介绍如何对基质辅助激光解吸飞行时间质谱仪(MAldI-TOf-MS)的样品靶进行加工改造,并针对不同类型的样品,如难溶有机物、金属配合物、高聚物、稠环芳烃或富勒烯、簇合物、挥发性差的液体等。采用不同的制样方式,提供了一种操作简便、通用性强的检测分子质量的表征方法,弥补了这些复杂化合物难以获得准确分子质量的不足,为解析这些化合物结构信息提供有力证据。Matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometer( MALDI-Tof-MS) has very advantages such as less sample volume,fast detection,resistant to high salt content.Hence it has been widely used in biological molecules,polymers,organic compounds and so on,and generally is mixed with a certain proportion matrix after dissolving samples.In practice,some samples are extremely difficult to dissolve,or cannot find suitable solvent,so they cannot be used by the traditional method to obtain molecular weight on CGMS or LCMS.This paper presented to transform MALDI-Tof-MS sample target for different types of samples,such as insoluble organic compounds,metal complexes,polymers,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons or fullerene clusters.With different preparation methods,a convenient method of molecular detection was provided to obtain the accurate molecular mass.The method provides strong evidence for the analysis of the structure information

国家科技发展的要求,“985“、“211“工程的投入,使各高校分析测试中心面临新的机遇与挑战;新形势下如何应对,使其在学科建设、科学研究、人才培养及高新技术开发等方面发挥重要作用,寻找能够适合测试中心可持续发展的管理和运行模式,是亟待解决的问题。文中结合厦门大学分析测试中心的实际运行经验,在分析测试中心的管理和运行模式以及如何为教学、科研发展和学科建设发挥更大的作用等方面进行探讨。With the development of science and technology,especially with the input of the "985 project" and the "211 project" to universities in China,most of the analysis and test centers in Chinese universities are facing new challenges and opportunities as well.In order to play a sustainable role in subject construction,scientific research,personnel training and high technology,analysis and test centers need to solve the problems of management and operation.Based on the practical experiences of the management and running analysis and test center in Xiamen university in the past years,this paper explores the following respects:how to set up a new management and operation mode on analysis and test center,how to promote its effectiveness to subject construction,scientific research and so on

Review of the Use of Aidi Injection in Our Hospital

目的:为促进临床合理使用艾迪注射液提供参考。方法:随机抽取我院2015年1-6月使用艾迪注射液的部分住院病例,就患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤发生部位、药品用法用量、溶媒种类用量、疗程、不良反应等数据应用Microsoft 2011版Excel软件进行统计和点评。结果:125例使用艾迪注射液的患者男性多于女性,平均年龄为58.4岁;66例患者(52.80%)肿瘤发生部位与说明书规定使用的适应证相符;30例患者(24.00%)使用疗程与说明书相符;溶媒种类均符合说明书推荐,但溶媒用量与说明书相符的仅6例(4.80%);单次剂量与说明书相符的有122例(97.60%);有7例发生不良反应,主要为皮疹和胃肠道反应。结论:我院艾迪注射液使用中存在着超适应证用药、使用疗程不规范、溶媒用量不适宜等问题。医师、临床药师和医院相关部门应进一步加强艾迪注射液等中药注射剂的合理使用、医嘱点评以及监督与管理,共同促进合理用药。OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for promoting clinical rational use of Aidi injection. METHODS:Some inpatient records that used Aidi injection in our hospital from Jan. to Jun. 2015 were randomly selected and statistically reviewed by using Excel(2011 edition)in aspects of gender,age,tumor location,usage and dosage,solvents usage,treatment course,adverse reactions,etc. RESULTS:In the 125 patients who used Aidi injection,male was more than female,with average age of 58.4years;the tumor location of 66 patients(52.80%)was consistent with the indications in instructions;treatment course of 30 patients(24.00%)was consistent with the instructions;all solvent types were consistent with the instruction recommendation,while only 6 patients(4.80%)showed consistence in solvent usage and instructions;122 patients(97.60%)showed consistence in single dosage and instructions;7 patients had adverse reactions,mainly rash and gastrointestinal reactions. CONCLUSIONS:The use of Aidi injection in our hospital shows off-label drug use,non-standardized treatment course and inappropriate solvent usage. Physicians,clinical pharmacists and relevant departments should further strengthen the rational use,medical advice comments,supervision and management of Aidi injection in the hospital to promote the rational drug use
