    Effects of Chinese Medicine of Fuyang Detoxification on Cellular Immune Function in Breast Cancer Undergoing Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy

    目的研究与分析中药扶阳清毒治疗对乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者细胞免疫功能的具体影响。方法方便选取该院自2014年3月—2017年3月收治的乳腺癌初治患者68例,按照随机数字表法将其随机分为单一治疗组与联合治疗组,每组34例,予以单一治疗组患者单纯新辅助化疗治疗,予以联合治疗组患者新辅助化疗联合中药扶阳清毒法治疗,另选取该院同一时期收治的乳腺纤维瘤患者34例患者做为对照组,对单一治疗组及联合治疗组两组患者治疗前后细胞免疫功能变化进行观察与对比。结果单一治疗组患者与联合治疗患者组两组治疗前的CD3、CD4、CD8及NK细胞数量与对照组患者相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗后,单一治疗组患者CD3、CD4、CD8及NK细胞数量分别为(46.62±8.67)、(34.16±6.68)、(29.32±6.41)、(31.05±5.35),与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗后,联合治疗组患者CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8值及NK细胞数量分别为(49.18±8.87)、(36.51±6.65)、(27.54±7.50)、(1.31±0.65)、(32.53±5.44),与治疗前相比具有一定变化,但对比结果差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论对于接受新辅助化疗出现细胞免疫功能下降患者行中药扶阳清毒法联合治疗可明显改善其细胞免疫功能,中药扶阳清毒治疗可对乳腺癌患者细胞免疫功能的改善起到积极作用。Objective This paper tries to study and analyze the specific effects of Chinese medicine "Fuyang detoxification"on cellular immune function in breast cancer patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods 68 patients with breast cancer in this hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the single treatment group and the combined treatment group, with 34 patients in each group, the patients in the treatment group adopted single Danchunxin adjuvant chemotherapy treatment, the combined group was treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy detoxification combined with traditional Chinese medicine Fuyangqing, another 34 mammary fibroma patients in this hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The changes of cellular immune function were observed and compared before and after a single treatment group and combined treatment between the two groups. Results CD3, CD4, CD8 and NK cells in the treatment group and combined treatment group before treatment were(46.62 ±8.67),(34.16 ±6.68)、(29.32 ±6.41),(31.05±5.35), significant different from those before treatment(P0.05); after treatment, a single treatment of patients with CD3, CD4, CD8 and the number of NK cells were(49.18±8.87),(36.51±6.65),(27.54±7.50),(1.31±0.65),(32.53±5.44), but the result was not statistically significant(P〉0.05). Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy for the cell immune function decline in patients with traditional Chinese medicine Fuyangqing combined therapy can significantly improve the cellular immune function, Chinese medicine treatment can help Fuyang detoxification on immune cells in patients with breast cancer plays a positive role in improving the function

    扶阳健脾法在晚期胃癌治疗中的应用观察及对患者生活质量的影响

    目的探讨中药扶阳健脾法在晚期胃癌治疗中的应用价值及对患者生活质量的影响。方法方便选取该院120例晚期胃癌患者(2015年1月—2017年6月间收治)进行观察研究,按随机数表法将患者分组:常规组(n=60)、干预组(n=60),常规组进行常规化疗,干预组进行健脾扶正汤配合化疗,总结两种治疗方案对患者疗效及预后的影响。结果干预组治疗后中医证候积分(12.5±1.4)分明显低于常规组(14.1±1.2)分,KPS评分(81.3±2.1)分、CD4+(40.3±3.8)%、CD3+(60.2±6.8)%、生活质量评分(70.5±6.8)分明显高于常规组(75.2±2.3)分、(35.2±4.3)%、(56.2±5.6)%、(62.2±6.2)分(t=10.328,P=0.000;t=20.544,P=0.000;t=9.187,P=0.000;t=5.533,P=0.000;t=10.370,P=0.000)。干预组患者不良反应发生率1.67%明显低于常规组13.33%(χ2=5.886,P=0.015)。干预组1年生存率96.67%明显高于常规组80.00%(χ2=8.086,P=0.004)。结论在晚期胃癌治疗中应用中药扶阳健脾法治疗可提升患者治疗效果,改善患者免疫功能及生活质量

    目的调查我院中成药咨询情况,为我院中成药合理使用提供参考。方法统计我院用药咨询记录中中成药使用的情况,并根据咨询的相关内容进行分析讨论。结果中成药的用药咨询占咨询总量的34%,咨询者以18~44岁为主;中成药和西药联合使用最多的是内科;使用的中成药主要是袪湿剂和妇科用药;咨询的内容以药物的用法用量为主。结论加强门诊中成药用药咨询有利于提高药物治疗效果,提高患者用药的依从性,保证用药安全有效

    Antitumor effect of hydroxy camptothecin-loaded amphiphilic block copolymer nanoparticles

    目的研究羟基喜树碱双嵌段共聚物纳米粒(MePEG.PLGA.HCPT.NPs)的抗肿瘤作用。方法选择人肝癌细胞株Bel-7402为体外模型,采用MTT法观察体外肝癌细胞的生长和增殖抑制情况,评价MePEG-PLGA-HCPT-NPs对肝癌细胞的毒性作用;采用激光共聚焦荧光显微镜技术观察其对肝癌细胞摄取药物的影响;采用小鼠H22肝癌细胞实体瘤模型进行体内抑瘤实验观察荷瘤动物的生长情况,测定肿瘤生长抑制率。结果MePEG—PLGA-HCPT.NPs能抑制肝癌细胞的生长增殖,且随羟基喜树碱浓度的升高而增强;激光共聚焦荧光照片显示载药纳米粒能有效地被Bel.7402细胞摄取;MePEG-PLGA-HCPT-NPs对小鼠的H22实体瘤生长具有明显的抑制作用,低、中、高剂量组的生长抑瘤率分别为37.62%、50.31%和70.25%,与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论MePEG-PLGA-HCPT-NPs具有较强的体外、体内抗肿瘤作用。与羟基喜树碱注射剂相比,MePEG-PLGA-HCPT-NPs的抑瘤率更高,且与剂量有关,并对肿瘤生长的抑制更为持久。AIM To study the antitumor effect of hydroxy camptothecin(HCPT)-loaded amphiphilic block copolymer nanoparticles(MePEG-PLGA-HCPT-NPs). METHODS The human hepatoma cell lines Bel-7402 in vitro were selected as model, the cell growth and viability inhibited by MePEG-PLGA-HCPT-NPs were observed and the antitumor cytotoxicity was evaluated by MTT assay. Cellular uptake of HCPT was observed by Confocal fluores- cence microscopy(CLSM). Hepatocellular carcinoma cell H22 was subcutaneously injected into mice and MePEG- PLGA-HCPT-NPs was administered to the tumor-bearing mice. The growth of tumor was measured, and the inhibi- tory rate of tumor growth was calculated. RESULTS Hepatoma cell growth and viability were inhibited by Me- PEG-PLGA-HCPT-NPs, the inhibition was enhanced with increasing concentrations. CLSM photos indicated that MePEG-PLGA-HCPT nanoparticles enhanced the intracellular uptake of HCPT in Bel-7402 ceils. Marked inhibitory effect of MePEG-PLGA-HCPT-NPs on the transplanted hepatocellular carcinoma H22 was observed in the tumor- bearing mice. The inhibitory rates were 37.62% , 50.31% and 70.25% in the groups treated with low, medium and high dosage of MePEG-PLGA-HCPT-NPs, respectively (P 〈 0. 05 vs control group). CONCLUSION Me- PEG-PLGA-HCPT-NPs has marked inhibitory effects on tumor growth in vitro and in vivo.     Effect of Fluoroethylene Carbonate Additive on the Performance of Lithium Ion Battery

    在1MOl·l-1lIPf6/碳酸乙烯酯(EC)+碳酸二甲酯(dMC)+碳酸甲乙酯(EMC)(EC、dMC、EMC体积比为1∶1∶1)电解液中加入体积比为2%的添加剂氟代碳酸乙烯酯(fEC),用循环伏安法(CV)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能量散射光谱(EdS)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等方法,研究了fEC对锂离子电池性能及石墨化中间相碳微球(MCMb)电极/电解液界面性质的影响.结果表明,体积比2%fEC的添加可以抑制部分电解液溶剂的分解,在MCMb电极表面形成一层性能优良的固体电解液相界面(SEI)膜,降低了电池的阻抗,明显提高了电池的比容量和循环稳定性.Fluoroethylene carbonate (FEC) with a volume ratio of 2% was added to the electrolyte containing 1 mol· L-1 LiPF6 in ethylene carbonate (EC), dimethyl carbonate (DMC), and methyl ethyl carbonate (EMC) (1∶1∶1 by volume).The effects of FEC on lithium ion battery performance and on the mesocarbon microbead (MCMB) electrode/electrolyte interphase were studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).The results indicated that the application of a 2% (volume ratio) of FEC suppressed electrolyte decomposition and caused the formation of an excellent solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) film on the MCMB electrode.The battery resistance decreased while the specific capacity and cyclic stability of the battery increased.国家基础研究重大项目计划(2007CB209702)资
