    Research on Commonality Decision,Evaluation and its Application for Product Family

    作为产品族规划或再设计的关键环节,通用性决策有效缓解产品系列繁殖的负面效应,成为企业资源整合的重要手段。通过研究产品族通用性相关文献,回顾了产品族通用性的基本概念并分析了通用性决策在产品族设计中的关键作用;基于通用性决策过程,着重从零部件层次、正反两个方面论述了通用性对产品族全生命周期各阶段成本的影响,总结了基于产品族体系结构的通用性评价指标和面向参数化产品族的通用性评价指标,分析了通用性与产品性能、通用性与市场绩效之间的权衡模型及其应用;最后讨论了目前研究中的不足之处并指出了产品族通用性的未来研究方向。As a key link in product family/platform planning or redesign,commonality decision effectively alleviates the negative effects of product line propagation,leading to an important measure in enterprise resources integration. Via analysis of pertinent literatures on product family commonality,basic concepts were reviewed and the pivotal role of commonality decision in product family design was demonstrated firstly. Then,based on the process of commonality decision,impacts of commonality on costs at each stage of the whole lifecycle were discussed from component level and both positive and negative aspects,evaluation indexes both based on the product family architecture and for parametric product family were summarized,tradeoff models between commonality and product performance and between commonality and market performance were examined in detail.     Product Innovative Method Based on Requirement Analysis and TRIZ

    针对企业在大规模定制生产模式下产品创新能力不足的问题,提出了基于客户需求分析和Tr Iz的产品创新流程。该流程根据从质量功能展开(Qfd)中获取的客户需求特征,利用粗糙集方法,确定客户需求的基本重要度。基于企业对需求创新核心利益、需求类型和产品“卖点“因素的分析,确定了基本重要度的修正因子,并由此确定了客户需求的最终重要度;同时根据需求-功能-结构的映射关系,建立需求-结构的对应关系,确定了产品结构要素为创新对象;然后,通过对结构要素中创新问题的分析以及依据创新问题的特点,选择Tr Iz创新工具;最后通过实例说明方法的应用。Product innovation process based on customer requirements analysis and TRIZ was proposed to solve the problem of inadequate innovation ability in the Mass Customization mode.Firstly,considering of the features of customer requirements which were obtained by Quality Function Deployment(QFD),a method to determine the fundamental importance ratings of the customer requirement was proposed by applying some related methods of rough set theory.Based on the enterprise core interests、analysis of requirement types and selling point of product analysis,the correct factor of the fundamental importance ratings were determined.Based on a combination of the fundamental importance ratings of the customer requirements and theirs factors,the final importance ratings of the customer requirements were determined;Secondly,mapping relationship of Requirement-Structure(R-S) was constructed based on the corresponding relation of Requirement-Function-Structure(R-F-S),and then the primary innovative structure element of product was determined;Thirdly,the TRIZ innovation tool was applied by means of the analysis of the structure element innovation problem and based on the characteristics of innovation problem;Finally,a case study was provided to illustrate the application of the method.国家自然科学基金资助项目(70402013;70772093);福建省科技重大专项资助项目(2008HZ0002-1);福建省高等学校新世纪优秀人才支持计划资助项

    Product modular planning considering enterprise resources configuration

    为满足客户多样化需求,研究了供应商等外部资源参与企业产品平台规划的问题。首先分析了客户需求、协同供应商与产品结构复杂度、品种、批量等定制化参数之间的关系,介绍了产品定制类型量化评价指标,阐述了定制化类型与产品平台、模块化之间的内在关系。介绍了跨企业产品协同的产品平台开发过程,鉴于客户需求和供应商等企业外部因素,提出了模块化产品平台规划的方法,以及基于模糊聚类分析和复合阈值进行模块划分和方案评价的方法。最后以平面铣床跨企业产品平台设计为例,验证了上述方法的有效性。To satisfy diversified customers' requirements,the problem of suppliers and other outsourcing resources involving in product platform planning was studied.Relationships among customer requirements,collaborative suppliers and product structure complexity,variety & batch were discussed,then the evaluation indices for product customization were presented,and the inherent relationships between the type of customization,product platform and modularization were analyzed.The collaborative product platform development process cross enterprises was introduced.Considering the customer requirements,suppliers and other external factors,a planning methodology of modular product platform was put forward.The method of module partition and scheme evaluation based on fuzzy clustering and compound threshold value were discussed.Finally,an example of product platform planning of modular machine tool was given to indicate the effectiveness of the proposed method.国家自然科学基金资助项目(70402013;70772093);福建省科技重大专项资助项目(2008HZ0002-1);福建省高等学校新世纪优秀人才支持计划资助项目---

    Research on the Evolution & Innovation for Modular Product Family

    针对当前产品族动态演进机制和系统化创新方法研究的不足,提出模块化产品族在技术层次上的创新演进方法。通过构建产品族的需求—功能—技术(rEQuIrEMEnT-funCTIOn-TECHnOlOgy,r-f-T)映射关系模型,分析当前模块化产品族的技术状况,并通过gM(1,1)模型预测模块化产品族的未来技术重要度情况;在企业内部数据的支持下,通过对模块化产品族初始问题的分析,集成应用创新思维通用理论和传统TrIz(OTSM–TrIz)的问题流网络(PrOblEM flOW nETWOrk,Pfn)技术识别并解决产品族中多个冲突问题;在技术重要度预测和新功能模块—技术关联矩阵(funCTIOn MOdulE-TECHnICAl MATrIX,fMTM)的基础上,以平台比率为依据,通过计算概念化产品族中功能模块的多样性程度,获得概念化产品族规划方案。对小型轮式装载机产品族进行了实例分析,并验证了该方法的有效性。Focusing on the shortage of dynamic evolutionary mechanism and systematic innovation methods of current product family,an innovative and evolutional method at the technical level of modular product family is put forward.The current technical condition of the modular product family is analyzed by constructing requirement-function-technology(R-F-T) mapping model of product family,and the importance of future technology of modular product family is predicted by GM(1,1) model.The multiple conflicts of product family is identified and resolved using PFN technology in the OTSM –TRIZ process,through the analysis of the initial problem of modular product family in support of enterprise data.Moreover,based on prediction of technology importance and the new function module-technical matrix(FMTM),the conceptual planning of product family is obtained by calculating the diversity of function modules of conceptual product family according to platform ratio.An analysis example of product family of small wheel loader show the effectiveness of the method.国家自然科学基金(70772093;71172055);科技部创新方法工作专项(2011M020400);国家科技支撑计划(2011BAF11B00-01);福建省科技重大(2011H6024)资助项

    随着大规模定制、模块化成为产品开发和生产的主流模式,产品平台创新已成为了局限企业产品自主创新能力发展的瓶颈。掌握产品平台发展规律及其动力机制是企业实施产品平台创新的前提和基础。本文通过某铣床类平台、厦工轮装(轮式装载机)平台和nOkIA手机平台的案例分析,基于大规模定制程度提出了三种产品平台演进模式,进一步分析产品平台演进的内外动因和两者之间的适配关系,以及不适配性引起偏差形成产品平台矛盾问题,得出了产品平台内部创新力形成机制和产品平台演进驱动模型。With a massive customization,modularization has become the mainstream patterns of product development and production.The innovation of product platform has become a bottleneck for the enhancement of enterprises' independent innovation ability.To master the development law and dynamic mechanism of product platform is the premise and foundation for enterprises to implement product platform innovation.Through cases study of milling machine,wheel loaders of XGMA,and NOKIA mobile phones,three types of product platform evolution models are proposed based on the level of massive customization.Then the internal and external motives of the product platform evolution are analyzed and the suitability relationship between motives is investigated,as well as the deviation caused by the unsuitability relationship between motives is mentioned,the contradiction of product platform induced by deviation is also discussed.In the end,the formation mechanism of product platform internal innovation and driven model of product platform evolution are put forward.国家自然科学基金(70402013;70772093);福建省科技重大专项(2008HZ0002-1

    为了实现产品族演进创新和全面地评估企业现有产品族运行状况,提出了面向大规模定制的产品族演进评价方法,建立了包括行业竞争者在内的产品族比较评价流程模型。该流程主要有三步:第一步是分析产品族在市场、技术和通用性三方面的评价指标,根据不同企业发展战略进一步确定各企业产品族的综合评价值;第二步是在定性和定量基础上分析了影响企业产品族的不可控和可控因素,通过线性回归模型建立产品族综合评价值与影响因素之间的量化关系并得到行业产品族水平值;第三步是通过本企业产品族评价值与行业产品族水平值相比较分析进而做出决策。最后,以国内50轮式装载机产品族评价案例说明了该方法的可行性。Product family design and platform-based product development have received increasing attention because of mass customization.Mass customization enables companies to provide personalized products to satisfy individual customer requirements and simultaneously achieve economies of scale in production.The success of mass customization in production relies on the support of core technology and organization.Technology,resource,and product platform must be upgraded in order to cope with market changes and improve a firm's product innovation capability.The challenge in product family innovation and evolution is to evaluate and judge the current situation of product family.In order to achieve the evolutionary innovation of product family and thoroughly evaluate operational conditions of the existing product family in an enterprise,we present a method to evaluate the product family for mass customization and a comparative evaluation process model for the product family from main competitors.Our proposed evaluation method involves three main stages: The first stage is to analyze product family evaluation indexes.The indexes used to evaluate a company's product family can be developed by conducting market,technology,and commodity analysis,as well as benchmarking other manufacturers in the same industry.The evaluation index enables us to derive a list of comprehensive values to evaluate the development strategies of different enterprises and their competitors.The second stage is to analyze factors having influence on the demand for product family.We categorize these factors into uncontrollable and controllable factors,and qualitatively analyze and establish their relationships from three aspects: market,technology,and commonalty.We also calculate values of those influencing factors for a studied enterprise and its competitors based on dynamic competition conditions in the same industry.The last stage is to conduct a comprehensive analysis and make decisions based on the analysis results.We use the Linear Regression Model to determine comprehensive evaluation values based on the values of influencing factors calculated in the second stage.We also compare enterprise evaluation values with industry evaluation values for the same product family in three conditions.If a company's comprehensive evaluation values are lesser than those of the industry,products manufactured in the enterprise are not so competitive and the enterprise needs to upgrade the product family in order to stay competitive.If a company's comprehensive evaluation values equal to those of the industry,the company has to improve the product family.If a company's comprehensive evaluation values are greater than those of the industry,the company's products are competitive,and the company needs to continuously maintain the product family status.Lastly,our proposed evaluation method is applied to a product family of 40 wheel loaders in China to assess the feasibility of this method.国家自然科学基金资助项目(70772093);福建省科技重大专项专题资助项目(2008HZ0002-1

    锯齿形貌储能板换热性能的模拟研究

    由于相变储热材料具有储热密度高、相变温度恒定、相变温度选择范围宽等优点,使得相变储能越来越受到广大学者的关注。相变储能换热器就是利用相变材料用来储能/释能的蓄热-换热单元。对板式相变换热器进行了二维非稳态模拟研究。相变材料用NaCl-MgCl2,加热流体为空气。研究了雷诺数和史蒂芬数对储能的影响;同时还着重对相变材料板的锯齿形貌对储能的影响进行了分析。模拟结果对锯齿板换热器的优化设计提供指导作用。</p
