Ritual Performing and Memory Practicing——a Case Study of the Ritual of Song-ning in a Bouyei Village
铜鼓是布依族的神器礼器。布依族送、迎铜鼓的"送宁"仪式,在具体实践展演过程中,产生重大的社会—文化作用:一方面使民族文化在实践记忆中得以唤醒重现和传播继承,另一方面增强了族群的社会记忆和自我认同。实践记忆的情境性和在场性特点,在民族文化的保存再现和传承播布等方面都具有重要的文化意义。Brass drums are the Bouyei people's instruments of deity worshipping.The ritual of song-ning, or the presenting and receiving of brass drums,has cultural significance in performance.On the one hand,it reminds the Bouyei people of their own culture and contributes to its inheritance.On the other hand,ethnic memory and identification is strengthened.The situational and on-the-site practice of invoking memory is conducive to the retention and dissemination of ethnic cultures

迭代目标转换因子分析法测定多组分复方药物制剂的研究
采用迭代目标转换因子分析法同时测定复方冬眠灵片两组分的含量.用此法对复方冬眠灵片的两组分盐酸异丙嗪和盐酸氯丙嗪进行了测量及计算,获得满意结果.氯丙嗪平均回收率为1014%,RSD为04%(n=6);异丙嗪平均回收率为1004%,RSD为18%(n=6).而用普通目标转换因子分析法测定,氯丙秦平均回收率为1031%,RSD为49%(n=6),异丙嗪平均回收率为954%,RSD为22%(n=6).由此可看出迭代目标转换因子分析法较普通目标转换因子分析法具有明显的优势
Effects of transfected HSP70 on p38MAPK signal pathway
目的:探讨热休克蛋白 (HSP70 )在人胶质瘤细胞BT 32 5 p38MAPK信号通路中的作用。方法:用脂质体介导法将hsp70基因导入人胶质瘤细胞BT 32 5中 ,倒置显微镜观察转染细胞的形态学及粘附性变化 ,紫外线照射 30min后 ,采用免疫组化和Western blot方法测定转染前后HSP70的表达水平及照射前后 p38MAPK表达情况。结果:免疫组化和Western blot证实hsp70基因成功转染入BT 32 5中 ,转染细胞受到紫外线照射后 p38MAPK表达减弱。结论:体外转染hsp70基因可抑制紫外线照射后BT 32 5细胞 p38MAPK的表达.
Objective To study the role of HSP70 in p38MAPK signal transduction of human glioma cells BT 325.Methods pBBS212 hsp70 gene was transfected into BT 325 cells by lipofectin. The morphological and adhesive changes of the cells were observed under an inverted microscope. The level of HSP70 was measured by immunohistochemistry. The preventive effect of high blood pressure and hyperlipidemia by MCM water intake
Spontaneous hypertensive rat(SHR)which is the model animal of human essential hypertension was given free drinking water of the 0.5%MCM(Marina Crystal Minerals)from the time of immature before hypertension development of symptoms(five-week)to adult age(24-week), and the preventive effect of hypertension and hyperlipidemia were examined by blood pressure and the biochemistry laboratory data of blood. As a result, it was observed the significant suppression of blood pressure by about 15 mmHg compared with control group at adult age (20~24-week). Furthermore, the neutral fat was significantly lower by 25% and HDL-cholesterol was significantly higher by 8% compared with the control. On the other hand, LDL-cholesterol of the 0.5%MCM group was low by 12 %. However the significant difference was not seen intensely for the LDL-cholesterol and total cholesterol. The above result showed that the anti-hyperlipidemic effect in addition to anti-hypertension effect were seen under the conditions those still were moderately elevated. There was possibility of the preventive effect of arteriosclerosis if MCM will be taken in from the young ages
