    Analysis of Fatty Acids Compsition in Bama Hemp Seed Oil Using Different Estirification Methods

    用不同方法对巴马火麻油进行甲酯化处理,用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)对其脂肪酸成份、含量进行分析。采用盐酸-甲醇溶液法、硫酸-甲醇溶液法、氢氧化钾-甲醇溶液法以及硫酸-氢氧化钾-甲醇溶液法处理火麻油,用GC-MS对其中的脂肪酸组成、含量进行分析、比较。结果表明,4种甲酯化方法分别鉴定出6,7,9和9种脂肪酸,分别占火麻油总量的96.62%,98.15%,98.15%和95.82%。4种方法测定出的棕榈酸含量分别为17.18%,10.83%,18.79%和21.63%;亚油酸含量分别为33.96%,46.73%,0.32%和31.76%;亚麻酸含量分别为38.46%,36.76%,35.14%和33.11%;氢氧化钾-甲醇溶液法测出含33.13%的8,11-十八碳二烯酸。巴马火麻油富含不饱和脂肪酸,特别是亚麻酸含量较高,是高品质的营养油。The fatty acids in bama hemp seed oil were estirified by estirificition methods and analyzed by GC-MS. The hemp oil was estirified by hydrochloric acid-methanol solution method, sulfuric acid methanol solution method, potassium hydroxide-methanol solution method, sulfuric acid-potassium hydroxide-methanol solution method and analyzed by GCMS. The results showed that 6, 7, 9 and 9 fatty acids were identified by the four methods. The contents of the identified fatty acids accounted for 96.62%, 98.15%, 98.15% and 95.82%, respectively. Accord to the different analysis methods, each of the contained volume of hexadecanoic acid was 17.18%, 10.83%, 18.79% and 21.63%; 9, 12-octadecadienoic acid was 33.96%, 46.73%, 0.32% and 31.76%; Linolenic acid was 38.46%, 36.76%, 35.14% and 33.11%. 8, 11-octadecadienoic acid was identified by sulfuric acid-potassium hydroxide-methanol solution method, the contents of the eicosanoic acid accounted for 33.13%.     以马来松香丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,磺胺甲唑为模板分子,在玻碳电极表面热聚合了一种磺胺甲唑分子印迹聚合物传感膜。采用循环伏安法、差分脉冲伏安法及电化学交流阻抗法研究了敏感膜对磺胺甲唑的响应特性。在优化的实验条件下,差分脉冲的峰电流与磺胺甲唑浓度分别在1.0×10-6~1.6×10-4mol/L及4.0×10-4~1.4×10-2mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系(线性相关系数分别为R=0.998 9,R=0.999 1),检出限(S/N=3)为3.0×10-7mol/L。该印迹传感器选择性高,重现性好。将此印迹传感器对复方新诺明中磺胺甲唑的含量进行了测定,回收率在95%~106%。Abstract: A molecularly imprinted polymer( MIP) film for the determination of sulfamethoxazole was fabricated onto a glassy carbon electrode using ethylene glycol maleic rosinate acrylate as a cross linking agent,methacrylic acid as functional monomer by the thermal polymerization method. The performance of the imprinted film was investigated by cyclic voltammetry ( CV) ,differential pulse voltammetry ( DPV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy( EIS) . Under the optimum experimental conditions, the DPV peak current shows a linear dependence on the sulfamethoxazole concentration in the ranges of 1. 0 × 10 - 6 ~ 1. 6 × 10 - 4 mol /L and 4. 0 × 10 - 4 ~ 1. 4 × 10 - 2 mol /L of sulfamethoxazole( each correlation coefficient of 0. 998 9 and 0. 999 1, respectively) with the detection limit( S /N = 3) of 3. 0 × 10 - 7 mol /L. This imprinted polymer film electrode shows a higher selection and better reproducibility for sulfamethoxazole.     新疆野生鸢尾属植物的引种驯化及应用研究

    该课题着眼于引种驯化到推广应用的全过程的研究,内容系统完整,包括了引种驯化试验、种苗繁育技术、栽培管理技术以及对中亚鸢尾的生殖生物学方面的研究。研究的技术路线正确,总结提出了系统的栽培管理技术,为野生鸢尾的人工繁育和栽培提供了技术支撑;生殖生物学的研究包括了形态学、生殖生物学和杂交育种等内容,其成果为鸢尾属的杂交育种与集约栽培提供了一定的理论依据。该项目的创新点体现在,引种种类多,覆盖了新疆野生种的50%以上,引种成功率达70%以上,提出了鸢尾属植物的最佳繁育方法和时间,并制定了完整的栽培管护月历。引种驯化与生殖生物学研究规模工作量大,技术难度大,研究方法科学,在国内首次开展了野生鸢尾的专属引种,该项成果具有很大的应用价值和一定的理论价值。目前已初步成为新疆鸢尾属花卉苗木的生产基地和种质资源基因库

    【中文摘要】 采用PCR扩增和southern杂交筛选相结合的方法 ,从厦门水域的大型多管水母中分离到了新的绿色荧光蛋白基因 gfpxm ,并在大肠杆菌中进行了表达 .gfpxmDNA序列编码区长为 1 0 4 2bp,包含 3个外显子和两个内含子 ,cDNA编码区全长为71 7bp .gfpxmcDNA与已知野生型Aeqgfp 1 0cDNA长度一致 ,核苷酸同源性为81 9% ,推导的氨基酸序列全长为 2 38个氨基酸 ,与AeqGFP1 0的氨基酸同源性为83 6 % .将 gfpxm克隆至pTO -T7表达载体 ,GFPxm在大肠杆菌BL2 1中的表达量达菌体总蛋白的 50 %左右 .荧光性质和强度分析结果表明 ,GFPxm蛋白的激发峰为 4 76nm ,发射峰为 4 96nm ,荧光量子产率为 1 GFPxm蛋白的荧光很稳定 ,对热、碱性、变性剂和盐等有较强抗性 【英文摘要】 A new green fluorescent protein gene gfpxm was isolated from jellyfish Aequorea macrodactyla in the coastal region of East China Sea by the method of combination of PCR amplification and southern hybridization analysis. The gfpxm gene contains three extrons and two introns spread over 1 042 bp of genomic DNA, the entire coding region of cDNA is 717 bp, being identical to the wild type gfp Aeqgfp10 cDNA in length.     A series of carboxylate-substituted trinuclear molybdenum cluster compounds formulated as Mo3S4(DTP)(3)(RCO2) (L), where R = H, CH3, C2H5, CH2Cl, CCl3, (RC6H4)-C-1 (R-1 is the group on the benzene ring of aromatic carboxylate), L = pyridine, CH3CN, DMF, have been synthesized by the ligand substitution reaction. The dissociation of the loosely-coordinated ligand L from the cluster core was studied by P-31 NMR. The dissociation process of L is related to the solvent, temperature, and acidity of carboxylate groups, so as to affect the solution structure and reactive properties of the cluster.
