    Research and Application of Classifier with Confidence

    Support Vector Machine—Recursive Feature Elimination for localized feature selection

    基于支持向量机的递归特征消除(SVM-rfE)是目前最主流的基因选择方法之一,是为二分类问题设计的,对于多分类问题必须要进行扩展。从帕累托最优(PArETO OPTIMuM)的概念出发,阐明了常用的基因选择方法在多分类问题中的局限性,提出了基于类别的基因选择过程,并据此提出一种新的SVM-rfE设计方法。8个癌症和肿瘤基因表达谱数据上的实验结果证明了新方法优于另两种递归特征消除方法,为每一类单独寻找最优基因,能够得到更高的分类准确率。Support Vector Machine—Recursive Feature Elimination (SVM-RFE) is one of state-of-the-art method for gene selection.SVM-RFE was originally designed to solve binary feature selection problems and has been extended to solve multiclass problems in several recent studies.This paper illustrates the limitations of the present multi-class gene selection methods from the perspective of Pareto Optimum,describes a new procedure for selecting significant genes for each class,and proposes a new implementation for SVM-RFE.Experiments on 8 cancer and tumor gene expression dataset demonstrate its superiority over two other RFE methods.By considering each class during the gene selection stages,the new method can identify genes leading to more accurate classification.福建省自然科学基金No2009J05153---

    Seasonal variation and assessment of water quality in Meizhou Bay

    根据2005年1月~2005年11月间4个航次的调查资料,阐述了湄洲湾海域营养盐的变化特征,并对NH4-N、NO3-N、NO2-N、PO4-P、pH、盐度、DO、COD和叶绿素等进行了分析,对海域进行了富营养化评价及有机污染评价。结果表明:该海域N、P营养盐随月份呈现不同的变化规律。不同季节的N/P值变化较大。根据有机污染评价,湄洲湾海域属于水质较好类型;富营养化评价的结果显示,湄洲湾海域秋季和冬季处于富营养化状态。On basis of in-situ detecting data during 4 cruises from January to November in 2005,variation features of inorganic nitrogen and phosphate in Meizhou Bay were analyzed,so were the parameters such as pH,salinity,DO,COD and chlorophyll a.Combined with the economy developing status of Meizhou Bay,the main parameters of water quality,the status of nourishment and organic pollution were assessed.The results indicate that,the value of N/P varies with seasons,and the water quality is comparatively fine based on the organic pollution estimation,when in autumn and winter,Meizhou Bay is rich in nutrients,which in based on the estimation of nourishment.Suggestions were also made on the basis of the results of water investigation of Meizhou Bay.福建省重大前期专项(2005HZ1014);; 福建省自然科学基金(D0610020

    目的:探讨细胞因子信号转导抑制因子-1(SuPPrESSOrS Of CyTOkInE SIgnAlIng1,SOCS1)拮抗物PJAk2多肽(氨基酸序列号为1001-1013)参与树突状细胞(dEndrITIC CEllS,dCS)的体外诱导培养后对dCS抗肿瘤作用的影响。方法:采集健康人外周血,离心获得单个核细胞,用重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rECOMbInAnT HuMAn grAnulOCyTE-MACrOPHAgE COlOny STIMulATIng fACTOr,rHgM-CSf)及重组人白细胞介素-4(rECOMbInAnT HuMAn InTErlEukIn-4,rHIl-4)诱导dCS,第5天分为4组:单纯dCS培养(对照)组、抗原负载(lySATE-dCS)组、多肽修饰(PJAk2-dCS)组和抗原与多肽共培养(lySATE+PJAk2-dCS)组,第6天各组加入肿瘤坏死因子-α(TuMOr nECrOSIS fACTOr-AlPHA,Tnf-α)促成熟。倒置显微镜下观察dCS形态;fCM法检测dCS表型;乳酸脱氢酶(lACTATE dEHydrOgEnASE,ldH)细胞毒实验检测各组细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CyTOTOXIC T lyMPHOCyTE,CTl)对胃癌细胞bgC-823的靶向杀伤作用;ElISA法检测白细胞介素-12(InTErlEukIn-12,Il-12)和γ干扰素(InTErfErOn-γ,Ifn-γ)的水平。结果:与未加入诱导剂组相比,各组均成功诱导出成熟dCS,均高表达Cd80、Cd83、Cd86和人类白细胞dr抗原(HuMAn lEukOCyTE AnTIgEn dr,HlA-dr),但以lySATE+PJAk2-dCS组的表达水平最高。在10:1~30:1的效靶比范围内,CTl杀伤作用与效靶比呈正相关。当效靶比为30:1时,对照组的CTl杀伤率达(19.77±2.34)%,低于其他3组(P<0.01),而lySATE+PJAk2-dCS组较lySATE-dCS组及PJAk2-dCS组都高(P<0.05)。lySATE+PJAk2-dCS组培养上清液中Il-12及Ifn-γ的分泌水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:SOCS1拮抗物PJAk2多肽(1001-1013)可增强dCS对胃癌细胞的抗原递呈及特异性抗肿瘤作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of pJAK2 polypeptide,an antagonist of SOCS1(suppressors of cytokine signaling 1),on antitumor effect of in vitro cultivation-induced DCs(dendritic cells).Methods:Peripheral blood was collected from the healthy volunteers,and the PBMCs(peripheral blood mononuclear cells)were isolated.DCs were induced by rhGM-CSF(recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor)and rhIL-4(recombinant human interleukin-4).On the fifth day,DCs were divided into four groups:control group,Lysate-DCs group,pJAK2-DCs group,and Lysate + pJAK2 DCs group.On the sixth day,TNF-α(tumor necrosis factor-alpha)was added into each group.The morphological features of DCs were observed under an inverted microscope;the phenotypes were detected by FCM(flow cytometry);the killing effect of CTLs(cytotoxic T lymphocytes)on gastric cancer BGC-823 cells was evaluated by LDH(lactate dehydrogenase)cytotoxicity test;the concentrations of IL-12(interleukin-12)and IFN-γ(interferon-γ)were detected by ELISA(enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay).Results:Mature DCs presented typically morphological and phenotypic features;the DCs in Lysate + pJAK2-DCs group had the highest expression levels of CD80,CD83,CD86 and HLA-DR(human leukocyte antigen DR).When the ratio of effectors to target cells ranged from 10:1 to 30:1,the killing activity of CTLs had a positive correlation with the ratio.When the ratio of effectors to target cells was 30:1,the killing activity of CTLs in the control group was(19.77±2.34)%,which was lowest as compared with the other groups(P < 0.01),meanwhile the killing activity of CTLs in Lysate + pJAK2-DCs group was higher than those in Lysate-DCs and pJAK2-DCs groups(P < 0.05).The levels of IL-12 and IFN-γ secretion in Lysate + pJAK2-DCs group were apparently higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:An antagonist of SOCS1,pJAK2 polypeptide,can enhance the ability of antigen presentation and specific antitumor effect of DCs on gastric cancer cells.南京军区医学科技创新课题资助项目(编号:10MA068); 福建省自然科学基金面上项目(编号:2010D013); 厦门市科技计划创新项目(编号:3502z20104014

    The model research of hybrid-compression conformal predictor with confidence

    提出一种改进的混合压缩相符预测器.混合压缩相符预测器采用两阶段压缩过程:先将部分序列样本压缩成模型以知识的形式保存;再将知识传递给后续样本用于置信预测.混合压缩相符预测器不仅能提高计算效率,还提供巧妙的邻近性度量,从而极大地提高了第二阶段的预测效率.以田纳西-伊斯曼化工过程为例,验证了该方法的有效性和高效性.Conformal predictor is extended to hybrid-compression conformal predictor(HCCP) in order to improve the computational efficiency.HCCP executes compression in two stages: a.a compression expert is assigned to compress part of the sequence of data;b.it transmits the extracted information to the successive transductive prediction.As a result,HCCP yields competitive computational efficiency,as well as maintaining the predictive efficiency,due to the ingenious proximity between the examples produced in the second stage.A case study of Tennessee Eastman Process was provided to illustrate the advantage of the proposed method.国家高技术研究发展计划资助项目(2006AA01Z129

    Preliminary estimate for the contaminations fluxes from Jiulong River to the sea

    河流污染物入海通量的研究是研究海水污染的内容之一。本文对目前常用的河流污染物通量估算方法进行了分析,根据九龙江的水文水质监测数据,选择高锰酸钾指数与NH3-N作为代表性水质监测项目,利用各种估算公式进行污染物入海通量估算,对估算结果进行比较发现部分公式适用性较好。估算结果表明,2003年九龙江污染物入海通量CODMn大约为21 000 t/a,NH3-N大约为2 500 t/a。根据与其他研究结果的对比,探讨了河流污染物入海通量估算的特点,对不足之处作了说明。 【英文摘要】 Study of the contaminations fluxes from river to the sea is part of the research of marine pollution.The popular calculation formulas of contaminations fluxes in river were analyzed.According to the flow and water quality monitoring data in Jiulong River,COD_(Mn) and NH_3N fluxes were calculated by the different formulas.The calculation results show that some formulas are effective.In 2003,the COD_(Mn) fluxes from Jiulong river to the sea was about 21 000 t/a,and the NH_3-N fluxes was about 2 500 t/a.Compar...福建省青年科技人才创新项目(2005J065

    Z-十八碳-9-烯-丙磺酰胺对糖尿病认知功能障碍小鼠学习记忆功能的影响

    探索新化合物Z-十八碳-9-烯-丙磺酰胺(N15)对糖尿病认知功能障碍(DACD)小鼠学习记忆功能的作用及机制。采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)连续小剂量腹腔注射以及高脂高糖加STZ诱导2型糖尿病小鼠模型,N15(50和100mg·kg-1·d-1)连续灌胃给药6周,于给药末期进行跳台、避暗以及Morris水迷宫测试以评价小鼠学习记忆功能;对海马内葡萄糖和乳酸水平进行测定;通过realtimePCR测定海马内突触成长相关蛋白-43(GAP-43)、突触素(SYN)、脑源性生长因子(BDNF)和神经营养因子-3(NT-3)m RNA的表达。结果表明,N15可显著改善模型小鼠学习记忆能力,降低海马内葡萄糖和乳酸含量,显著上调海马内GAP-43、SYN、BDNF和NT-3 m RNA表达水平。上述结果表明,新型化合物N15具有改善糖尿病认知功能障碍的作用,其机制可能与增加海马内突触生长相关因子和神经营养因子表达相关。福建省教育厅资助项目(JAT160583

    Optimized Kernel-Based Conformal Predictor for Online Fault Detection

    为了提高相符预测器的计算效率,在算法中引入基于核的度量学习.将其学习过程分解成2部分:先通过提高75%的训练样本的类可分性获得1个优化核;然后在优化的核空间中采用k近邻方法设计奇异度函数,并使用剩下的25%的样本实现标准的相符预测器算法.将新算法应用于田纳西-伊斯曼过程的多类故障诊断问题,实验结果表明,在保证高的预测效率的同时,新算法可以显著降低计算时间.In order to improve the computational efficiency of conformal predictora,procedure of adaptive kernel-based distance metric learning was incorporated in the algorithm.The learning process was divided into two stages.Firstlya,n op-timized kernel was obtained by increasing the class separability of 75% of the training samples.Secondlyt,he k nearest neighbor classifier was used to design a nonconformity measure function in the optimized kernel space.And then the stan-dard conformal predictor algorithm was conducted on the remaining 25% of the training samples.The new method was ap-plied to the multiple fault diagnosis of Tennessee Eastman process.The results show that the new algorithm provides substan-tial reductions in computational timea,nd ensures high predictive efficiency as well.厦门大学985二期工程信息创新平台资助项目(0000-x07204);厦门市科技计划资助项目(3502Z20083028
