    本研究は図画工作科における振り返りをタブレット端末を用いたポートフォリオを作成することにより,その効果及び共有の輪の広がりを調査することを目的とした。児童 1 人に 1 台割り当てられているタブレット端末を使用して本時の制作物の写真を撮影し,教師が事前に用意したフォーマットに添付を行ない,振り返りを記述する。フォーマットは作品の制作前段階と後段階の 2 枚を比較できるように作成した。こうした活動を 1 年間通して行い,結果として以下の 3 点の効果が得られた。(1)作品の進捗状況の確認,(2)教師と児童の共有,(3)児童同士の共有デジタルポートフォリオを活用することにより,児童,教師共に共有できる範囲がひろがり次回に向けて制作をすすめていく手掛かりに効果があったと考えられる。図画工作科ICTタブレットポートフォリ

    Monolithically Integrated Optical Receiver with Spatially Modulated Optical Detector in CMOS Technology

    设计了与标准CMOS工艺兼容的850 nM空间调制(SPATIAlly MOdulATEd,SM)结构光电探测器,在分析器件物理模型的基础上,建立了SPECTrE环境中等效电路的新模型。提出标准CMOS工艺下SM探测器与前置放大电路单片集成的电路设计。仿真结果表明,在850 nM光照下,SM探测器带宽达到400 MHz,并提供62 MA/W的响应度。整个集成芯片的工作速率为400 Mb/S,增益为0.81 kV/W,功耗为91 MW。A monolithically integrated optical receiver(λ=850 nm) with spatially modulated(SM) optical detector is designed in standard 0.5 μm CMOS technology,the equivalent circuit model of the SM light detector is built in the SPECTRE environment.Simulation results show that the SM optical detector researches a bandwidth of 420 MHz and a responsibility of 78 mA/W.OEIC has a bandwidth of 400 Mb/s and gain of 0.81 kV/W with the power dissipation of 91 mW.厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20063002

    Occurrence of yellow tea thrips (YTT), Scirtothrips dorsalis and insecticide spraying reduced program using reflective sheet (RS) mulching were investigated in hedgerow grapevine cultivar \u27Shine Muscat\u27 (Vitis labruscana Bailey × V. vinifera L.). 1. First catches of YTT adults on yellow sticky traps in grape orchards were observed in mid- to late May or mid-June. Trap catches of YTT tended to be decreased by RS mulching. First infestation of YTT adults on grape shoots was observed in late May or mid-June. Infestation of YTT adults on shoots tended to be delayed by about 2 to 4 weeks by RS mulching, and the number of YTT infesting grapevine shoots tended to decrease with RS mulching. 2. The overwintering generation of YTT adults was collected from Distylium racemosum, Hydrangea macrophylla, Viburnum odoratissimum, and two species of weeds, Lamium amplexicaule and Vicia sativa subsp. nigra. First-generation of YTT adults were collected from Podocarpus macrophyllus and Camellia sinensis. It is likely that first-and second-generation of YTT adults grown on these host plants flew to grapevines. 3. Estimated immigration peaks of the first-, second- and third generation of YTT adults coincided with the peaks of trap catches of the first- and second-generations and the period of the number of YTT adults increasing on grapevine shoots in July, respectively. 4. Fruit damage in grapevines not sprayed with insecticide and without mulching (unsprayed), those receiving conventional insecticide spraying without mulching (conventional), and those with reduced insecticide spraying with RS mulching (mulching) were compared. Infestation of YTT adults on unsprayed grapevine shoots was observed in late May and late June, and fruit damage was observed in this block. Infestation of YTT adults on grapevine shoots in the conventional and mulching treatments was not observed by the bagging day, and no fruit damage was observed in these blocks. 5. Insecticide spraying timed during immigration of the first-generation of YTT adults was considered to be unnecessary if RS mulching was used. However, because second-generation YTT adults were observed on shoot tips of grapevine with RS mulching, insecticide spraying timed during adult immigration in this generation was considered to be necessary

    Design of Monolithic Si-Based PDIC for Optical Pickup

    针对应用于dVd光学头的关键部件PdIC,设计了一种芯片面积小、输出失调电压低的单片集成的硅基PdIC。芯片采用CSMC的0.5μMbCd工艺,集成了P-I-n探测器与前置放大电路。重点介绍了P-I-n光电探测器及前置放大电路的设计思想。仿真结果表明,用于光电检测的P-I-n光电探测器在650 nM光照下响应度达0.2 A/W,互阻放大器的-3 db带宽达到94 MHz,跨阻增益达150 kΩ。可以满足dVd系统的性能要求。PDIC is a key component of the pickup system for DVD players.A monolithic Si-based PDIC with low offset voltage and small area was designed.Using 0.5 μm BCD technology of CSMC,the chip was integrated with p-i-n phodetectors and transimpedance preamplifiers.The design idea of the chip was introduced.The simulation results show that the p-i-n opticaldetector reaches a responsibility of 0.2 A/W at the 650 nm wavelength,and the-3 dB bandwidth and the transimpedance gain of this transimpedance amplifier are 94 MHz and 150 kΩ respectively.The PDIC meets the performance requirements of the DVD system.厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20063002

    Realization of a Monolithic Optoelectronic Integrated Receiver Chip for Optical Communication Transceiver

    针对应用于850nM光通信中的10/100MbIT/S收发器,提出采用0.5μM标准CMOS工艺对其光接收芯片实现SI基单片集成。整体芯片面积为0.6MM2,共集成了一个双光电二极管的(dPd)光电探测器和一个跨阻前置放大电路,功耗为100MW,并给出了具体的测试性能结果。结果表明,在850nM光照下,光接收芯片带宽达到53MHz,工作速率为72MbIT/S。重点介绍了dPd光电探测器的原理和结构,并给出了相应的制造过程和电路等效模型,对整个光接收芯片进行了多种实用性测试,可以满足系统的性能要求。Monolithically integrated optical receiver was designed in 0.5 μm standard CMOS technology,used in 850 nm optical transceivers of 10/100 Mbit/s.The chip size is 0.6 mm2,integrating a double photodiode(DPD) detector and a transimpedance preamplifier.The power dissipation is 100 mW,and the result of test about OEIC was given.Test results show that the optical receiver has a bandwidth of 53 MHz and the bit rate of 72 Mbit/s in 850 nm light.The principle and structure of the DPD was introduced,the corresponding manufacturing process and circuit equivalent model were given.The OEIC meets the system performance requirements.厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20063002
