    Design of a wide spectrum day and night fisheye CCTV lens

    设计了一款宽光谱日夜两用鱼眼监控镜头,使用近红外lEd光源照明及Ir-CuT双滤光片,近红外波长为850 nM,采用zEMAX软件的多重配置结构设计,使用固定焦距,实现可见光和近红外光的共焦。对设计的光学系统结构和像差曲线进行分析,设计全视场角和相对孔径分别为175°和1/1.8,使用1/3 In CCd成像接收器件,全视场MTf值在空间频率100 lP/MM处达到0.3。A day and night fisheye CCTV lens with wide spectrum is designed.The near- infrared LED light source is used to illuminate and the IR- CUT double filter is adopted.The near infrared wavelength is 850 nm.Using multi- configuration design of Zemax software,the confocal visible light and near- infrared light can be realized with a fixed focal length.The designed optical system structure and aberration curve are analyzed.The full field of view and relative aperture are 175°and 1 /1.8 respectively,using 1 /3 in CCD as image device.Full field of MTF value reached 0.3 in the spatial frequency of 100 lp / mm.国家自然科学基金(No.11104234); 校级教改项目(No.JGZY201223)资

    Development of Environmental Assessment Technique for Air Pollution from Industries Situated in Inland Area and its Control : (6) KURAMOCHI Industrial Area

    In recent years, industries have been increasingly developed in inland areas where the capacity of air cleanup is small. Therefore, effective air pollution control need to be developed as fast as possible. More accurate information of an air pollution mechanism is needed for effective control. As a case study, the effects of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide on air pollution were investigated near the Kuramachi industrial area in 1978. The PPMs of sulfur dioxide emitted in the air were predicted at present and in future situations by using sophisticated puff and plume diffusion models. The results of this study can be applicable to examine a future planning of industry expansions and locations with pollutants emission facilities. A successful application of this study may help to prevent air pollution problems in future

    The absorption of NO in aqueous mixed solutions of NaClO_2 and NaOH was carried out using a semi-batch stirred vessel with a plain gas-liquid interface at 25℃. The rate of absorption was discussed on the basis of chemical absorption theory under the fast-reaction regime. The overall reaction involved was presented by 4NO + 3NaClO_2 + 4NaOH = 4NaNO_3 + 3NaCl + 2H_2O and was found to be second-order with respect to NO and first-order with respect to NaClO_2 in the range of NaClO_2 concentration greater than 0.8 molar. The reaction rate constants evaluated were exponentially decreased with the NaOH concentration and correlated by k = k_0 exp(-3.73C_)
