Expression,Purification and Assays of Human Interferon-ω in yeast Pichia Pastoris

Abstract

IFN-ω属I型干扰素,是与IFN-α功能相近但抗原性不同的一类干扰素分子,它具有同IFN-α、IFN-γ以及肿瘤坏死因子α等相似的抑制病毒复制的作用。IFN-ω具有较强的抗细胞增殖、抗病毒复制和免疫调节等生物活性,有研究表明IFN-ω有比IFN-α更强的抗病毒活性,而且IFN-ω与IFN-α、IFN-β、IFN-γ的抗原特性不同,不会与IFN-α、IFN-β、IFN-γ的抗血清或单克隆抗体发生交叉反应,因此,IFN-ω在用于治疗对IFN-α、IFN-β或IFN-γ耐药的患者方面有着广泛的应用前景。目前,国内外已有采用多种表达系统制备IFN-ω的报道,其中国内关于IFN-ω的报道和研究较少,而...IFN-ω is a type I interferon, which has similar function but different antigenicity to IFN-α.It can inhibit virus replications, similar to those of IFN-α, IFN-γ and tumor necrosis factor alpha.
