    TIPE2在T细胞介导的心脏移植急性排斥反应中的潜在作用

    目的探讨作为免疫负调控因子的肿瘤诱导坏死因子-α-诱导蛋白8样因子-2(TIPE2)在T细胞介导的小鼠心脏移植急性排斥反应中的潜在作用。方法通过苏木素-伊红(HE)染色和流式细胞术确定心脏移植物中的主要免疫排斥细胞,免疫荧光染色确定TIPE2与脾细胞间的关系,实时定量荧光PCR(Real-time PCR)检测心脏移植物TIPE2及细胞因子表达量。结果小鼠心脏移植7天后心脏组织出现明显免疫细胞浸润及心肌组织的破坏,流式细胞术检测心脏移植物中CD4~+和CD8~+T细胞增高,免疫荧光显示移植小鼠脾细胞中的CD4~+和CD8~+T细胞表达TIPE2,而心脏移植物在第7天时TIPE2和细胞因子表达量均明显增高。结论 TIPE2与在T细胞介导的小鼠心脏移植急性排斥反应中可能发挥着潜在作用。国家重点科学研究计划(2012CBA01303);;国家自然科学基金(31271038

    Preparation of Supported Copper Based Catalysts and Its Application in Coupling Process of 2-Butanol Dehydrogenation and Furfural Hydrogenation

    采用不同方法制备了一系列的负载型铜基催化剂并将其用于仲丁醇脱氢和糠醛加氢的耦合反应.重点研究了助催化剂和硅源对催化剂活性的影响,发现以自制的SIO2壳为载体的CMS-CE催化剂活性最好,在最佳条件下,糠醛转化率和糠醇选择性都可达100%,而仲丁醇转化率为52.9%,甲乙酮选择性为100%.通过TPr和Xrd对催化剂进行了表征,发现Cu0是催化剂的活性中心.A series of supported copper based catalysts for the coupling process of 2-butanol dehydrogenation and furfural hydrogenation were prepared by different methods.The effect of promoters and silicon sources on the catalysts' activities were emphatically investigated.The results showed that the CMS-Ce catalyst supported on the self-prepared hollow silica had the best activity.The conversion of furfural and the selectivity to furfuryl alcohol both reached 100%,while the conversion of 2-butanol reached 52.9% and the selectivity to methyl ethyl ketone was 100% under the optimized reaction conditions.Cu0 was believed to be the active site of the catalysts based on XRD and TPR characterization.河北省自然科学基金资助项目(B2007000156);河北大学自然科学基金资助项目(2006Y03

    加强闽台高等教育交流与合作,促进闽台高等教育一体化发展,对于加快培养适应闽台经贸合作人才、促进两岸经济繁荣,乃至推进两岸朝向双赢共生的和平发展有着不可估量的作用。本研究在回顾两岸高等教育交流互动的基础上,通过对闽台高中生的调查,揭示了两岸学子进一步互动所存在的问题:两岸相关信息渠道不畅、相互了解不足,台湾限制重重、政策鼓励有限,经济支持不足、大陆学生赴台积极性受挫等。The exchange and cooperation and intergration of higher education between Fujian and Taiwan is of great importance for cultivating talents to adapt to the cooperation in economy and trade in the two sides of the Taiwan Straits,and for promoting ecnomic prosperity,even advancing the peaceful development in the two sides.Based on reviewing the history of higher education exchange in the two sides and on making an investigation on high school students in the two sides,the article finds that there exist such problems in further mobility of students in the two sides as insufficient channel of getting related information,lack of mutual understanding,too many restrictions in Taiwan,limited policy encouragement and insufficient scholarship support.福建省社会科学规划项目“闽台高等教育一体化战略构想”(2009B094)研究成

    随着两岸经贸关系进一步发展,闽台高等教育交流与合作的现实性与可行性日益凸显。对厦门市1 028名高中生赴台就读意愿进行问卷调查显示,相当部分高中生愿意赴台就读,并且以选择台湾公立大学中的名校为主,选择技职院校者较少;影响赴台就读因素主要是台湾高校本身及其专业的吸引力;调查也反映出高中生对台湾高等教育缺乏一定的了解,台湾高校的吸引力有限。因此,台湾方面要想吸引大陆的优质生源,应出台真正能够惠及大陆学生的赴台就读政策。Along with the development of economic and trade relations cross-strait,there is a increasingly prominent reality and feasibility of higher education mobility and co-operation between Fujian and Taiwan.To examine the intention of students in this context,a questionnaire has been developed to solicit 1028 respondents from senior high school in Xiamen area.It shows that quite a number of students are willing to go for university in Taiwan,mainly because universities themselves enjoy higher reputation and attraction.Most students choose famous and public university in Taiwan while seldom choose polytechnics and privates.The survey also reflects that students in Xiamen know little about Taiwan and higher education system in Taiwan while the attraction of university in Taiwan is limited to high school students in Xiamen.This paper thus put up that in order to attract more high quality student from Chinese mainland,beneficial policies to student in Chinese mainland should be issued by Taiwan authority.福建省社会科学规划项目“闽台高等教育一体化战略构想”(2009B094
