    Application of Membrane Separation Technology in wine

    本文主要介绍了膜分离技术,利用膜分离与死端过滤对葡萄酒进行过滤,分析处理后葡萄酒中的理化指标及香气,结果显示膜过滤比死端过滤处理的葡萄酒要好;结合结果给出了膜分离技术在葡萄酒生产中的综合运用。Membrane separation technology was introduced in this article. We filtrated the wines with Membrane Separation Technology and Dead End Filtration, and analyzed the physical & chemical indexes and aroma after treatment. The results showed the wine treated by Membrane Separation Technology was better than that treated by Dead End Filtration. At the end, we discussed the integrated application of Membrane Separation Technology in wine production

    温总理在指导云南省抗旱救灾工作讲话中要求地方政府要痛定思痛,加强水利建设,凸显了政府角色在农村用水管理中的重要性。本文从农村用水的属性和政府角色变迁两个角度,强调政府角色在农村用水管理中的必要性和重要性,同时分析了当前农村用水现状与政府角色失败的内在联系,指出在转型时期多元主体兴起的新形势下,政府应当在治理理念指导下逐步构建一个以政府为主导的多元主体共同治理的农村用水公共行动网络。最后,本文强调了政府要在制度层面、统筹规划、服务和监管等方面发挥更大的作用,以缓解当前农村的用水危机。厦门大学公共事务学院211“公共政策与政府治理”项

    针对2013中国国际太阳能十项全能竞赛比赛规则及零能耗建筑的特点,结合比赛地点山西大同的气候数据,给出了厦门大学参赛作品,零能耗小屋Sunny InSIdE的能源管理与智能监控系统设计方案。以光伏建筑一体化理论为基础,设计15.25kW光伏并网发电系统,并用相关软件对能耗平衡进行了模拟验证。以三菱PlC为核心,构建了能源管理与智能监控系统,分析了不同条件下空调、相变及遮阳系统的控制策略,并给出具体实现方法。According to the rules of the Solar Decathlon China 2013 and the characteristics of zero energy consumption house, combining with the climate data in competition city—Datong Shanxi, an energy management and intelligent monitoring system for the zero energy consumption house called Sunny Inside from Xiamen University was born.A 15.25kW photovoltaic grid connected power system was designed based on building integrated photovoltaic theory, and used relevant simulation software to test energy balance property.An energy management and intelligent monitoring system was constructed based on Mitsubishi PLC, analyzed the control strategy of heating ventilation and air conditioning, phase-change material and shading system under different conditions, and gave a concrete realization method

    Effects of electro-acupuncture at stomach meridian acupoints on serum and urine metabolic profiles of gastric ulcer model rats

    目的:采用核磁共振氢谱技术(1H NMR)研究电针胃经穴对胃溃疡模型大鼠血清和尿液代谢轮廓的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、胃经穴组和胆经穴组,每组10只。除空白组外,利用束缚冷应激法制备大鼠胃溃疡模型,造模成功后用电针分别刺激胃经组和胆经组相关穴位,收集大鼠的血清和尿液,获取一维1H NMR谱,并利用模式识别方法分析各组间的代谢轮廓差异。结果:与模型组比较,胃经穴组血清中的肌醇、甘氨酸、谷氨酰胺、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸和尿液中的肌酸酐、乳酸、醋酸盐、肌酸、琥珀酸盐、牛磺酸、甘氨酸、苯乙酰甘氨酸、尿囊素、胆碱、三甲胺、甲酸盐、甜菜碱代谢物的表达水平得到了明显地恢复(P<0.05),更接近空白组的代谢水平。结论:电针胃经穴可通过调节胃溃疡大鼠的氨基酸代谢和脂肪代谢促进胃黏膜损伤的修复。Objective: To explore the effects of electro-acupuncture at stomach meridian acupoints on serum and urine metabolic profiles of gastric ulcer model rats by application of 1H nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR) spectroscopy. Methods: Forty SD rats were randomly divided into the control group, model group, stomach meridian group and gallbladder meridian group, with 10 rats in each group. The gastric ulcer rat model was established by the restrained cold stress method. After modeling, the model rats were treated with electro-acupuncture at the stomach meridian and gallbladder meridian respectively, the serum and urine of rats were collected to obtain one dimensional 1H NMR spectrum, and the differences of metabolic profiles between these groups were analyzed by the pattern recognition method. Results: Compared to model group, the concentration of myo-inositol, glycine, glutamine, isoleucine, valine in serum from the stomach meridian group have obviously recovered and returning to normal level. The urinary metabolites such as Creatinine, lactic acid, acetic acid salt, acid, succinic acid salt, taurine, glycine, phenylacetyl glycine, allantoin, choline, trimethylamine, formate, betaine have also partly recovered after electro-acupuncture stimulation in the stomach meridian(P<0.05).     儿童附件扭转的CT特征与临床对照分析

    目的分析总结儿童附件扭转(AT)的临床特征及CT表现,提高儿童AT的诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实,具有完整临床及CT资料的26例(27灶)儿童AT病例,归纳总结儿童AT的影像特征及病理学基础。根据有无临床症状,分析各种影像征象的阳性率。结果26例AT患者年龄为1 d至12岁,平均5.5岁。20例(20/26)以下腹痛为首诊症状。26例中有15例位于右侧(15/26),10例位于左侧(10/26),位于双侧者1例(1/26)。25灶(25/27)为完全性扭转,2灶(2/27,7.4%)为不全性扭转。19灶(19/27)合并占位性病变,8灶(8/27)为单纯附件扭转。病灶范围3.4~14.0 cm,平均5.9 cm。12灶(12/27)患侧卵巢体积增大。14灶(14/27)病灶内发现钙化。20灶(20/27)病灶周围发现4~12 mm小囊状结构。增强扫描26灶(26/27)病灶轻度强化(&lt;20 HU)。漩涡征阳性11灶(11/27),子宫向患侧移位12灶(12/27),腹水7灶(7/27),盆腔脂肪间隙模糊11灶(11/27)。CT诊断符合率为88.9%。结论胎儿期卵巢囊肿出现囊壁钙化应考虑AT可能。畸胎瘤及卵巢囊肿是儿童AT的危险因素。不对称卵巢体积增大、周围小滤泡是儿童AT特异性较高的CT征象;若同时出现漩涡征、子宫移位、腹水、周围脂肪间隙模糊、畸胎瘤(或囊肿)壁增厚时,应高度怀疑儿童AT的可能

    Influence of environmental factors on the adhesion of Vibrio alginolyticus to the intestinal mucus of Pseudosciaene crocea

    研究了不同环境条件下溶藻弧菌对大黄鱼肠粘液的粘附作用。采用细菌计数法测定溶藻弧菌的粘附作用。粘附的细菌经SYBR GreenⅠ染色后在荧光显微镜下观察,用数码相机拍照后在电脑上计数。试验结果表明,溶藻弧菌对大黄鱼肠粘液的粘附量随菌浓度的升高而升高,并在1~1.5h内趋于饱和;粘附作用在15~30℃、pH偏酸时较强;盐度在5~35范围内对前肠粘液的粘附作用影响不明显,后肠粘液的粘附作用在此范围内随盐度增大而加强,在盐度为0时,溶藻弧菌对前、后肠粘液都无粘附作用;56℃热处理5min及60℃处理1h均能大幅减弱溶藻弧菌对两种肠粘液的粘附作用,表明溶藻弧菌表面的某些热敏结构在粘附作用中起着重要作用。根据以上结果,可以认为溶藻弧菌能够很好地粘附于大黄鱼肠粘液层,其粘附作用受温度、盐度、pH值等环境因子影响很大,溶藻弧菌表面的某些热敏结构可能在粘附过程中起着重要作用。研究结果表明,溶藻弧菌对大黄鱼肠粘液的粘附作用是可控制的,这对于鱼类养殖疾病的控制有一定的参考价值。The mucus layer is the most outer defence barrier of fish.The bacterial attachment to mucus layer is a critical step in the host colonization and subsequent occurrence of infection.Adhesion of Vibrio alginolyticus to the intestinal mucus of Pseudosciaene crocea has been investigated in order to understand the characteristics and mechanisms involved in the adherence of bacteria onto fish mucus so that preventive measures can be devised to reduce infection.In vitro adhesion assay was carried out by bacterial counting.The adhesive bacteria were stained with SYBR Green Ⅰ,observed under fluorescent microscope,counted on computer display after taking pictures.The results showed that the adhesive quantity of V.alginolyticus increases with bacterial concentrations and reached equilibrium after being incubated 1-1.5 h;the higher adhesive quantity was achieved at 15-30 ℃ and acid condition;adhesion of V.alginolyticus to the mucus of foregut was not obvious variety with salinity(5-35),but adhesive quantity to the hindgut mucus enhances while salinity increases;V.alginolyticus could not adhere to intestinal mucus without salinity;adhesive quantity reduced remarkably after heat treatment of the germ(56 ℃ 5 min,60 ℃ 1 h),which indicated that heat sensitive structure of V.alginolyticus might play an important role in adhesion.The conclusions of this paper showed V.alginolyticus could adhere to intestinal mucus of P.crocea facilely in seawater;this adhesion was remarkably affected by environmental factors,such as temperature,pH and salinity;V.alginolyticus adhered to the intestinal mucus of P.crocea by specific adhesion,some heat-sensitive structures on V.alginolyticus surface played a crucial role in adherence of the bacteria to gill mucus.The results indicated that the bacterial adhesion of V.alginolyticus to intestinal mucus of P.crocea was governable.The results obtained are useful for the epidemic control in fish culture.国家863计划项目(2002AA639600);; 福建省自然科学基金(B0410022);; 福建省青年创新基金(2002J037

    Mechanism of Surface Formation for Two-dimensional Ultrasonic Vibration Assisted Grinding of Monocrystal Silicon with Vertical Workpiece Vibration

    通过单晶硅磨削试验以及单颗金刚石磨粒划擦试验,分析垂直于工件平面的二维椭圆超声振动磨削单晶硅的表面形成机制。椭圆超声振子由压电陶瓷晶体与金属弹性体粘接制成,其伸缩模态和弯曲模态频率相同,当输入具有一定相位差的两个交流电压信号时产生二维椭圆振动。试验结果表明,由于二维椭圆振动的施加改变了单晶硅的材料去除机制,加工表面质量明显提高,表面粗糙度显著降低,磨削沟槽变浅而宽,切屑变厚而短,单晶硅材料延性域去除比例增加;通过改变超声振动振幅与磨削深度之间大小关系,可实现磨削刃对工件的连续性接触去除和断续性接触去除两种模式的转变。The mechanism of surface formation for two-dimensional elliptic ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding with the vertical direction to workpiece is investigated by grinding experiments and single point diamond abrasive scratching experiments on monocrystal silicon.The vibrator is produced by bonding a PZT on a metal elastic body,frequencies of both longitudinal mode and bending mode are nearly the same,and an elliptic motion occurs when two alternating current signals with phase difference are applied to the PZT.The experimental results show that the workpiece surface quality is improved obviously,and the surface roughness is decreased significantly.And moreover,the grinding grooves become much shallower and wider,and the chip is also much thicker and shorter.It is known that the percent of ductile mode removal material increases.In addition,as the relation between vibration amplitude and grinding depth of cut is changed,two kinds of material removal mechanism,continuous contact and interrupting cutting,can be realized.国防科研资助项目(62301090103
