    性能优越的Si基高效发光材料与器件的制备一直是Si基光电集成电路中最具挑战性的课题之一.Si基Ge材料不仅与成熟的硅工艺相兼容,而且具有准直接带特性,被认为是实现Si基激光器最有希望的材料.对Si基Ge材料N型掺杂的研究有利于提示出其直接带发光增强机理.本文研究了N型掺杂Si基Ge材料导带电子的晶格散射过程.N型掺杂Si基Ge材料具有独特的双能谷(Γ能谷与L能谷)结构,它将通过以下两方面的竞争关系提高直接带导带底电子的占有率:一方面,处于Γ能谷的导带电子通过谷间光学声子的散射方式散射到L能谷;另一方面,处于L能谷的导带电子通过谷内光学声子散射以及二次谷间光学声子散射或者直接通过谷间光学声子散射的方式跃迁到Γ能谷.当掺杂浓度界于1017cm-3到1019cm-3时,适当提高N型掺杂浓度有利于提高直接带Γ能谷导带底电子占有率,进而提高Si基Ge材料直接带发光效率.国家自然科学基金青年基金(批准号:61604041);;福建省自然科学基金青年基金(基金号:2016J05147);;福建省教育厅2017年高校杰出青年科研人才培育计划项目;;福建工程学院校科研启动基金(批准号:GY-Z14073)资助的课题~

    Comparative studies on carbon storage and litterfall dynamics between secondary and primary mangrove communities in Zhanjiang,Guangdong Provinces,China

    通过群落调查、异速生长法计算以及样品测定,分别对2010~2011年期间广东湛江高桥红树林生态系统中次生桐花树和原生木榄群落的植物和土壤储量进行了计算,并利用掉落物收集筐对掉落物动态进行了比较研究。研究结果表明,高桥桐花树与木榄群落的植物碳库(以C计,下同)分别为(51.16±12.06)x106g/HM2和(38.52±6.94)x106g/HM2,地上部分明显高于地下部分;土壤碳库分别为(111.86±7.96)x106g/HM2和(106.13±11.12)x106g/HM2,明显高于植物碳库;次生与原生红树林群落的总碳库没有差异(P>0.05)。桐花树和木榄群落的年均掉落物产量分别为556.00 g/M2和971.13 g/M2,均以凋落叶居多,但原生木榄群落的掉落物产量明显高于次生桐花树群落(P 0.05).The mean annual litterfall production for the B.gymnorrhiza community was 971.13 g DW / m2,significantly higher than that of the A.corniculatum community( 556.00 g / m2,P < 0.001).In conclusion,the carbon pools in the secondary A.corniculatum community were comparable with those for the primary B.gymnorrhiza community,but much lower than those for the primary mangrove communities in the tropical regions.国家自然科学基金重点项目(30930017); 国家海洋公益性行业科研专项经费项目(200905009;201305021

    Current status of mangrove germplasm resources and key techniques for mangrove seedling propagation in China

    红树植物种质与种苗生产是所有红树林生态恢复工程的基础.本文根据工程实践并结合已有研究资料,采用聚类分析等方法,对中国红树植物资源现状与苗木繁育关键技术进行初步分析.结果表明:中国红树群落可分为低温广布型、广布型、嗜热广布型和热带分布型4种类型;资源分布可划分为琼东沿海、北部湾沿海、珠江口至粤东沿海、闽南和台湾沿海、闽东至浙南沿海5个区域.其中,北部湾沿海红树林种质资源占全国的75.3%.目前中国红树植物苗木种类开发利用率为52.6%,以胎生红树植物为主.红树林苗木生产应注意繁育方法、种实采集与储存、育苗方式、水分和盐度选择、病虫害防治及越冬防寒措施6个技术环节.结合调查和生产实践,归纳分析了中国现有5种红树林苗圃类型(旱地设施苗圃、红树林滩涂苗圃、光滩苗圃、基围塘苗圃和米草滩涂苗圃)的结构和用途特点,为红树林生态恢复工程的系统集成管理提供参考.Mangrove germplasm and nursery operation are the foundations of all mangrove ecological restoration projects.Based on the existing literatures and our own experiences,and by using cluster analysis and other methods,this paper assessed the current status of the mangrove germplasm resources and the key techniques for mangrove seedlings propagation in China.In China,the mangrove communities could be divided into 4 types,including low temperature tolerant widespread type,widespread type,thermophilic widespread type,and tropical type,and the mangrove distribution sites could be divided into 5 regions,i.e.,eastern Hainan coast,Beibuwan Gulf coast,Pearl River estuary and eastern Guangdong coast,southern Fujian and Taiwan coast,and eastern Fujian and southern Zhejiang coast.The mangroves in Beibuwan Gulf coast region took up 75.3% of the total mangrove germplasm resources in the country.At present,the percentage of the mangrove species applied for seedling propagation in China was estimated at 52.6%,most of which were of viviparous species.The six key steps in mangrove nursery operation included the selection of proper seedling propagation methods,the collection and storage of seeds or propagules,the ways of raising seedlings,the management of water and salinity,the control of diseases and pests,and the prevention of cold damage during winter.The structure,functions,and applications of the present five types of mangrove nurseries,including dry land nursery,mangrove tidal nursery,mudflat nursery,Jiwei pond nursery,and Spartina mudflat nursery,were also analyzed,which could provide guidance for the integrated management of mangrove ecological restoration engineering.林业科技支撑计划项目(2009BAD2B0605);国家海洋公益性行业科研专项经费项目(200905009)资

    Self-Cleaning Glass Antireflection Films Prepared by Sol-Gel Method

    在酸催化体系中以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和纳米锐钛矿型二氧化钛粉末为SIO2-TIO2复合溶胶原料,采用提拉法在高硼硅玻璃基片表面制备出具有增透和自清洁功能的薄膜。研究了制备工艺对薄膜增透和光致超亲水性能的影响。制备的样品在400~800 nM波段,光线垂直入射时,透射率增加3%,紫外光照射一定时间后,样品对水接触角不超过5°,具有光致超亲水作用。The self-cleaning glass antireflection film was prepared on the surface of high borosilicate glass substrate by using TEOS and nanometer anatase type of titanium dioxide powder as sol-gel SiO2-TiO2 composite raw materials and using Czochralski method.The effect of preparing technique on antireflection and photoinduced super hydrophilicity properties was investigated.The experiments show that the light transmittance of prepared sample increased about 3% at wavelength between 400nm and 800nm under light vertical incidence.After UV irradiation for a certain time,the water contact angle was ≤5° which exhibited the characteristic of photoinduced super hydrophilicity.福建省区域科技重大项目(2011H41010083

    记述了采自南海的棒状水母科COryMOrPHIdAE AllMAn,18721新属,肋突水母属COSTA HuAng,Xu ET lIn,gEn.nOV.,2新种,即南海肋突水母COSTA nAnHAIEnSIS HuAng,Xu ET lIn,SP.nOV.,间腺梅尔水母MAyErI InTErgOnA HuAng,Xu ET guO,SP.nOV.和1新纪录种,幼芽真囊水母EuPHySOrA gEMMIfErA bOuIllOn,1978。详细描述其形态特征,并绘图与本属其它种进行比较,模式标本保存于国家海洋局第三海洋研究所。Samples of Corymorphidae were collected from the South China Sea(4°-18° 30' N,109° 119°E),during Aug.2011.Based on the taxonomic system of Bouillon et al.(2006),at present time 12 valid genera of Corymorphidae are known,Euphysora M aas,1905 and Vannuccia Brinckmann-Voss,1967 are valid genera.In view of the used of the genus name of Vannuccia M arcus,1948,we wish to make the proposal of which the genus name of Vannuccia BrinckmannVoss,1967 is change to that of Mayeri Xu,Huang et Guo,gen.nov.,remembering the first author for the species of the genus.One new genus,Costa Huang,Xu et Lin,gen.nov.,two new species,i.e.Costa nanhaiensis Huang,Xu et Lin,sp.nov.,Mayeri intergona Huang,Xu et Guo,sp.nov.and one new record,Euphysora gemmifera Bouillon,1978 are described.All type specimens are deposited in the T hird Institute of Oceanography,SOA.T he specific diagnoses of one new genus and two new species are as follows.Costa Huang,Xu et Lin,gen.nov.Umberlla dome-shaped,exumbrella with 4 longitudinal ridges and ribs;manubrium large,the length no extending umbrella margin;mouth simple,circular;one well-developed solid tentacle terminating in large cnidocyst knob,3 marginal bulbs without tentacles;4 radial canals,1 circular canal;with mesenteries.T ype species:Costa nanhaiensis Huang,Xu et Lin,sp.nov.Etymology.T he genus name from Latin Costa,means rib and ridge,the new genus exumbrella with 4 longitudinal ridges and ribs.Costa nanhaiensis Huang,Xu et Lin,sp.nov.(Figs 1-2) Umbrella dome-shaped,exumbrella with 4 longitudinal ridges and ribs;manubrium large,extending no beyond umbrella margin,vacuolated endodermal cells in the upper part,gonads in the lower part;one well-developed solid tentacle terminating in two large cnidocyst knobs;3 marginal bulbs without tentacles;4 radial canal,1 circular canal;with mesenteries.Etymology.Form Latin,Nanhaiensis,means Nanhai,the species name refers to the first collected from Nanhai(the South China Sea).Mayeri intergona Huang,Xu et Guo,sp.nov.(Figs 3-4) Umbrella dome-shaped,without apical process,bell margin slightly asymmetrical;manubrium short,length about 1 /3 of the umbrella cavity,with a apical chamber;gonads global shaped,in interradial position of manubrium;one swollen marginal tentacle,hollow for half its length and ending in long,large,clubshaped swelling armed with cnidocysts.我国近海海洋综合调查与评价(908专项);“中国海洋生物种类名录和图谱”(908-ZC-Ⅱ-02);“908专项海洋生物样品库”和“全球变化与海气相互作用专项”资助---

    详细分析了无卡轴旋切机的工作原理,推导了旋切过程中刀刃进给速度与圆木直径的数学模型,同时得出旋切时间的近似计算式。从中可知,旋切过程中刀刃进给速度必须按一定规律变化才能保证旋切机正常工作。建立了旋切机恒线速旋切的运动轨迹模型,推导出旋切机恒线速旋切时间的精确计算式,并在此基础上提出了旋切时间简便的近似计算式。这些研究结果均可用于指导设计和进行实际生产。Working principle of log-core veneer lathe had been analyzed in detail,and the mathematical model between the knife-carriage feeding speed and the diameter of the log core was established,in the meantime,the approximation cutting time formula was also derived.The feeding speed must be changed with continuousness and a rule,which can let the lathe work well.Moving locus model of invariable-speed peeling was also founded,precision calculating formula of invariable-speed peeling was deduced.In the same time,the simplification cutting-speed formula was also derived.These results of the research will provide a guide for the designing and the producing practice
