    针对野战早期救治阶段存在伤员数量大、医护资源不足等现状,提出了一种面向服务的临床路径软件系统设计理念。将早期救治中的各关键事件模块化,并按专家制定的临床路径方案排列组合而成,有针对性并可进行即时调整。该系统力求将复杂繁琐的救治过程变为一种多分支、多出口、易操作的救治流程,实现对现有战伤救治信息流程的重组和优化,有利于伤员的高效、批量救治,最大限度地提高战伤救治能力和野战卫勤保障能力。According to the situation of large number of wounded and the lack of medical resources in the period of early treatment,a service-oriented software system used clinical pathway is designed to solve this problem.The key events of early treatment are modularized and arranged in the process of clinical pathway drawn up by experts.This process is targeted and can be adjusted in real time.The complicated process will be simplified to a multi-branch,multi-export and easy-operating one,and information flow will be reorganized and optimized.This new system will conducive to batch treatment of the wounded,improve the efficiency,and maximize the ability of treatment with war injuries and enhance the ability of hygienic guarantee.南京军区重点课题(08Z021);南京军区“十一五”计划课题项目(06MA99

    艾纳香油通过NF-κB非经典信号影响花生四烯酸代谢缓解LPS所致巨噬细胞的炎症反应

    目的本文旨在探讨艾纳香油(BBO)通过核转录因子κB(NF-κB)非经典通路影响花生四烯酸(AA)代谢通路发挥抗炎作用。方法采用豚鼠离体回肠法检测BBO对慢反应物质(SRS-A)生成的影响,ELISA法检测BBO对脂多糖(LPS) 诱导巨噬细胞前列腺素E2(PGE2)及白三烯 B4(LTB4)产生的影响,qRT-PCR检测BBO对LPS诱导巨噬细胞COX-2、5-LOX、FLAP和RelB表达的影响,Western blot检测BBO对NF-κB非经典通路蛋白肿瘤坏死因子受体作用因子3(TRAF3)、肿瘤坏死因子受体作用因子2(TRAF2)、NF-κB 诱导激酶(NIK)、p100和RelB浓度的影响。结果在1mg·mL-1的BBO药物浓度下减弱了豚鼠回肠的收缩张力(P<0.001),对SRS-A的生成抑制率达到65.34%;与LPS模型组相比,BBO在40-80 μg· mL-1浓度下降低AA代谢通路中PGE2(P<0.05)和LTB4(P<0.05)的浓度,降低COX-2(P<0.05)、5-LOX(P<0.05)和FLAP(P<0.05)的表达;此外,40-80 μg· mL-1浓度下BBO还降低LPS导致的NF-κB非经典通路中TRAF3(P<0.05)、TRAF2(P<0.05)和NIK(P<0.05)的浓度,进一步抑制p100蛋白的磷酸化(P<0.05),同时抑制转录因子RelB的表达(P<0.05)和RelB蛋白的水平(P<0.05),而BBO自身不引起这些基因与蛋白的变化。结论BBO可能通过抑制NF-κB非经典信号中调节蛋白TRAF3和TRAF2,转录因子RelB的浓度,造成NIK蛋白的诱导激酶作用受到抑制,进一步抑制了p100蛋白的磷酸化及其与转录因子RelB的结合,从而影响到下游AA通路中重要限速酶COX-2、5-LOX和 FLAP的表达与炎症介质PGE2和LTB4的水平发挥抗炎作用

    目的:设计并应用一种基于射频技术的物资安全保障方案。方法:事先约定了rfId标签的编码格式,只有PdA通过无线方式与基地数据库连接才能获取rfId标签内容;同时在PdA与rfId标签之间建立双向认证机制,防止未授权的阅读器和假冒的标签参与会话。结果:在卫生分队执行机动卫勤保障任务动态补充物资过程中应用该方案后,保证了物资的安全运输。结论:在确保物资应急保障的安全性和可靠性方面有较大应用价值。Objective To design and apply a material security program based on RFID technology.Methods The program agreed on encoding format of RFID tag in advance,in which PDA could access the content of RFID tags only by connecting with the base database wirelessly.At the same time,mutual authentication mechanism was established between the PDA and the RFID tag,which prevented unauthorized tags and readers from participating in the session.Results The safe of military supplies transportation was assured after the program was applied in the implementation of mobile medical support tasks.Conclusion The program has great application value for ensuring the safety and reliability of material emergency support.南京军区重点课题(08Z021);南京军区“十一五”计划课题项目(06MA99

    Seasonal variations of sulfur in Suaeda salsa under different habitats in the intertidal zone of Yellow River Estuary, China

    2008年5-11月,对黄河口滨岸潮滩不同生境下翅碱蓬(SuAEdA SAlSA)硫(S)的季节变化特征进行了研究。研究表明:中潮滩翅碱蓬(JP1)和低潮滩翅碱蓬(JP2)各器官生物量均具有明显的季节变化特征,总体表现为JP1>JP2;JP1和JP2地上与地下部分比值的变化较为一致,整体表现为JP2>JP1;二者枯落物量呈递增变化;JP1和JP2叶、茎和枯落物中的全硫(TS)含量在生长季波动变化明显,整体呈先增后减变化,而根中的TS含量在生长季呈递减变化,符合指数衰减模型;二者不同器官及枯落物的TS累积量和S累积速率(VS)季节变化明显,JP1地上部分的TS累积量和VS明显高于JP2,且二者地上部分的TS累积量和VS均明显高于地下;JP1和JP2不同部分的S分配比差异明显,其中叶的分配比最高,分别为(38.34±16.19)%和(66.27±12.09)%,说明叶是翅碱蓬重要的S累积器官。结果显示,翅碱蓬的生态学特性和其所处生境的水盐状况对JP1和JP2生物量、TS含量、累积量、累积速率、分配比均具有重要影响。Aims Our objective was to determine the characteristics of sulfur (S) accumulation and allocation by Suaeda salsa in two different habitats of the intertidal zone in the Yellow River Estuary of China.Methods We established two plots (30 m × 30 m) in two different tidal flats and collected different organs of S.salsa every 20 days from May to November 2008 from four or five sites selected at random from the two plots.Important findings The biomass of different organs of S.salsa in middle tidal flat (JP1) and low tidal flat (JP2) showed significant seasonal dynamics, and the values of JP1 tended to be higher than those of JP2.For JP1 and JP2, the ratios of aboveground biomass to belowground biomass changed similarly, but the values of JP2 tended to be larger than those of JP1.The litter biomass of JP1 and JP2 increased exponentially during the growing season.Although the total sulfur (TS) contents in leaves, stems or litter of JP1 and JP2 fluctuated greatly during the growing season, they all initially increased and then decreased.In comparison, values in roots decreased at all times following an exponential decay model.The TS accumulation amount and rate (VS) of different organs and litter also had seasonal changes, and the values of above-ground organs of JP1 were much higher than those of JP2.Moreover, the TS accumulation amount and VS of above-ground parts were higher than those of below-ground parts.The S allocation ratios of different parts of JP1 and JP2 also had significant differences.Leaves had the highest allocation ratio, and values of JP1 and JP2 were (38.34 ± 16.19)% and (66.27 ± 12.09)%, respectively, indicating that leaves were the most important site of S storage.国家自然科学基金(40803023);中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向项目(KZCX2-YW-223);山东省自然科学基金重点项目(ZR2010DZ001);厦门大学滨海湿地生态系统教育部重点实验室基金(Cwel0903)资

    Preparation and Characterization of Presulfidation-Free MoNiP/Al_2O_3 Catalyst for Thiophene Hydrodesulfurization

    [中文文摘]在Mo-Ni-P-O浸渍液中添加一定量的极性有机物如柠檬酸等,采用共浸渍法制备了一种不需预硫化和焙烧也具有较高加氢脱硫活性的MoNiP/Al2O3催化剂,并用N2吸附、程序升温还原、X射线光电子能谱、红外光谱和元素分析对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,柠檬酸的添加削弱了金属组分与载体间的相互作用,有利于金属组分在载体表面的分散,且改善了催化剂的还原性,使催化剂在与含硫反应物料接触过程中自发硫化,从而有利于催化剂加氢脱硫活性的提高.[英文文摘]A new type of MoNiP/Al2O3 catalyst for thiophene hydrodesulfurization was prepared by the co-impregnation method, wherein a suitable amount of citric acid was added in the Mo-Ni-P-O impregnation solution. The catalyst exhibits high activity for thiophene hydrodesulfurization under presulfidation- and calcination-free conditions. The catalyst was characterized by N2 adsorption, temperature-programmed reduction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, and elemental analysis methods. The effect s of cit ric acid on the structure and activity of the MoNiP/ Al2O3 catalyst were studied. The result s show that the addition of cit ric acid weakens the interaction between the active metal components and support , improves dispersion of active metal component s on the support surface , and promotes the reduction and sulfidation of the catalyst by sulfur-containing feedstocks.
