    Decomposition of Cartan matrix and conjectures on Brauer character degrees

    设g为有限群,n是g的正规子群.记J=J(f[n])为f[n]的JACObSOn根,I=Ann(J)={α∈f[g]|Jα=0}为J在f[g]中的零化子.本文主要研究了,根据f[g/n]和f[g]/I的CArTAn矩阵,分解f[g]的CArTAn矩阵.这种分解在CArTAn不变量和g的合成因子之间建立了一些联系.本文指出n中P-亏零块的存在性依赖于CArTAn不变量或者I在f[g]中的性质,证明了CArTAn矩阵的分解部分地依赖于b所覆盖的n中的块的性质.本文研究了b为n上的块且l(b)=1时,覆盖b的g中的块b的性质.在两类情形下,本文证明了块代数上关于brAuEr特征标次数的猜想成立,涵盖了HOlM和WIllEMS研究的某些情形.进而对HOlM和WIllEMS提出的问题给出了肯定的回答.另外,本文还给出了CArTAn不变量的一些其它结果.Let G be a finite group and N a normal subgroup of G.We denote by J = J(F [N]) the Jacobson radical of F [N] and by I = Ann(J) = {α ∈ F [G]|Jα = 0} the annihilator of J in F [G].In this paper, we study the decomposition of Cartan matrix of F [G] in terms of that of F [G/N] and F [G]/I.This decomposition establishes some connections between Cartan invariants and chief composition factors of G.We will prove that existing zero-defect p-blocks in N depend on the properties of I in F [G] or Cartan invariants.We shall demonstrate that the decomposition of Cartan matrix partly depends on properties of blocks in N covered by B.We are mainly concerned with the block B of G which covers a block b of N with l(b) = 1.In two cases, we will prove that the conjectures on Brauer character degrees hold for the block algebras, covering some cases studied by Holm and Willems.Furthermore we give an affirmative answer to the question raised by Holm and Willems in our cases.Some other results about Cartan invariants are presented here

    HYDROTHERMAL SYNTHESIS AND MAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF NANOSIZED NICKEL ZINC FERRITE POWDER

    用水热法分别在200℃和220℃下反应5h制备了纳米级镍锌铁氧体(Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4)粉体。用X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)分析合成的纳米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4的物相,结果表明:200℃水热反应5h得到的纳米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉体中含有γ-Fe2O3,220℃水热反应5h可以得到纯纳米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉体。用透射电镜(transmission electronmicroscope,TEM)、Mssbauer谱(Mssbauer spectroscopy,MS)、Fourier红外分析(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)、振动样品磁强计(vibrating sample magnetometer,VSM)等方法表征纯纳米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉体。TEM结果表明:纳米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉体粒子为球形,粒径约为20nm。室温MS结果表明:大部分纳米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉体粒子表现出铁磁性,少量的表现出超顺磁性。FTIR分析表明:样品在577cm-1和420cm-1处出现NiZn铁氧体的特征峰。磁滞回线结果表明:纳米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉体粒子的饱和磁化强度为38.14A?m2/kg,剩磁为17.32A?m2/kg,矫顽力为29275.29A/m。Nanosized nickel zinc ferrite(Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4)powder was synthesized by the hydrothermal synthesis method at 200℃ and 220 ℃for 5h,respectively.An X-ray diffraction(XRD)was adopted for the characterization of Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 powder.It is concluded that the Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 powder containedγ-Fe2O3 when it is synthesized at 200 ℃for 5h,and pure Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 powder were prepared by the hydrothermal synthesis at 220 ℃for 5h.The pure powder was characterized by a transmission electron micro-scope(TEM),Mssbauer spectrum(MS),Fourier transform spectroscopy(FTIR),and magnometry using a vibrating sample magne-tometer(VSM).The TEM results show that Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles are round,and are about 20 nm in diameter.The MS results reveal that most of the Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles show ferromagnetism and a small quantity of Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 exhibit superpara-magnetic relaxation.The FTIR results show that the bands at 577 cm-1 and 420 cm-1 are the characteristic bands of NiZn ferrite.The saturated magnetization,remanence and coercivity of Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 powder are 38.14 A·m2/kg,17.32 A·m2/kg and 29 275.29 A/m,respectively.The powder exhibits good magnetic properties.深圳大学科研(4CHQ)资助项

    不同等电点的魟鱼肝铁蛋白释放铁速率的比较研究

    选用热变性法、离子交换层析技术和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术(PAGE)小批量制备电泳纯魟鱼肝铁蛋白(Liverferritin ofDasyatis akajei,DALF)和黄牛胰脏铁蛋白(Scalper pancreas ferritin,SPF).等电聚胶电泳技术指出,DALF和SPF分别显示3和2条不同等电点铁蛋白层析带,推测这一现象与铁蛋白含铁量无关,与各自蛋白壳H和L亚基分布不同且形成不同表面电荷有关.不同等电点且相同含铁量的DALF,表现出不同的释放铁速率,其释放铁全过程均可分为快速和慢速阶段,符合一级反应动力学规律.铁蛋白可通过自身蛋白壳H和L亚基分布和相互作用强度的差异性,产生不同的柔性调节作用,控制不同释放铁的速率

    南海中深层动力格局与演变机制研究进展

    南海是连接印度洋-太平洋的最大边缘海,在季风、海峡水交换以及复杂地形影响下,南海环流呈现出独特的三层结构以及远强于大洋的混合特征.理论与观测表明,南海内潮、内孤立波以及强风等过程是强混合的动力来源.在南海强混合作用下,南海发育了活跃的中深层动力系统,一方面促进了南海与大洋之间的水体交换,另一方面调控上层风生环流,使得南海环流显著区别于其他热带与副热带海盆.南海活跃的中深层环流所具有的物质搬运能力又显著影响着南海的地质沉积、生物地球化学循环等过程.中国对深海研究持续投入,在南海中深层环流动力学研究方面取得了显著的成果,文章就该方面进行总结,并对南海深海环流未来研究设想进行初步探讨

    微型旅館產業是近年來因應旅遊市場需求成長而誕生的新興產業,係結合地方特色小規模發展的觀光住宿服務。早期自因風景區周遭開始出現,而後開始大幅擴展至今全台上千家的榮景,包括宜蘭、花東、南投清境及墾丁地區甚至離島等地數量相當龐大,進而形成許多微型旅館特色聚落。然而,隨著市場逐漸成熟也日趨競爭,加上現今對微型旅館經營的規範仍存在相當多模糊地帶,面臨法律跟不上市場的窘境,及造成市場上相關服務良莠不齊;另外微型旅館不可避免仍是觀光服務業的一環,仍需一定程度的投入、以企業專業經營並佈局更宏觀長遠的策略規劃才能永續發展。故本研究選取清境某系列民宿為研究標的加以分析整理,以商業經營模式圖將各項活動予以展開,並探討旗下三間不同風格微型旅館之定位設計並比較其異同,最終由個案結論衍伸至未來成長之願景發想。BNB industry, which also called Bed and Breakfast, is one of the most thriving industry in Taiwan recently. By combining with regional trait, BNB industry is growing faster as the demand of traveling market becomes mature. However, the more customers are willing to choose BNB , the more competitive market will be. In addition, there are still lots of grey zone about regulating the industry in the policy, and it makes disputes frequently. Although the average scale in the industry is small, it definitely needs certain level of investment and professional management to sustainable development. To discuss the main issue of BNB industry in Taiwan, this paper choose The Old England Manor and the other related BNBs as the objects of study. Through reorganizing and analyzing its business model, we present and compare the differences and finally discuss the possible prospect in the future
