    Effects of CeO2 on Bi2O3-rich Lead-free Sealing Glass Ceramics

    传统上,国内外电子与电器设备上的电热管常用的封接材料是含Pb微晶玻璃;但是,由于含Pb玻璃有毒,美日欧及我国等先后采取了相关措施,对封接材料的含Pb量作了严格法律的限制。因此,研制无Pb封接微晶玻璃具有十分重要的意义。本研究作为制备结构材料,对于Bi2O3原料的纯度要求不高,可提取自某些稀土尾矿,CeO2如能应用于封接用无Pb封接微晶玻璃,则对尾矿处理、稀土综合利用和轻稀土大量堆积等问题的解决有积极的作用,且加入少量CeO2可以有效提高封接玻璃与添加铈的合金的结合能力。 本研究在全面深入的调研的基础上,研制了添加CeO2的ZnO—Bi2O3—B2O3系玻璃,采用氧化铝坩埚熔制,冷水淬冷制得玻...Traditionally, lead glass ceramics have been used widely in electron device field as sealing materials.     The Analysis of Harmonic Based on Multi-Processor

    随着多核技术的发展,多核计算机逐渐成为市场的主流,由此对程序设计带来了巨大的改变。如何以最少的代价将现有的代码修改成适应多核计算机的程序,已经成为一个重要的课题。从电能质量分析中最重要的谐波检测入手,对谐波检测中利用的傅里叶变换算法进行分析,证明了傅里叶变换结果和谐波的关系,介绍了几种谐波分析的算法,给出了利用OPEnMP编程技术对基于复序列的傅里叶变换算法进行并行化改造的过程,并对并行化的效率进行了分析。实验表明OPEnMP对少量数据的运算效果不是十分理想,比较适合于大数据量的并行运算,同时并行的粒度越大,效果越好。With multi-core technology development,multi-core computer has gradually become the mainstream in the market;It brings tremendous change in program design.How to modify the existing code with the least price and let it adapt to multi-core computers,has become an important issue.Based on the crucial part-harmonic detection in analyzes of the quality of electric energy,analyzes Fourier transform algorithm which used in the harmonic detection,subsequently,proofs of the relationship between the result of Fourier transform and harmonic wave.Furthermore introduces some classical Harmonic analysis algorithms.At the end of this academic thesis emphatically points out the course of parallel transformation in the Fourier transform algorithm which based on complex sequence,and analyses the parallelization efficiency.The experiments show that OpenMP is not expectative for calculating effect of the small amount of data but suitable for the parallel computing of large data

    YAG荧光粉-无铅低软化温度玻璃复合浆料的制备与应用

    为优化大功率白光LED的封装过程,提出将YAG荧光粉-无铅低软化温度玻璃复合浆料印刷在玻璃基片上,经热处理制备荧光玻璃片的技术方案。采用热膨胀仪、粉末衍射仪、热重分析仪、荧光光谱仪等研究无铅低软化温度玻璃成分与热学性能的关系,无铅低软化温度玻璃粉与YAG荧光粉的配比、固含量、热处理制度等因素对复合浆料及荧光玻璃片晶型、粘度及发光等性能的影响。结果表明,复合浆料固含量为70%时,粘度适用于丝网印刷;印刷后的玻璃基片在550~650℃温度下进行热处理,可制得荧光玻璃片;无铅低软化温度玻璃与YAG荧光粉质量比在1. 2~4. 0范围调整,可得到封装后色温在3500~7000 K的荧光玻璃片。该荧光玻璃片可适用于大功率白光LED的封装。华侨大学2016年实验教学改革与建设课题(66661601

    Research of PID Controller Based on BP Algorithm

    文中主要研究了基于bP算法的PId控制器在非线性系统中的控制效果以及对权值整定初始化的优化。在介绍bP网络基本原理的基础上以非线性控制系统SIMulInk仿真为例,使用基于bP算法的PId控制器对该系统进行优化和整定,并结合nguyEn-WIdrOW初始化算法为层产生初始权重和偏置值,使得每层神经元的活动区域能大致平坦地分布在输入空间,实现了对PId参数的实时调节,并且使神经网络的学习和收敛速度加快,大大改善系统的初始运行的稳定性。仿真结果表明,基于bP算法的PId控制器在非线性控制系统中对其参数优化整定具有良好的效果。Studies the effects of the BP algorithm based on PID controller in the nonlinear system as well as setting the right values to initialize the optimization.In this paper take example for Simulink simulation of a non-linear control systems,use PID controller based on BP algorithm to optimize the system and setting,which combined with Nguyen-Widrow initialization algorithm,realize the real-time adjustment of the PID parameters,and accelerate the neural network learning convergence.Simulation results show that PID controller based on BP algorithm in the nonlinear control system for its tuning parameter has a good effect

    气包压力与气包水位是确定锅炉是否安全稳定运行的重要参数,其中气包水位又是锅炉主要控制参量之一,要实现给水的自动调节,就必须掌握其动态特性。建立循环流化床(CFB)锅炉蒸发区动态模型,对研究锅炉的动态特性和确定控制策略具有重要意义。本文在分析前人工作的基础上,建立了新的简化的锅炉蒸发区的动态数学模型.利用所建模型对气包的动态特性进行了仿真研究,结果证实了模型的有效性。Drum pressure and water-level are the critical issues for normal operating condition of drum boiler,and the level is one of the main controlled variables of the boiler.In order to control it,its dynamic characteristics must be obtained.CFBB dynamic model of evaporation zone was developed to research boiler behavior and design control system.Based on the previous results in open literature,a new and simplified model of evaporation zone was developed.Finally,the model was used to do simulation,the results showed the model was valid.福建省自然科学基金计划资助,项目批准号:E071002

    Relative Quantification of Hepcidin Gene Transcripts in Pseudosciaena crocea

    以大黄鱼(PSEudOSCIAEnA CrOCEA)管家基因18S rrnA和β-ACTIn作为内参基因,分别比较2个内参基因建立的相对定量曲线,最终确立以18S rrnA为参比基因,定量分析大黄鱼的HEPCIdIn抗菌肽基因.该相对定量分析方法所得结果与nOrTHErn-blOT方法一致.应用建立的HEPCIdIn基因的实时荧光相对定量研究方法,对大黄鱼头肾中的HEPCIdIn基因转录物进行相对定量,为今后开展鱼体内免疫相关基因的表达特性、诱导机制等工作奠定研究基础.同时,克隆得到的大黄鱼β-ACTIn基因和18S rrnA基因片段已提交基因库,并获得登录号.Two house-keeping genes,18S rRNA and β-actin,were cloned as endogenous genes for relative quantification of an antimicrobial peptide hepcidin in large yellow croakers(Pseudosciaena crocea) using the real-time RT-PCR.In comparision of the slopes of the relative standard curves between the two endogenous genes and the target gene,a relative quantification method for hepcidin gene using 18S rRNA as the calibrator gene was established.Results obtained with this method were consistent with the rusults from Northern-blot,suggesting feasibility and effectiveness of the method.This paper provides an effective method to investigate expression patterns and induction profiles of the hepcidin gene in large yellow croakers,and other immunity-related genes in fish bodies.The cloned fragments of 18S rRNA and β-actin genes from the large yellow croaker have been submitted to the GenBank,which have provided accession numbers.福建省科技计划重点资助项目(2007I0022);上海市高校选拔优秀青年教师科研专项基金资助项目(SHU08021);上海大学创新基金资助项目(A10011109006

    纳米Co_3O_4的制备及其在富氢气氛下CO选择氧化反应中的催化性能

    过渡金属氧化物四氧化三钴(Co3O4)在CO氧化反应中展示了较好的低温活性.Co3O4催化剂用于富氢气氛下CO选择氧化反应已引起了人们极大的关注,具有潜在的应用前景.采用液相沉淀-热解氧化方法制备了2种不同形貌的纳米Co3O4.用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等技术考察了包括沉淀剂种类、老化时间、焙烧温度等合成条件对生成Co3O4形貌、晶粒尺度的影响.制备的Co3O4的外形与沉淀前驱物外形直接相关.焙烧温度越高,Co3O4的颗粒越大.研究了制得的Co3O4在富氢气氛下CO选择氧化反应中的催化性能.对比以上方法制备的Co3O4的催化性能发现,催化剂的粒径和比表面积与催化剂的活性存在关联.使用尿素沉淀法并经250~300℃空气热解氧化制得的Co3O4具有较好的催化活性
