酮类化学成分。方法:利用大孔吸附树脂、Sephadex LH-20,ODS及正相硅胶柱等色谱手段进行分离,通过多种波谱学数据分析进行黄酮类化合物的结构鉴定。结果:从醋酸乙酯部分分离得到8个黄酮类化合物,经鉴定为异鼠李素(1)、槲皮素(2)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、异鼠李素-3-D-(6″-乙酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、异鼠李素-3-O-(2″-乙酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、槲皮素-3-O- (6″-乙酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、槲皮素-3-O-(6″-反式-对香豆酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)。结论:所有化合物均系首次从该属植物中分离鉴定

    Interfacial Activation of Catalytically Inert Au (6.7 nm)-Fe3O4 Dumbbell Nanoparticles for CO Oxidation

Starting from various supported Au (6.7 nm)-Fe3O4 catalysts prepared by the colloidal deposition method, we have unambiguously identified the significance of the Au-TiO2 interface in CO oxidation, without any possible size effect of Au. In situ thermal decomposition of TiO2 precursors on Au-Fe3O4 was found to be an effective way to increase the Au-TiO2 interface and thereby optimize the catalytic performance of TiO2-supported Au-Fe3O4 dumbbell nanoparticles.     Desorption Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry for Monitoring the Kinetics of Baeyer-Villiger Solid-State Organic Reactions

    Desorption electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (DESI-MS) has been used for monitoring solid-state organic reaction in ambient air, specifically the Baeyer-Villiger (BV) type reaction involving the oxidation of ketones (benzophenone or deoxybenzoin) by m-chloroperbenzoic acid (m-CPBA) in solid-state. The DESI mass spectra obtained at regular intervals during the BV reaction processes are featured, with the amount of ester products increasing as those of ketone reactants decrease. Quantitative analyses of relative intensities of the product, made to quantify the reaction degree of typical solid-state organic reaction (SSOR), show a precision with RSDs of around 5% to 12%, though the RSDs for direct analysis of intensities of the reactant or the product in the solid-state are obviously larger. The kinetics of the Baeyer-Villiger type reactions in solid-state are shown to be dramatically different, in reaction rate, kinetic curve, as well as concentration dependence, from those of the same reactions taking place in solution.NSFC,20525103,20721001 National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program)2007CB81530

    Designable ultra-smooth ultra-thin solid-electrolyte interphases of three alkali metal anodes

    该研究是在毛秉伟教授和董全峰教授共同指导下,由2014级博士生谷宇、2016级博士生王卫伟、2013级博士生李艺娟等同学通力合作的成果。泉州师范学院吴启辉教授和上海应用物理研究所樊春海研究员分别在X射线光电子能谱表征和同步辐射表征中提供了大力支持。化学化工学院郑明森副教授、颜佳伟教授、吴德印教授、iChEM研究员丁松园博士在实验和理论计算方面给予了大力帮助;田中群教授和郑南峰教授等对此工作提出了宝贵意见。 金属锂是下一代高能量密度二次电池最理想的负极材料之一。在以金属锂作为负极的电池中,锂电沉积过程中枝晶的生长及溶解过程的死锂现象是制约电池库仑效率、稳定性和安全性的重要因素,而金属锂表面的微观平整性及固态电解质界面(SEI)膜的组成和结构及由其所决定的电学和力学性质对锂电沉积和溶解行为有重要影响。 课题组所发展的电化学调控方法可进一步拓展到钠、钾碱金属负极上,形成大范围原子平整的钠、钾表面和超薄超光滑的SEI膜。特别是金属钠平面电极可在2 mA cm–2(1 mAh cm–2)100% Na DOD下稳定循环550周以上且库伦效率近100%。这一基于电化学调控的碱金属表面抛光和SEI膜构筑的方法及多尺度联合表征,为解决碱金属负极问题提供了新的思路,也为开展表面科学基础研究提供高质量的碱金属表面。【Abstract】Dendrite growth of alkali metal anodes limited their lifetime for charge/discharge cycling. Here, we report near-perfect anodes of lithium, sodium, and potassium metals achieved by electrochemical polishing, which removes microscopic defects and creates ultra-smooth ultra-thin solid-electrolyte interphase layers at metal surfaces for providing a homogeneous environment. Precise characterizations by AFM force probing with corroborative in-depth XPS profile analysis reveal that the ultra-smooth ultra-thin solid-electrolyte interphase can be designed to have alternating inorganic-rich and organic-rich/mixed multi-layered structure, which offers mechanical property of coupled rigidity and elasticity. The polished metal anodes exhibit significantly enhanced cycling stability, specifically the lithium anodes can cycle for over 200 times at a real current density of 2 mA cm-2 with 100% depth of discharge.     Probing Hydrogen Bond Energies by Mass Spectrometry

    E-mail Addresses: [email protected]; [email protected] spectrometry with desorption electrospray ionization (DESI) is demonstrated to be useful for probing the strength of hydrogen bonding, exemplified by various complexes of benzothiazoles and carboxylic acids in the solid state. Efficiencies for fragmentation of the complexes, quantified by collision-induced dissociation (CID) technology, correspond well with energies of the hydrogen bonds of O-H center dot center dot center dot N and N-H center dot center dot center dot O bridging each pair of benzothiazole and carboxylic acid. Linear correlations (with correlation factors of 0.8953 and 0.9928) have been established for the calibration curves of normalized collision energy at 100% fragmentation rate vs the length between donor and acceptor (in the hydrogen bond of O-H center dot center dot center dot N) as well as the slope of the fragmentation efficiency curve vs the average length difference between O-H center dot center dot center dot N and N-H center dot center dot center dot O in the complex. The mechanism responsible for determination of the hydrogen bonds is proposed on the basis of the experiments starting from the mixtures of the complexes as well as labeling with deuterium. As a complement of previously available methods (e.g., X-ray diffraction analysis), expectably, the proposed mass spectrometric method seems to be versatile for probing hydrogen bond energies.NNSF of China 21031004 21021061 U120511
