    针对当前GPS的示位标只能单一传送位置信息,提出了多功能北斗交互式示位标的构建方案。该方案充分利用北斗卫星导航系统独有定位和通信两大功能,同时利用短距离通信方式构建交互式示位标。根据不同的需求编辑短报文通过短距离通信传送给北斗示位标,再利用北斗系统的特色短信报文功能将信息发送给岸基救助中心平台。该示住标除了能传送位置信息,还可以适当传送其他重要信息,大大提高了海事救助成功概率。相比与现有GPS示位标,具有更方便交互,而且可以双向传递更多的救助信息。The current GPS EPIRB transmitting location information can only be a single, multi-function Com- pass proposed position-indicating the underlying construct interactive programs. It makes use of the Beidou satel- lite navigation system features two unique positioning and communications, while taking advantage of the short- range communications build interactive EPIRB. Depending on the needs of editing short message transmitted via the short-range communications to Compass EPIRB, re-use characteristics of SMS messages sent Beidou system will send the information to a shore-based rescue center platform. The beacon can transmit position information in addition, also be appropriate to convey other important information, greatly improving the probability of success of the maritime rescue.     The application of computer simulation of spinal osteotomy in making surgical plan for correction of kyphosis in ankylosing spondylitis

    目的:探讨计算机辅助设计在强直性脊柱炎后凸畸形矫形术手术方案制定中的应用价值。方法:将5例强直性脊柱炎后凸畸形患者在手术前后进行胸腰椎CT扫描,获得的数据导入Mimics10.01软件进行三维重建。手术前在重建模型上模拟经椎弓根椎体截骨术进行虚拟截骨、预测矫形效果,并测算截骨椎体所需截骨角度及相应在椎板及椎体后缘的截骨宽度。手术后在预测模型及术后重建模型上分别测量全脊柱后凸角,颈7椎体中心点与骶骨后上角的水平距离,截骨节段相邻上下椎体棘突间及双侧横突间距离等指标,并进行比较。结果:5例手术前后均顺利完成三维建模。术前模拟截骨测算出截骨椎体所需截骨角度、椎板截骨宽度和椎体后缘截骨宽度的值分别为(26.34±3.16)°(23.30~30.11°)、(27.71±1.22)mm(26.53~29.15mm)和(14.45±1.62)mm(12.17~16.62mm),在虚拟截骨模型上及术后重建模型上测得的比较指标相近。结论:应用计算机对强直性脊柱炎后凸畸形截骨矫正手术进行仿真模拟设计的方法具有可行性,能比较直观、精确反映矫形效果,可为制定手术方案提供较科学的依据。Objective: To discuss the application of computer simulation of spinal osteotomy in making surgical plans for patients with kyphosis deformity due to ankylosing spondylitis. Methods: 4 patients underwent CT scan before and after the operation and the collected data were put into the Mimics 10.01 to reconstruct 3D images. Virtual vertebrectomies were carried out on the models to guide actual operations. The corrected angle, the width of the lamina, the width of resected lumbar posterior marginal bone was predicted. In the model of virtual vertebrectomies and the postoperative reconstructed, the total spinal kyphosis angle, the distance between the cervical line on the center of C7 and the postero-superior part of S1, the distance of the spinous process and the distance of both sides of transverse process were measured and compared. Results: The models were successfully reconstructed and virtual vertebrectomies were well completed in every case. The mean predictive value of the corrected angle, the width of the lamina, the width of resected lumbar posterior marginal bone were (26.34 ±3.16)° (23.30~30.11° ), (27.71 ±1.22) mm (26.53~29.15 mm), and (14.45 ±1.62) mm (12.17~16.62 mm) respectively. The mean predictive value was close to the mean real values. Conclusions: Computer simulation of vertebrectomy can directly and accurately reflect the correction effects before surgery, which is convenient for defining the best surgical plan as well as improving the safety and accuracy of the operation

    太阳能电池氧化硅层的制备方法及太阳能电池

    本发明提供一种氧化硅层的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:将硅片置于混合酸液中进行氧化处理,所述混合酸液为硝酸、硫酸混合液;其中,所述硝酸、硫酸混合液由68%的浓硝酸、98%的浓硝酸按体积比1:1~10:1混合而成。上述氧化硅层的制备方法,1)可以实现对硅表面更加高效的氧化效果,氧化硅层的硅被氧化的更加彻底,高价态的硅比例升高;2)制备温度低,可以在低至20℃的条件下制备出厚度大于1.4nm的氧化硅层,满足制备太阳能电池的需要;3)处理时间缩短,例如可以在2~4min制备出厚度大于1.4nm的氧化硅层;4)氧化层厚度合适,制备的氧化硅层可以控制在1.0~3.0nm,氧化硅层厚度可以完全覆盖器件所需的厚度要求

    本发明提供的太阳能电池包括硅片、钝化隧穿层、掺杂薄膜硅层,所述钝化隧穿层位于所述硅片和所述掺杂薄膜硅层之间,其中所述钝化隧穿层为氧化硅-氮氧化硅梯度叠层、氮氧化硅-氮化硅梯度叠层、氧化硅-氮氧化硅-氮化硅梯度叠层中的一种;所述氮氧化硅为掺杂氮的氧化硅或掺杂氧的氮化硅;所述氧化硅-氮氧化硅梯度叠层、氮氧化硅-氮化硅梯度叠层、氧化硅-氮氧化硅-氮化硅梯度叠层的氮浓度从远离硅片侧向硅片侧梯度降低。由于氮化硅和氮氧化硅的隧穿势垒较低,本发明钝化隧穿层可以在保证隧穿效率的前提下适当放宽钝化隧穿层的厚度,从而有利于减少钝化隧穿层孔洞,降低漏电流的发生和复合速度,拓宽工艺窗口和提高工艺稳定性

    DNA molecular markers of Mytilopsis sallei in three bays,for genetic difference

    本文运用RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNA)技术,对3个海域的沙筛贝进行了地理遗传差异分析.结果表明福建东山湾与厦门马銮湾沙筛贝的遗传距离为0.276 4,深圳湾与马銮湾沙筛贝的为0.306 7,深圳湾与东山湾沙筛贝的为0.330 5.这说明马銮湾与东山湾的沙筛贝种群遗传距离较近,而东山湾与深圳湾的沙筛贝种群遗传距离较大.对厦门马銮湾沙筛贝的18S rDNA进行了测序,在基因库上查得同科另外3个种的18S rDNA序列,构建了分子系统发育树,发现沙筛贝与Mytilopsisleucophaeata同源性比较高.We use the RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNA) technique to analyze the gene-tic differences among three populations of Mytilopsis sallei in three bays.The results showed that the genetic distance of Mytilopsis sallei between populations of Dongshan Bay and Maluan Bay was(0.276 4),while populaitons of Shenzhen Bay and Maluan Bay was 0.306 7,and populations of Shenzhen Bay and Dongshan Bay was 0.330 5.It means that the genetic distance of Mytilopsis sallei between Dongshan population and Maluan population was closer and the genetic distance of Mytilopsis sallei between Shenzhen population and Dongshan population was farther.The 18S rDNA of Mytilopsis sallei in Maluan Bay was sequenced and compared with other three species of Dreissenidae in gene bank and the molecular phylogenetic tree is constructed.The results showed that it is much homologous between Mytilopsis sallei and Mytilopsis leucophaeata among the four species.福建省自然科学基金资助项目(D0510004
