    目的观察康氏抗纤方治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效,探讨其对肝组织N-花生四烯酸氨基乙醇(; arachidonoylethanolamine,AEA) 、2-花生四烯酸甘油( 2-arachidonoylglycerol,2-AG); 、大麻素受体1( cannabinoid receptor 1,CBR1) mRNA、大麻素受体2( cannabinoid receptor; 1,CBR2); mRNA含量变化的影响。方法将110例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组55例。治疗组予中药康氏抗纤方联合恩替卡韦分; 散片治疗,对照组用恩替卡韦分散片单药治疗,两组均治疗48周。判定两组临床疗效,检测血清ALT水平,HBV; DNA、HBsAg、HBsAb定量,肝组织病理、肝硬度变化,肝组织AEA、 2-AG含量和CBR1、CBR2; mRNA表达水平。结果与对照组比较,治疗组的临床总有效率、HBsAg阴转率、肝组织纤维化分期疗效有效率均高于对照组(chi~2 =; 4.453,4.152,6.364,均P < 0.05); 。与本组治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者肝纤维化瞬时弹性测定值、AEA、2-AG含量及CBR1、CBR2 mRNA表达均降低(均P <; 0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(均P < 0.05); 。肝组织病理显示:治疗后治疗组肝小叶结构基本完整,肝细胞轻度水样变性,汇管区纤维组织无增生,局部少量淋巴细胞浸润,炎症及纤维化较对照组明显改善。; 结论康氏抗纤方具有提高慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者的临床总有效率、HBsAg阴转率、肝组织纤维化分期疗效有效率,其作用机制可能与调节内源性大麻素系统; 有关。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kangshi Kangxian Decoction (; KSKXD) in treating on patients of hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis; B ( CHB),and to explore the mechanisms of KSKXD by regulating the; contents of arachidonoylethanolamine ( AEA),2-arachidonoylglycerol (; 2-AG),cannabinoid receptor 1 ( CBR1 mRNA) and cannabinoid receptor 2 (; CBR2 mRNA) in the liver tissue. Methods Totally 110 patients with; hepatic fibrosis of CHB were assigned to the treatment group and the; control group according to random digit table,55 cases in each group.; The treatment group was treated with Chinese herb KSKXD combined with; Entecavir,and the control group was treated with Entecavir. Both of the; two groups were treated for 48 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two; groups was determined. The serum ALT levels,HBV DNA, HBsAg and HBsAb; quantification,liver pathological changes,liver stiffness; changes,contents of AEA and 2-AG,mRNA expression of CBR1 and CBR2 in the; liver tissue were detected. Results The total effective rate,HBsAg; negative conversion rate,hepatic fibrosis staging and curative effect; rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group; (chi~2 = 4.453,4.152,6.364,allP <0.05). After treatment,the; instantaneous elasticity of liver fibrosis,the contents of AEA and; 2-AG,the mRNA expressions of CBR1 and CBR2 in the liver tissue in the; two groups were decreased compared to those of the same group before; treatment (P < 0.05),and the treatment group had better effect than that; of the control group (P < 0.05). The pathological changes in the; treatment group after treatment indicated the liver lobules; integrity,mild hydropic degeneration of liver cells,periportal fibrous; tissue hyperplasia,local small lymphocytic infiltration,which fibrosis; and inflammation were better than those of the control group.; Conclusions KSKXD was effective in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis of; CHB, which improved total effective rate,HBsAg seroconversion rate and; liver fibrosis stage efficiency.     Multistage Inverse Modeling Method and Its Application in Gelatin Solution Production Process

    针对一类串联型工业大系统,提出了多阶段逆模型建模方法:将串联大系统分为若干个阶段,以产品质量指标作为过程设计的起点,用逆向推理的方法,建立各个阶段的逆模型;根据产品质量指标的要求,直接求出各个阶段的控制变量设定值。将该方法应用于胶液生成过程的软测量建模,采用多阶段建模方法和整体建模方法分别建立了基于bP神经网络的胶液生成过程逆模型,并从误差平方和MSE和命中率等方面对两种建模方法的建模精度进行了比较。结果表明,多阶段建模方法可以获得更高的建模精度;同时,具有更大的灵活性;而且逆模型方法可以根据质量指标求出控制变量设定值,更便于实际应用。Aiming at a class of serially connected industrial system,a novel multistage inverse modeling method was presented.The large-scale system is divided into several stages.Using specified product qualities as a starting point for process design.By backward reasoning the required process conditions and the control variable set points of all stages for processing system were found.The inverse models of gelatin solution production process were established based on the BP neural network by using multistage modeling method and whole stage modeling method,and modeling accuracy comparison were made from error and hit rates.The simulation results indicate the model based on the proposed method has smaller error and higher hit rates.Meanwhile,the break down of the sub models increases the flexibility of model development and reduces the effort to change the model when the sub models change.And the required process conditions and the control variable set points of all stages for processing system were found according to specified product qualities.Thus,it is easy to be really applied.This method has been successfully applied on improving the gelatin solution production process and product quality control.厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20083028);国家自然科学基金项目(50843059);福建省教育厅科技项目(JA08218

    中国海及邻近区域碳库与通量综合分析

    中国海总面积约470万平方公里,纵跨热带、亚热带、温带、北温带等多个气候带.其中,南海北依\"世界第三极\"青藏高原、南邻\"全球气候引擎\"西太平洋暖池,东海拥有全球最宽的陆架之一,跨陆架物质运输显著,黄海是冷暖流交汇区域,渤海则是受人类活动高度影响的内湾浅海.中国海内有长江、黄河、珠江等大河输入,外邻全球两大西边界流之一的黑潮.这些鲜明的特色赋予了中国海碳储库和通量研究的典型代表意义.文章从不同海区(渤海、黄海、东海、南海)、不同界面(陆-海、海-气、水柱-沉积物、边缘海-大洋等),以及不同生态系统(红树林、盐沼湿地、海草床、海藻养殖、珊瑚礁、水柱生态系统等)多层面对海洋碳库与通量进行了较系统地综合分析,初步估算了各个碳库的储量与不同碳库间的通量.就海气通量而言,渤海向大气中释放CO2约0.22Tg Ca-1,黄海吸收CO2约1.15Tg Ca-1,东海吸收CO2约6.92~23.30Tg Ca-1,南海释放CO2约13.86~33.60Tg Ca-1.如果仅考虑海-气界面的CO2交换,中国海总体上是大气CO2的\"源\",净释放量约6.01~9.33Tg Ca-1.这主要是由于河流输入以及邻近大洋输入所致.河流输入渤黄海、东海、南海的溶解无机碳(DIC)分别为5.04、14.60和40.14Tg Ca-1,而邻近大洋输入DIC更是高达144.81Tg Ca-1,远超中国海向大气释放的碳量.渤海、黄海、东海、南海的沉积有机碳通量分别为2.00、3.60、7.40、7.49Tg Ca-1.东海和南海向邻近大洋输送有机碳通量分别为15.25~36.70和43.39Tg Ca-1.就生态系统而言,中国沿海红树林、盐沼湿地、海草床有机碳埋藏通量为0.36Tg Ca-1,海草床溶解有机碳(DOC)输出通量为0.59Tg Ca-1;中国近海海藻养殖移出碳通量0.68Tg Ca-1,沉积和DOC释放通量分别为0.14和0.82Tg Ca-1.总计,中国海有机碳年输出通量为81.72~103.17Tg Ca-1.中国海的有机碳输出以DOC形式为主,东海向邻近大洋输出的DOC通量约15.00~35.00Tg Ca-1,南海输出约31.39Tg Ca-1.综上,尽管从海-气通量看中国海是大气CO2的\"源\",但考虑了河流、大洋输入、沉积输出以及微型生物碳泵(DOC转化输出)作用后,中国海是重要的储碳区.需要指出的是,文章数据是基于中国海各海区碳循环研究报道,鉴于不同研究方法上的差异,所得数据难免有一定的误差范围,亟待将来统一方法标准下的更多深入研究和分析.国家重点研发计划项目(编号:2016YFA0601400);;国家自然科学基金项目(批准号:91751207、91428308、41722603、41606153、41422603);;中央高校基础研究项目(编号:20720170107);;中海油项目(编号:CNOOC-KJ125FZDXM00TJ001-2014、CNOOCKJ125FZDXM00ZJ001-2014)资

    Imposex of Thais clavigera and Cantharus cecillei in the coastal waters of Xiamen

    海产腹足类性畸变以其对有机锡的敏感性、特异性和不可逆性而成为海洋有机锡污染的理想指示种。调查研究了厦门海域岩相海岸带疣荔枝螺(THAIS ClAVIgErA)和甲虫螺(CAnTHAruS CECIllEI)的性畸变情况,通过生物学指标IOI(性畸变率)、rPSI(相对阴茎发展指数)、VdSI(输精管发展指数)及SrI(性比指数)综合评价其性畸变发展程度,间接指示厦门周边海域的有机锡污染程度。研究结果发现,在采集疣荔枝螺的17个站点中有5个站点种群性畸变率为100%,其中宝珠屿种群性畸变程度最为严重,VdSI达4,采集甲虫螺的4个站点的种群性畸变率均为100%。性畸变程度较严重的种群普遍集中于厦门西港,并且表现出由港内到港外逐渐减轻的趋势,而白城、会展中心和大嶝岛等位于开阔的厦门东海域的种群性畸变程度最轻,与往年厦门西海域有机锡污染监测数据相比一致,体现出性畸变程度与有机锡污染程度及海港码头远近之间的相互关系。The degree of imposex,i.e.the imposition of male characteristics onto females,in neogastropods can be used as a sensitive and accurate biomarker to evaluate organotin contamination in coastal marine environment.Now,the imposex status in females of Thais clavigera and Cantharus cecillei in 17 sites was investigated to evaluate the organotin contamination along Xiamen Bay during 2006 and 2007.The four indices including incidence of imposex(IOI),relative penis size index(RPSI),vas deferens sequences index(VDSI) and sex ratio index(SRI) were used comprehensively to assess the imposex status in order to ascertain the extent of organotin bioavailability in Xiamen Bay.Based on this research,T.clavigera in 5 sites and C.cecillei in all survey sites exhibited the IOI of 100%.At Bao ZhuYu Islet,the imposex level was the most serious with maximum VDSI value of 4.In general,the imposex level decreased from the inner to the outer of Xiamen Western Harbour,and the populations in the open Xiamen Eastern Waters including Bai Cheng,Convention and Exhibiton Center and Dadeng Island showed a lower imposex level.These results were accordant with the concentrations of organotins in 2005.The imposex degree also increased with increasing organotin contamination and decreasing distance from shipping facilities.国家自然科学基金资助项目(40476048);厦门大学近海海洋环境科学国家重点实验室开放基金资助项目;厦门大学新世纪优秀人才计划基金资助项
