Research on Applied Digital Medicine to Precision Orthopaedic Surgery

Abstract

现代骨科医学与计算机科学的融合促进了数字骨科医学的发展.通过厦门大学计算机系生物医学实验室在数字骨科医学领域取得成功的3个典型案例,验证了数字骨科医学应用计算机三维图像处理技术和多种数字图像处理方法,可以直观地显示病人病变部位的骨骼形态,并且在术前设计手术方案,可以预测术后效果,精准度优于传统医学方法.The integration of modern orthopedic medicine and computer science promote the development of digital orthopedic medicine.Digital orthopedic medicine applies three-dimensional image processing technology and a variety of digital image processing to display the pathological changes position of patient′s bone.Preoperative surgical planning and predict the postoperative results can be designed with this technology,which is more accurate than traditional surgical methods.This paper presents three typical surgery cases of digital orthopedic medicine completed by our laboratory.国家自然科学基金项目(30770561;61271336); 卫生部科学研究基金-福建省卫生教育联合攻关Ⅱ期计划项目(WKJ2008-2-41
