随着两岸“三通“的实现,闽台在高等教育领域里互惠共赢的合作突显巨大潜力,有待进一步拓展。目前台湾高等教育学额面临严重的“供大于求“,而福建高等教育供给相对紧张,两者可成互补之势;台湾一些高校师资优秀、国际化水平高,又可带动福建提升高等教育竞争力。福建作为大陆与台湾沟通的“先行区“,在沟通两岸关系方面具有与台湾“隔海相望、血脉相连“的“五缘“优势。闽台文化的统一性及近年来闽台日趋频繁的交流都为两岸高等教育资源的互补奠定了坚实的基础。With the achievement of cross-strait "three links",Fujian and Taiwan have great potentialities for mutual benefit and win-win cooperation in the field of higher education.At present,Taiwan's higher education is facing a serious problem of"oversupply"while Fujian's higher education is relatively undersupply,so they can complement each other.Some universities in Taiwan have excellent teachers and they are in high level of internationalization,which can promote higher education development in Fujian.As the"first zone"of communicating with Taiwan,Fujian has such advantages as facing Taiwan across the sea and being related by blood with Taiwan.The cultural identity and frequent exchanges in recent years lay a good foundation for the complementarity of higher education resources between Fujian and Taiwan
