    Estimation in Partially Linear Spatial Lag Panel Model with Fixed Effects

    本文构建了一类部分线性固定效应空间滞后面板模型,在此模型中,综合考虑了固定效应、参数自变量和非参数自变量的影响。基于截面拟极大似然估计方法对模型的参数部分和非参数部分进行了估计,并在个体数n和时期数T都很大的情况下,推导估计量的大样本表现。研究结果表明,在大样本条件下,估计量具有一致性,参数估计量满足渐近正态分布并且收敛速度为(nT)~(1/2)。We proposed a class of partially linear spatial lag panel model with fixed effects. The influence of fixed effect,parameter and nonparametric independent variables are considered synthetically in the model.The parametric and nonparametric parts of the model are estimated on the basis of the profile quasi-maximum likelihood estimation,and asymptotic properties for the estimators are deduced under the condition that the number of individuals and the number of periods are large.     设计了一种适用于移动水声通信接收系统的两级放大反馈自动增益控制电路。该电路采用初级放大—滤波—次级放大的信号调理机制,反馈回路同时对两级放大电路进行增益控制,使输出信号稳定在期望值附近,能有效解决移动水声通信中由于收发端相对距离变化、声传播衰减、信道频率选择性衰落、收发端电路频率响应不均匀等因素引起的接收信号时域和频域起伏变化大的问题。海上试验表明:该电路具有良好的幅度均衡性能,能显著提高水声通信质量。An auto gain control(AGC) circuit with two-stage amplification feedback for the receivers of underwater acoustic mobile communication system was presented.The circuit uses the conditioning mechanism of primary amplification—filter—secondary amplification,and the feedback loop controls gains of the two stages amplifiers,making the output signal be stable near the dexpectations so as to effectively solve the problem of signal fluctuation in the time and frequency domains caused by the distance change between transmitter and receiver,sound propagation attenuation,frequency selective fading of underwater acoustics channel and the uneven frequency response of transmitting and receiving circuit.The sea test shows that the circuit has a good performance at amplitude equalization,and can greatly improve the quality of underwater acoustic communication.国家自然科学基金项目(41376040);; 福建省中青年教师教育科研项目(JA15001);; 国家海洋局海洋公益项目(201505027-2

    Design of new type of medical infrared temperature measuring instrument

    目的:针对市场现有的测温仪的弊端,设计一种新型医用红外测温仪。方法:采用红外线温度传感器采集人体温度,以HT67F5640芯片为主控制器,通过A/D转换把检测的人体温度显示在液晶显示器(liquid crystal display,LCD)上。该仪器设计的电路包括主控制电路、电源电路、红外温度传感器电路、LCD驱动电路、按键电路、报警电路等;软件部分包括主程序,AD采集、LCD显示、蜂鸣器报警以及按键扫描等子程序。结果:该医用红外测温仪测量体温速度快、精度高、重复性好,医务人员反应良好。结论:该测温仪功耗低、使用方便、稳定性高、便于携带、各项参数优越,可以实现患者体温的快速检测。Objective To design a new type of medical infrared temperature measuring instrument.Methods The data on human body temperature were collected by the infrared temperature sensor with HT67F5640 as the main controller,and then displayed on the LCD through the A/D conversion.The circuits of the instrument included power supply circuit,infrared temperature sensor circuit,LCD drive circuit,key circuit,alarm circuit,etc.The software involved in the main program,AD acquisition subroutine,environment temperature compensation subroutine,calibration mode subroutine,etc.Results The instrument gained advantages in speed,precision,repeatability and response from medical staffs.Conclusion The medical infrared thermometer behaves well in low power consumption,easy operation,high stability and portability and etc,and is very suitable for the rapid detection of the patient's temperature

    Environment Security Monitoring System for Offshore Caged Fish and Water Quality

    为了更好地开展渔业养殖中深水网箱中鱼群状态与水质环境的安全监测,提出了一种深水网箱鱼群与水质环境安全远程监测系统.该系统使用声学方式对鱼群分布状况进行监测;同时采用传感器对水质环境的温度、溶解氧、p H值等进行监测,监测结果通过无线数据传输方式实时传送至微处理器,完成信号去噪、数据提取、显示及报警等.实验结果表明,该监测系统性能稳定可靠,结合嵌入式控制技术与无线数据传输技术,监测操作简便,移动性好;同时兼顾鱼群与水质环境安全,监测更全面到位,在推广深水网箱养殖安全配套设施上具有良好的应用前景.Environment monitoring of fish activity state and water quality is the key to offshore cage safety management.A remote monitoring system for offshore caged fish and water quality is developed in the research.The fish distribution and abundance are monitored strategically using acoustic transducers in the system.Meanwhile,some parameters of water quality are obtained using various sensors,such as temperature sensor,dissolved oxygen sensor and p H sensor. Then the collected data are sent to the user monitor terminal in real time through wireless transmission module.Finally,the results are displayed on a 7-inch liquid crystal display screen( LCD) after data processing. The experiment has been conducted to verify the excellent performance of this system.Combined with embedded control technology and wireless data transmission technology,the flexibility and mobility are improved significantly.     FICM干预对急性运动大鼠抗氧化能力的影响

    目的:探讨远红外陶瓷微珠对大鼠一次性力竭运动后血清SOD、GSH-Px、MDA含量的影响。方法:将88只雄性SD大鼠分为安静对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)、模型+热水组(C组)、(模型+陶瓷微珠组D组)。B、C、D组大鼠利用下坡跑跑台一次性运动至力竭。各组大鼠分别于安静时与运动后即刻、24h、48h、72h取心脏血,分离血清测定SOD、GSH-Px、MDA含量。结果:D组运动后各时相血清SOD、GSH-Px含量均高于B组与C组同时相(P <0. 05),D组运动后各时相血清MDA含量均低于B组与C组同时相(P <0. 05)。结论:陶瓷微珠干预手段具有抑制急性运动后机体氧自由基生成,减少过氧化损伤的作用。福建省科技厅省自然科学基金项目(2016J01404);;莆田学院育苗基金项目(2017014);莆田学院国家基金预研项目(2016076);;国家体育总局科技服务项目(2017HT008

    阐述了一种MOS场效应管 (MOSFET)压力微传感器的结构和基本工作原理。通过对该传感器的仿真实验 ,证明了MOSFET压力微传感器可通过简单的电压———电流转换原理 ,利用栅极电容的变化导致漏极电流与开启电压的变化而有效地测出作用于栅极膜片的压力的变化 ,具有较高的灵敏度与稳定性。The structure and basic working principle of a type of MOS field effect transistor pressure microsensor are presented.
