    Comparison of Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills in treating women with emotional disorder during perimenopause

    目的:探讨加味逍遥丸治疗围绝经期情绪障碍的优势。方法:经筛选后具有抑郁或焦虑的围绝经期女性患者80例随机等分为帕罗西汀组、利维爱组、帕+利组和加味逍遥丸组,分别给予相应药物治疗8周。所有患者在治疗前后均进行1次围绝经期症状主诉量表(grEEnE)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMd)评定,并在观察期结束时进行副反应量表(TESS)评定。结果:grEEnE、HAMA评分:4种治疗方法均能改善,且相互间无统计学差异;HAMd评分:除利维爱组均有效改善(P<0.01),帕+利组和加味逍遥丸组优于帕罗西汀组(P<0.05),且帕+利组和加味逍遥丸组间无统计学意义;TESS评分:前3组与加味逍遥丸组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01),评分均大于加味逍遥丸组,且前3组间无统计学差异。结论:考虑到帕罗西汀的毒副作用和利维爱潜在的、远期的危险性,治疗该病加味逍遥丸值得推荐。Objective: To explore the superiority of Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills in treating perimenopausal women with emotional disorder.Methods: 80 perimenopausal women with emotional disorder screened by SAS and SDS were randomly divided into 4 equal groups: Paroxetine group, Livial group, Paroxetine combined with Livial group, Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills group, 20 in each group.All of them accepted 8 weeks' therapy.Every patient accepted the assessment of these rating scales(including Greene, HAMA, HAMD) one time before and after treatment, and only one test for TESS after treatment.Results: All regimens improved the score of Greene and HAMA, and there was no statistical dif erence between dif erent regimens.Except Livial group, the other regimens ef ectively improved the score of HAMD(P<0.01).The score of HAMD in Paroxetine combined with Livial group and Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills group was increased, better than Paroxetine group(P<0.05), and there was no statistical dif erence between Paroxetine combined with Livial group and Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills group(P<0.05).There was no signii cant dif erence in TESS score between the i rst 3 groups, but they all had a higher score than Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills group, and the dif erences were statistically signii cant(P<0.01).Conclusion: Considering the side ef ects of paroxetine and latent, long-term risk of Livial, the regimen of Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills therapy deserved to be advocated in the clinical practice for the disease.国家自然科学青年基金项目(No.81302960)~

    ONE NEW GENUS,TWO NEW SPECIES AND ONE NEW RECORD of CORYMORPHIDAE FROM THE SOUTH CHINA SEA(ANTHOMEDUSAE,CAPITATA)

    记述了采自南海的棒状水母科COryMOrPHIdAE AllMAn,18721新属,肋突水母属COSTA HuAng,Xu ET lIn,gEn.nOV.,2新种,即南海肋突水母COSTA nAnHAIEnSIS HuAng,Xu ET lIn,SP.nOV.,间腺梅尔水母MAyErI InTErgOnA HuAng,Xu ET guO,SP.nOV.和1新纪录种,幼芽真囊水母EuPHySOrA gEMMIfErA bOuIllOn,1978。详细描述其形态特征,并绘图与本属其它种进行比较,模式标本保存于国家海洋局第三海洋研究所。Samples of Corymorphidae were collected from the South China Sea(4°-18° 30' N,109° 119°E),during Aug.2011.Based on the taxonomic system of Bouillon et al.(2006),at present time 12 valid genera of Corymorphidae are known,Euphysora M aas,1905 and Vannuccia Brinckmann-Voss,1967 are valid genera.In view of the used of the genus name of Vannuccia M arcus,1948,we wish to make the proposal of which the genus name of Vannuccia BrinckmannVoss,1967 is change to that of Mayeri Xu,Huang et Guo,gen.nov.,remembering the first author for the species of the genus.One new genus,Costa Huang,Xu et Lin,gen.nov.,two new species,i.e.Costa nanhaiensis Huang,Xu et Lin,sp.nov.,Mayeri intergona Huang,Xu et Guo,sp.nov.and one new record,Euphysora gemmifera Bouillon,1978 are described.All type specimens are deposited in the T hird Institute of Oceanography,SOA.T he specific diagnoses of one new genus and two new species are as follows.Costa Huang,Xu et Lin,gen.nov.Umberlla dome-shaped,exumbrella with 4 longitudinal ridges and ribs;manubrium large,the length no extending umbrella margin;mouth simple,circular;one well-developed solid tentacle terminating in large cnidocyst knob,3 marginal bulbs without tentacles;4 radial canals,1 circular canal;with mesenteries.T ype species:Costa nanhaiensis Huang,Xu et Lin,sp.nov.Etymology.T he genus name from Latin Costa,means rib and ridge,the new genus exumbrella with 4 longitudinal ridges and ribs.Costa nanhaiensis Huang,Xu et Lin,sp.nov.(Figs 1-2) Umbrella dome-shaped,exumbrella with 4 longitudinal ridges and ribs;manubrium large,extending no beyond umbrella margin,vacuolated endodermal cells in the upper part,gonads in the lower part;one well-developed solid tentacle terminating in two large cnidocyst knobs;3 marginal bulbs without tentacles;4 radial canal,1 circular canal;with mesenteries.Etymology.Form Latin,Nanhaiensis,means Nanhai,the species name refers to the first collected from Nanhai(the South China Sea).Mayeri intergona Huang,Xu et Guo,sp.nov.(Figs 3-4) Umbrella dome-shaped,without apical process,bell margin slightly asymmetrical;manubrium short,length about 1 /3 of the umbrella cavity,with a apical chamber;gonads global shaped,in interradial position of manubrium;one swollen marginal tentacle,hollow for half its length and ending in long,large,clubshaped swelling armed with cnidocysts.我国近海海洋综合调查与评价(908专项);“中国海洋生物种类名录和图谱”(908-ZC-Ⅱ-02);“908专项海洋生物样品库”和“全球变化与海气相互作用专项”资助---

    内蒙科尔沁草原的中华双腔吸虫(Dicrocoelium chinensis Tang et Tang,1978)其第二中间宿主是黑玉蚂蚁(Formica gagates),而山东滨州地区的矛形双腔吸虫(D.lanceatum Rud.,1803)和枝双腔吸虫(D.dendriticum Rud.,1819)的蚂蚁宿主是中华蚂蚁(Formica sinica)。作者用中华双腔吸虫的黏球感染山东的中华蚂蚁,同时用矛形双腔和枝双腔的黏球分别感染内蒙的黑玉蚂蚁。本文报道此试验中不同蚂蚁种类和各虫种后蚴间所产生的不同反应情况,及矛形双腔和枝双腔在后蚴各发育期的形态差异

    Preparation and Electrochemical Lithium Intercalation Performance of Segmented Carbon Nanofibers

    以泡沫镍为催化剂 ,在 6 0 0和 70 0℃下 ,以CVD法热解乙炔气体制备大量的纳米碳纤维 .随着制备温度增加 ,纳米碳纤维直径变小 ,竹节状含量减少 ,d0 0 2 值减小 ,微晶片层平面Lc 和La 值增大 ,碳材料的可逆容量则下降 .分别用透射电镜、X射线衍射和拉曼光谱观察和测定了纳米碳纤维的形貌、微结构 ,发现在不同条件下生长的纳米碳纤维有不同的形貌和结构 .对纳米碳纤维的电化学嵌锂性能的研究表明 ,纳米碳纤维的结构对其电化学嵌锂容量和充放电循环寿命起重要影响 ,制备温度越低 ,纳米碳纤维的石墨化程度越差 ,可逆嵌锂容量相应要高一些Segmented carbon nanofibers were prepared by pyrolysis of acetylene on foam Ni at 600 and 700℃ in a fixed bed flowed-reactor. The morphology, microstructure and lithium insertion properties of these carbon nanofibers were investigated by TEM, XRD, Raman and electrochemical methods. Through TEM observations, it was found that this kind of carbon nanofibers was composed of lens-like segments with nearly equal separation stacking along the nanofiber axis. When the reaction temperature was 600℃, segmented carbon nanofibers were the major production. However, when the reaction temperature increased to 700 ℃, the content of segmented carbon filaments decreased and their diameter became smaller. The crystallite size d 002 and L c were determined by the 002 carbon Bragg peak of XRD patterns using the Bragg and Scherrer formulas. The intensity ratios of the 1350 cm -1 line and the 1580 cm -1 line (R=I D/I G) was used to evaluate the L a value, which was inversely proportional to the effective crystallite size in the direction of the graphite plane (L a). With the reaction temperature increased, the d 002 value decreased, L a and L c values increased, which indicated the degree of crystallinity increased. Segmented carbon nanofibers were used as positive electrodes of C/Li cells. The first charge capacities of C/Li cells were 480 and 300 mAh/g for samples produced at 600 and 700℃, respectively. The samples at 600℃ showed capacities higher than the theoretical value of graphite, which was attributed to accommodation of more lithium at the edge of graphene layers and on the surface of graphene layers according to the mechanisms of lithium insertion in carbons prepared by low-temperature pyrolysis of hydrocarbons.     Evaluation on difference of therapeutic efficacy of Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules and Pills in treatment of emotional disorder during perimenopause based on Greene Climacteric Scale

    目的:在前期加味逍遥丸治疗围绝经期情绪障碍具有比较优势的基础上,基于grEEnE量表探讨其颗粒剂和丸剂不同剂型间疗效差异。方法:经筛选后患有情绪障碍的围绝经期女性75例随机等分为A、b、C3组,分别对应采用帕罗西汀、加味逍遥丸和加味逍遥颗粒剂治疗8周。所有患者在治疗前后各进行1次grEEnE及其子因子评定,并在观察期结束时进行TESS评定。结果:grEEnE总分差及其焦虑、抑郁因子分差:3种治疗方法均能改善,且相互间无显著差异;grEEnE性因子和血管因子分差:后二组均优于A组(P<0.01);TESS评分:与A组比较,b、C组均有统计学意义(P<0.01),评分均小于A组,且后二组间无显著差异。结论:加味逍遥的2种剂型间疗效无显著差异,考虑到帕罗西汀的不良反应,治疗该病加味逍遥的2种剂型都值得推荐。Objective: To investigate the difference in therapeutic efficacy between Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules and pills based on the preliminary research of treating emotional disorder during perimenopause with Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills and Greene Climacteric Scale.Methods: 75 female patients with emotional disorder during perimenopause were slected and randomly divided into 3 groups as group A, B and C.Patients in the 3 groups were treated with paroxetine, Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills and Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules respectively for 8 weeks.Greene and Greene factors assessment were carried out in all the patients before and after treatment, and the TESS assessment was carried out at the end of the observation period.Results: The three therapies all could improve the gap in total score of Greene and its factors as anxiety and depressed, and the difference among these three groups was no significant.The factors of Greene and gap in score of vascular factors of group B and C was better than that of group A(P<0.01).The difference in TESS score between group A and group B and C was significant(P<0.01), while the difference between group B and group C was not significant.Conclusion: The difference in curative effect between the two formulations was not significant.Because of the adverse reactions of paroxetine, in the treatment of emotional disorder during perimenopause, the two formulations of Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder were worth to be recommended.国家自然科学青年基金项目(No.81302960)~

    Seasonal changes in element contents in mangrove element retranslocation during leaf senescene

    The concentrations of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), sodium (Na), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg) and chlorine (Cl) were followed monthly in pre-senescence leaves and post-abscission leaves of Kandelia candel (L.) Druce at the Jiulongjiang estuary, and Fujian, China. The element retranslocation efficiency (RE) was studied during leaf senescence. The element RE's evaluated using different methods were compared and a new method was put forward to evaluate element RE during leaf senescence in evergreen trees without concentrated leaf fall. The results showed that during leaf senescence, 77.22% N, 57.53% P, and 44.51% K were translocated out of senescing leaves. Translocation of nutrients out of senescing leaves back into shoots was an important nutnent-conservation mechanism for N and P, was less important for K, and did not occur for Ca, Mg, Na, or Cl. One of the reasons for the high primary productivity of mangroves in nutrient poor sites ( especially with low N) is the high nutrient use efficiency
