    Community structure of marine ultraphytoplankton in Xiamen waters using photosynthetic pigments

    应用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)方法对厦门海域9个站位水样进行分析,对色素数据进行换算,结果表明在厦门海域超微型浮游植物优势类群是绿藻,而总浮游植物优势类群是硅藻;超微型浮游植物对总浮游植物生物量贡献为总生物量1.5%~11%,超微型粒级细胞在一些类群中(绿藻、金藻)中占有很大比重。在超微型浮游类群组成中没有甲藻纲,而蓝藻丰度也非常低。超微型浮游植物组成结构厦门港富营养化水域呈单优势类群结构,在九龙江河口区域受冲淡水与陆源成分影响,结构较为复杂。Photosynthetic pigments were measured by RP-HPLC in seawaters samples of Xiamen in winter(December, 2002), and the diagnostic pigment data were converted into chlorophyll a biomass to assess the community structure both in total and ultra-size phytoplankton. The result showed that chlorophyte was dominant group in ultra-phytoplankton community, while diatoms was prevaided in total phytoplankton community. The biomass of ultra-phytoplankton only occupied about 1.5% to 11% biomass of all phytoplankton(indicated by Chlorophyll a), however, the ultra-size phytoplankton contributed a large proportion of biomass in chlorophyte and prymnesiaphyceae. Both dinophyceae and cyanobacteria were not detected in ultraphytoplankton community. Community structure of ultraphytoplankton was simple in eutrophic aquicultral waters, while complicated in Jiulong River estuary.国家自然科学基金(40276039,40076031

    新分布式算法(NEDA)是只使用加法运算完成乘加计算(MAC),它在面积和功耗方面的优越性是通过消去系数冗余使硬件面积大幅下降体现出来的.本文提出的最佳分组算法就是一种快速有效的去除系数冗余的方法,它是针对NEDA结构中的加法器矩阵(AM),通过对所有AM分组查找出现次数得出可复用的最佳位置来快速有效的去除AM冗余.研究表明,该算法能利用程序快速有效地去除NEDA结构的DCT和FFT的AM冗余,大幅降低硬件面积,并且它对于NEDA结构的数字信号处理硬件设计都广泛适用,使相应的硬件设计效率大幅提高.The NEw DA(NEDA) completes multiply/accumulate(MAC) by adder only and achieves excellent performance in terms of area and power by pair-wise matching to reduce the computational redundancy in coefficient matrix.In this paper,an optimal algorithm for grouping in NEDA is introduced,which is effective in eliminating the redundancy in coefficient matrix.By finding the matched ports,the proposed algorithm makes the effective hierarchy table with the times of the ports usage.The experimental data shows that the algorithm can quickly and effectively exploit the NEDA coefficient redundancy of DCT and FFT which made it useful for the hardware designs of DSP to improve the correlative hardware design efficiency

    Distribution characteristics of size-fractionated chlorophyll a in Xiamen waters

    据2002年12月至2004年2月间厦门海域6个航次分粒级叶绿素a含量的调查资料,研究了该海域分粒级浮游植物叶绿素a含量的分布特征及其控制因子.结果表明:厦门海域叶绿素a含量平均值为5.36mg/m3,各调查月份中,8月份的含量最高(13.6mg/m3),5月的次之(5.33mg/m3),12、2月的含量较低.叶绿素a含量的水平分布在冬季时较为均匀;春、夏季在宝珠屿海域出现最高值(33.28mg/m3),九龙江口外出现次高值(13.84mg/m3).厦门海域全年以微型浮游植物占优势,小型浮游植物在夏季高生物量时占比较高(41.O%),微微型浮游植物所占比例较小(年平均值为9.7%).冬季低温是浮游植物生长的主要限制因子,春、夏季随着温度升高,营养盐的缺乏限制了浮游植物的生长. 【英文摘要】 The distribution characteristics and seasonal variations of size-fractionated chlorophyll a in Xiamen waters were investigated by six cruises in Dec. 2002; Mar. , May, Aug. , Dec. 2003 and Feb. 2004 respectively. The annual average concentration of Chl-a was 5. 36 mg/m3. During the investigations, Chl-a concentration was highest in summer, lower in spring and lowest in winter.
