    Improvement of electrochemical reduction device for detection of bromate in wheat flour

    依据电解、电渗析和电迁移原理改进电化学还原装置,在不使用化学试剂的条件下,将待测样品组分中的br O-3还原为br-后进行检测,可避免高浓度Cl-的干扰。溴酸盐实样的检测表明,溴酸盐检出限为0.32 Mg/kg,日内精密度为2.73%,日间精密度为3.81%,回收率可达92%~96%。An electrochemical reduction device developed according to electrolysis,electrodialysis and electromigration theories can reduce bromate to bromide without any use of reagent.The high concentration chloride in samples would interfered the detection of bromate by Ion Chromatography,but this defect could be overcome if bromate is reduced to bromide before detection.When useing the electrochemical reduction device to detect bromate in real samples,the detection limit of bromate was 0.32 mg / kg,the within day precision was 2.73%,the between days precision was 3.81%,and percent recovery was 92% ~ 96%.国家自然科学基金(20527005); 公益性行业科研专项(2012104012-3

    Determination of trace amounts of gold(III) by cathodic stripping voltammetry using a bacteria-modified carbon paste electrode

    A bacteria-modified carbon paste electrode has been prepared and used for the very sensitive and selective determination of trace amounts of gold(III). The modified electrode was able to detect a solution of 1.0 ppb Au(III) by applying cathodic stripping voltammetry.     利用葡萄糖氧化酶对β-D-葡萄糖催化氧化的高度专一性,催化性能高的优点,催化血清中β-D-葡萄糖被溶液中的溶解氧氧化为D-葡萄糖酸,同时结合离子色谱法快速、灵敏、准确的特点,检测生成的D-葡萄糖酸,并用标准工作曲线法来定量血清中的葡萄糖的含量,建立起酶-离子色谱法检测血清中葡萄糖的新方法.该法线性范围为1.00~90.00mg/L.测得值与采用贝克曼CX3测得值相比,误差为-2%~2%.β-D-Glucose in serum was oxidized by the oxygen dissolved in solution with the catalysis of glucose oxidase based on its high selectivity to glucose.     对离子色谱法检测印刷电路板清洁度的IPC(电子电路互连和包装标准)方法做出了进一步改进,提出了水浴加热联合氮吹样品的前处理方法,有效的去除了异丙醇对测量的干扰,而且对样品进行了浓缩;对样品中的有机酸进行了有效的分离和检测。结果表明,该前处理方法干扰小,可以使检测结果更准确,检测限为3 ng/mL(以Cl–计)。The IPC’s test method on cleanness of printed circuit board were improved.Water bath-heater combined with nitrogen-blow was proposed as a disposal method of sample.Interference of isopropanol on measure was removed effectively,and the sample was concentrated.Weak organic acids in the sample were separated effectively and examined successfully.The results show that this disposal method could make the result more exact,and its interference is small.The detection limit is 3 ng/mL(Cl–).国家自然科学基金资助项目(20527005

    Application of Ion Chromatography to Electrooxidation Process of Glyoxal

    基于离子色谱原理,成功地研发出一种适用于乙二醛电氧化过程主要物种快速检测的新技术。研究表明,该技术不仅具有设备简便,检测快速灵敏和选择性高等优势,而且还能实现同时测定多种组分的目的。检测灵敏度小于0 5mg/L,保留时间、峰高、峰面积的变异系数均小于2%;对各物种回收率的检测结果为97%~103%。离子色谱电导检测技术的成功研发为乙二醛电氧化过程物种的实时、快速检测提供了便捷的分析手段,这对电合成体系的生产指导和过程评价具有重要意义。Based on ion chromatography theory,a new technology has been developed to separate and determine glyoxal and glyoxylic acid which are the main substances in the electrooxidation of glyoxal to glyoxylic acid.Experimental results demonstrated that this technology exhibits not only the advantages such as simple equipment,high sensitivity and high selectivity,but also the performation of determining simultaneously a mixture of several substances.The detecting sensitivity is less than 0.5 mg/L and the coefficients of variation of retention time,peak height and peak area outperform two percent.The recoveries of the detected substances are all ranged between 97% and 103%.Ion chromatography with a conductivity detector was successfully used as a convenient analytical means for the speedy and simultaneous detection in the process of glyoxal electrooxidation.This may be of importance in the guidance and evaluation for the electrosynthesis system.厦门市科技攻关项目基金资助(3502Z2001);; 国家自然科学基金资助(90206039
