    An Improved Fuzzy Connected Image Segmentation Method Base on CUDA

    已有的模糊连接并行算法CUDA-k FOE未考虑线程块边缘点同时更新所引发的竞争问题,导致计算结果出现少量误差.由于医学图像处理对精度的要求很高,为了解决边缘点计算误差的问题,基于CUDA-k FOE提出一种修正迭代算法.首先分析了CUDA-k FOE算法在线程块边缘产生竞争的原因;然后讨论了边缘点亲和力的所有可能的传递路径,以及由此造成的出错情况;最后提出二次迭代修正算法,将第一次迭代得到的所有边缘点转入第二次的修正迭代步骤,从而修正第一次迭代中错误的亲和力值.采用3组不同规格的CT序列对肝脏血管进行分割实验,并选用3个不同的种子点进行算法验证,结果表明,文中算法的计算结果与串行版本一致,解决了CUDA-k FOE算法的计算误差问题.A paralleled CUDA version of k FOE(CUDA-k FOE)was proposed to segment medical images. CUDA-k FOE achieves fast segmentation when processing large image datasets. However, it cannot precisely handle the competition of edge points when update operations happen by multiple threads simultaneously, thus an iterative correction method to improve CUDA-k FOE was proposed. By analyzing all the pathways of marginal voxels affinity and their consequently caused results, a two iteration correction scheme is employed to achieve the accurate calculation. In these two iterations, the resulted marginal voxels from the first iteration are used as the correction input of the second iteration, therefore, the values of affinity are corrected in the second iteration. Experiments are conducted on three CT image sequences of liver vessels with small, medium, and large size. By choosing three different seed points, final results are not only comparable to the sequential implementation of fuzzy connected image segmentation algorithm on CPU, but achieve more precise calculation compared with CUDA-k FOE.国家自然科学基金(61001144;61102137;61301010;61327001

    Improvement of column of machine tool based on modal analysis

    机床在工作时,由于要承受各种变载荷而产生振动,其精度和寿命会受到影响,因此有必要对机床进行模态分析,了解其动态特性,以便进一步分析和改进。采用3d建模软件对机床进行建模和装配,将得到的模型导入HyPErMESH建立有限元模型,再将有限元模型导入AnSyS进行模态分析,得到机床在两种工作情况下的固有频率和振型。最后根据模态分析结果对机床立柱进行优化,得出优化结构。When the machine tool is in operation,it will undergo a variety of dynamic loads which as a consequence incur vibrations and degrade machining precision.Therefore,modal analysis is highly demanded to gain an insight into the dynamics of machining system and direct further analysis and optimization.In such a circumstance a corresponding machine tool is established via 3D CAD software and subsequently preprocessed by HYPERMESH.The finite element model produced by HYPERMESH is eventually analyzed by ANSYS to receive the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the target machine tool.An optimization design of the column of the target machine tool is thus developed based upon the modal information.国家自然科学基金资助项目(70772093);福建省高等学校新世纪优秀人才支持计划资助项目;厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20090003

    文章研究了战略理论和商务模式理论的差异,认为主要表现为:战略理论将企业的外围环境视为静态的、一成不变的东西,并将直接的产业竞争环境的不确定性和复杂性视为对企业一种潜在威胁,因此企业应评估关键战略要素的机会和风险,采取前瞻性措施最大程度地规避这种潛在威胁,而企业价值是企业凭借其独特的市场定位或所拥有的核心能力单独创造出来并应独自享有。与此相对,商务模式理论将企业经营的各个子环境视为一个有机整体,将企业外部环境的不确定性和复杂性视为企业的一种潜在机遇,因而企业应积极调整经营活动组合,加速商务模式创新,充分调动各利益相关者的积极性,以充分攫取和适度分享不确定环境中的商机。This research indicates that the difference between strategy theory and business model theory mainly lies in the following.Strategy theory treats firm's surrounding environment as a static and constant thing,and treast the uncertainty and complexity of direct industry competitive environment as a potential threat to firm.So firm must evaluate the opportunity and risk of crucial strategic factors and take forward-looking actions to prevent this potential threat.Meanwhile,firm value is created wholly by firm's specific market orientation or by core competence it possesses and should all be accrued to firm accordingly.Comparatively,business model theory treats a variety of subenvironment of firm's operation as an organic integer and treats the uncertainty and complexity of firm's surrounding environment as a potential opportunity to firm.So firm should adjust the combination of business operations,accelerate the innovation of business model,motivate the enthusiasm of stake-holders,so as to appropriate fully and share adequately business opportunities embedded in uncertain environment
