    近年来的研究表明,在BC(黑碳)和OC(有机碳)之间,还存在着一种有弱吸光能力的OC,因大多显棕黄色而被称为BrC (brown carbon,棕色碳). 广泛存在的秸杆焚烧和冬季大量民用燃煤的使用,使国内BrC 排放严重,但鲜见对其排放量的测算. 采用七波段黑碳仪(aethalometer)方法,对夏季小麦秸杆焚烧过程及冬季民用炉燃煤过程产生的烟气进行现场监测,根据BrC 与BC的光谱关联性差别,分化出R_(BrC/BC)(总光学衰减中BrC和BC的相对贡献). 结果表明: 麦秆焚烧和民用燃煤烟气的R_(BrC/BC)分别为1. 754 ± 0. 278和0. 183 ± 0. 142. 借助R_(BrC/BC)值,结合现有的BC 排放清单(2000年),初步推算出中国民用燃煤和秸杆田间焚烧 BrC的排放总量(以BC 当量计,下同)为(270. 6 ± 101. 6)Gg,接近同期BC 排放量的一半; 其中秸杆焚烧的BrC 排放量为(175. 4 ± 27. 8)Gg,约占二者总量的65%; 民用燃煤的BrC 排放量为(95. 2 ± 73. 7)Gg,约占35%. 该研究结果可为更全面的BrC 排放测算奠定基础,并为研究BrC的大气化学及辐射强迫提供依据

    采用室温下微区Raman散射方法 ,观测到了GaInP2 的LO双模行为和禁戒的TO模 ,由于晶格有序导致晶体对称性从Td 降低为C3v,从而使禁戒的TO模变为Raman活性。在所有的样品中都观测到了由晶格无序激活的DALA模。在有序样品中 ,除观测到了二级Raman散射峰LO1+LO2 以外 ,还观测到了由超晶格效应所导致的FLA折叠模和LO模的分裂。对LO模峰谷比b/a的分析表明 ,随着晶格有序度的增加 ,b/a值减小。这是因为 :一方面主要是由于禁戒的TO模变为Raman活性所引起的 ,另一方面 ,还可能有LO1模和LO2 模分裂的贡献。在实验上 ,可以用b/a值或FLA的强度来表示样品的有序度。Micro Raman scattering was employed at room temperature to investigate the properties of GaInP 2 alloys grown by MOVPE.The excitation wavelength is 514 5nm.The geometry is back scattering.GaInP 2 has CuPt like ordered structure along [111] which results in special optical properties such as the reduction of band gap,the doubling of PL peak,the temperature and excitation intensity dependence of photoluminescence,the splitting of valence band,etc.The Raman spectra show two mode behavior.In addition to the GaP like LO 1 mode(ordered samples at 383cm -1 , disordered sample at 381cm\+\{-1\}) and the InP like LO 2 mode around 360cm -1 ,the InP like TO 2 mode around 330cm -1 and the GaP like TO 1 mode hidden in LO 2 are observed.To alloy with zinc blende structure,the TO mode is forbidden with back scattering geometry under Raman selection rule.But to the CuPt like ordered structure,the TO mode becomes Raman active by the reason of symmetry reduction from T d to C 3v .At the Raman shift about 200cm -1 ,all the samples have the same disorder activated longitudinal acoustic bands(DALA).Besides the DALA,the ordered samples exhibit folded longitudinal acoustic mode (FLA) around 205cm -1 .This mode belongs to the L point folded to the Γ point as a result of the doubling of the unit cell of Brillouin zone.The intensity of the FLA peak is believed to be stronger with increasing the degree of order.In addition to the LO 1+LO 2 mode,the splitting of LO 2 into LO 2 and LO 2 ′ in ordered samples induced by superlattice effect resulting from the atom ordering is detected.In the ordered Raman spectra,from which the disordered's is subtracted, one can tell the FLA peak and the LO 2 ′ more clearly.In addition,there is another peak around 375cm\+\{-1\} which is probably the LO 1 ′ splitting from LO 1.By analyzing the PL peak energy and the b/a ratio of the valley between GaP like and InP like LO to the height of InP like LO 2,it exhibits that the value of b/a ratio reduces with the increase of ordering.On one hand,it is because that the forbidden TO becomes Raman active.On the other hand,it is probably due to the consequence of the splitting of LO 1 into LO 1 and LO 1 ′ and LO 2 into LO 2 and LO 2 ′.Besides the value of b/a ratio which represents the degree of order:the smaller the value of b/a ,the greater the ordering degree,the high intensity of FLA mode also corresponds to high degree of order.国家自然科学基金 ( 697760 11) ;; 福建省自然科学基金 ;; 上海技术物理所红外物理国家重点实验室基金资助项

    测量了室温下三元GaxIn1-xP (x =0 .48)和四元 (AlxGa1-x) 0 .51In0 .4 9P (x =0 .2 9)合金背散射配置下的喇曼光谱。三元GaxIn1-xP的喇曼谱表现为双模形式 ,在DALA带上叠加了FLA模 ,在有序样品中观察到了类GaP的TO1模和类InP的TO2 模 ,类GaP的LO1模和类InP的LO2 模的分裂 ,表示有序度的b a比从无序样品的 0 .40变化到有序样品的 0 .1 0 ,有序样品b a比的降低是由于TO1模和LO1模分裂的影响所造成的。四元 (AlxGa1-x) 0 .51In0 .4 9P为三模形式 ,观察到了双峰结构的FLA模 ,由于Al组分的影响 ,类GaP的LO模成了类InP的LO模的肩峰。所有模式与经验公式吻合得很好。Raman scattering spectroscopy is applied to investigate the phonon modes in Ga xIn 1-x P (x=0.48) and (Al xGa 1-x ) 0.51 In 0.49 P (x=0.29) alloys in back scattering geometry. Two mode behavior in Ga xIn 1-x P is found. In Ga xIn 1-x P, the FLA is superimposed on the DALA band. In ordered samples, the GaP like TO 1 and the InP like TO 2 are observed.The splitting of LO 1(GaP like) and LO 2(InP like) are believed to be the superlattice effect of ordering. the b/a ratio ranges from 0.40(nominally disordered) to 0.10(ordered). The small b/a of ordered Ga xIn 1 x P is affected by the TO 1 mode and LO 2′ splitting of LO 1 mode. (Al xGa 1-x ) 0.51 In 0.49 P is characterized by its three mode behavior. the doubling of FLA is found. Due to the influence of Al composition, the GaP like LO mode becomes a shoulder of the InP like LO mode.     我国华南中麝鼩分子系统地理学分析

    华南中麝鼩(Crocidura rapax)亚种分化存在异议。为了明确我国华南中麝鼩的分子系统地理格局,为其分类学提供进一步分子生物学证据,测定了我国贵州华南中麝鼩20个样本的Cyt b基因序列,并结合GenBank下载的19个华南中麝鼩Cyt b基因序列进行一并分析。结果表明:系统发生树首先分成3个大的进化支,即华南中麝鼩华南亚种(C.r.rapax)进化支、西南中麝鼩(C.vorax)进化支、华南中麝鼩台中亚种(C.rapax kurodai)进化支。华南中麝鼩华南亚种分成贵州、云南、四川东南部谱系和四川中西部谱系。遗传距离结果发现,最大遗传距离出现在华南中麝鼩华南亚种四川中西部谱系与华南中麝鼩台中亚种之间(0.118 1),其次是华南中麝鼩华南亚种贵州、云南、四川东南部谱系与华南中麝鼩台中亚种之间(0.117 4)。华南中麝鼩华南亚种2个谱系间遗传距离为0.019 5。中介网络分析也观察到相似分化格局。中介网络图的结果与系统发育关系和遗传距离的结果一致,支持来自台湾的华南中麝鼩样本为独立物种的观点,即台湾长尾麝鼩(C.tadae)。我国华南中麝鼩无亚种分化,分为贵州、云南、四川东南部谱系和四川中西部谱系。在华南中麝鼩的32个样本中发现23个单倍型,核苷酸多样性0.012 85。种群历史分析暗示华南中麝鼩近期尽管经历了种群扩张,但并非为单次急剧扩张

    Self-mode-locked 2 mu m Tm3+-doped double-clad fiber laser with a simple linear cavity

    We demonstrate the self-mode-locking operation of a thulium (Tm)-doped fiber laser (TDFL) with a simple linear cavity. Since the laser cavity does not include any specific mode-locker, we experimentally investigate and analyze the self-mode-locking mechanism. The mode-locking operation is attributed to the combination of the self-phase modulation effect and the weak saturable absorption of the high-concentration Tm-doped fiber. The mode-locked TDFL operates at a central wavelength of 1985.5 nm with the 3 dB spectral linewidth of 0.18 nm. The self-mode-locking generates a large pulse energy of 32.7 nJ with a pulsed repetition rate of 2.05 MHz and is stable with a radio-frequency signal-to-noise ratio of more than 54 dB. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first demonstration of a 2 mu m Tm-doped fiber laser mode-locked by such technique. (C) 2014 Optical Society of Americ
