    地理距离、海拔和气候差异对独龙江流域维管植物群落物种空间相异性的影响

    物种相异性(species dissimilarity)主要反映了群落物种组成的时空变化,其与随机和确定性因素之间的关系能揭示群落构建及生物多样性形成和维持的机理。本文以独龙江流域植物群落为研究对象,以群落间Jaccard物种相异性指数为指标,分析它同地理距离、气候和海拔差异之间的关系及各类因子影响的权重。结果表明,群落间Jaccard物种相异性指数变化范围为0.42–1,且随自然对数转换的地理距离、海拔和气候差异(多年日平均温度,年平均降水量)的增大而呈显著的线性增加趋势;地理距离、气候差异和海拔差异可以解释独龙江流域群落物种相异性指数将近30%的变异。地理距离单独解释度为18.80%,气候差异和海拔差异分别可以解释3.47%和0.10%。研究结果表明,独龙江流域群落物种在空间上的更替是环境限制和扩散限制综合作用的结果。群落间物种相异性较大,且影响物种更替的因素中地理距离占有较大的权重,说明在对该地区进行生物多样性保护时,在综合考虑环境因素影响的基础上,还应充分考虑地形的阻隔作用和繁殖体扩散能力的大小

    通信作者:[email protected][中文文摘]ω干扰素(IFN-ω)是同IFN-α功能相近但抗原性不同的一类干扰素分子,它具有同IFN-α、IFN-γ以及肿瘤坏死因子α相似的抑制病毒复制的作用.采用5L发酵罐发酵表达IFN-ω,发酵培养液经超滤膜浓缩、SP层析柱梯度分离,得到糖基化的IFN-ω,用基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI TOF-TOF MS)和N端蛋白序列分析仪分析其分子质量和N端序列,用细胞病变抑制法测定活性.结果表明,诱导约48h时,目的蛋白表达量最高,通过SP梯度洗脱,可将糖基化和非糖基化的IFN-ω分离,质谱分析糖基化蛋白样品,质谱峰为糖基化蛋白特有的峰.纯化后糖基化的IFN-ω抗病毒活性为1.46×108 U/mL. [英文文摘]IFN-wis a kind of interferon molecules,which has similar function but different antigenicity to IFN-α.It can inhibit virus replication like IFN-α,IFN-γ and tumor necrosis factor alpha.5 L fermenter was used to ferment and interferon-ω was expressed.Then,the glycosylated interferon-ω was purified by a procedure stepped by ultrafiltration and gradient elution SP chromatography column.Its molecular weight and N amino acid sequence were analyzed by MALD I TOF-TOF MS and the N protein sequence analyzer,respectively.In addition,IFN-ω activity was  determined by cell changes suppression method.The results showed that IFN-ω expression level reached to highest in induced 48h.The glycosylated and unglycosylated IFN-ω could be separated by SP gradient elution completely.     Measurement of integrated luminosity of data collected at 3.773 GeV by BESIII from 2021 to 2024

    We present a measurement of the integrated luminosity e+e- of collision data collected by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider at a center-of-mass energy of Ecm = 3.773 GeV. The integrated luminosities of the datasets taken from December 2021 to June 2022, from November 2022 to June 2023, and from October 2023 to February 2024 were determined to be 4.995±0.019 fb-1, 8.157±0.031 fb-1, and 4.191±0.016 fb-1, respectively, by analyzing large angle Bhabha scattering events. The uncertainties are dominated by systematic effects, and the statistical uncertainties are negligible. Our results provide essential input for future analyses and precision measurements

    Determination of the number of ψ(3686) events taken at BESIII

    The number of ψ(3686) events collected by the BESIII detector during the 2021 run period is determined to be (2259.3±11.1)×106 by counting inclusive ψ(3686) hadronic events. The uncertainty is systematic and the statistical uncertainty is negligible. Meanwhile, the numbers of ψ(3686) events collected during the 2009 and 2012 run periods are updated to be (107.7±0.6)×106 and (345.4±2.6)×106, respectively. Both numbers are consistent with the previous measurements within one standard deviation. The total number of ψ(3686) events in the three data samples is (2712.4±14.3)×10^
