    空肠弯曲菌penner o:19 cjaA基因的克隆表达

    目的克隆空肠弯曲菌penner o:19 cjaA基因,构建其原核表达载体,诱导表达及纯化蛋白,为基因工程疫苗的研制打下基础。方法扩增空肠弯曲菌penner o:19 cjaA基因,构建pGEM-T-cjaA克隆载体,以EcoRI和XhoI为酶切位点构建pGEX-4T-1-cjaA原核表达载体。表达载体转化E.coli BL21后诱导表达,SDS-PAGE鉴定表达产物,用Glutathione Sepharose4B纯化重组蛋白。结果成功构建pGEX-4T-1-cjaA表达载体,并获得浓度为10μg/μl的rGST-CjaA重组蛋白。结论成功构建pGEM-T-cjaA克隆载体及pGEX-4T-1-cjaA表达载体,获得重组蛋白rGST-CjaA,为研究空肠弯曲菌疫苗打下基础

    Shiraki Microearthquake Observatory (SHK) has dual purposes. One is the investigation of seismicity in Western Honshu, Japan, through microearthquake observation and the other is the teleseismic observation. For the first purpose, Hagiwara Electromagnetic Seismograph System (in this case, T0=1.0 sec, Tg=0.2 sec, V=100000, 3 components*) is installed at the station and also three satellite stations Mikawa (replaced by Uzuto from February, 1970, to December, 1971), Kutsugahara and Fube. Four stations are located 40 to 50km apart from each other. HES seismograph at Shiraki has been in operation since August, 1965, at Mikawa since September, 1967, at Kutsugahara since May, 1968, and at Fube since December, 1968

    本文用连续流动微型反应动力学方法研究铜基催化剂对丙酮亚甲基化合成甲基乙烯基酮(MVk)的催化行为。通过正交试验研究了载体、主催化剂、助催化剂对反应的影响,发现载体的作用极为重要.若以MgO、Al_2O_3为载体,催化剂的活性和选择性都不理想.而以硅胶为载体时,MVk的收率最好.由XPS技术分析催化剂表面性质推测-价铜可能是合成MVk反应的活性组分。Abstract The copper-based catalysts For the synthesis of mathyl vinyl ketone (MVK) have been investigated using the techniques of continuously Flowing microreaction kinetics and XPS method.It is Found that the support of the catalyst plays an important role.The best yield of MVK is obtained From copper-based catalyst supported on SiO_2, whose activity and selectivity are larger than those of the catalysts supported on MgO or Al_2O_3.The surFace propertics of the catalysts were analyst by XPS, whith the result appearing that the CU ̄1+ may be an active valence state For the catalysis.国家自然科学基
