    基于电子鼻的慢性胃炎气滞证患者常见病位的口腔呼气气味图谱研究

    目的:运用电子鼻探讨慢性胃炎气滞证患者常见病位的口腔呼气气味图谱特征。方法:采用证素辨证的方法,筛选出397例慢性胃炎气滞证患者并判断病位证素,同时运用基于阵列式气体传感器技术的医用电子鼻(EN0l1103-A)采集其口腔呼气的气味图谱,选择气味图谱响应曲线的振幅、斜率作为图谱特征参数,借助分类器算法对慢性胃炎气滞证与非气滞证的口腔呼气气味图谱特征进行模式识别,比较慢性胃炎气滞证患者常见病位的口腔呼气气味图谱特征。结果:慢性胃炎气滞证的主要病位证素分布是胃(91.18%)、脾(38.29%)、肝(23.68%);主要病位为胃、脾胃、肝脾胃、肝胃;采用分类器算法对慢性胃炎气滞证的气味图谱进行模式识别时,运用随机森林算法,对气滞证的准确率可以达到65.85%;病位胃组、脾胃组的气味图谱响应曲线B、C、D、E、F、I、J的振幅均显著低于病位肝脾胃组(P<0.01);病位胃组、脾胃组的气味图谱响应曲线C、D、E、F、I的斜率均显著低于病位肝脾胃组(P<0.01),脾胃组曲线A的斜率低于病位肝脾胃组(P<0.05)。结论:运用电子鼻结合模式识别方法可初步判断慢性胃炎气滞证及其不同病位间的口腔呼气气味差异。国家自然科学基金项目(No.81373552);;福建省自然科学基金项目(No.2014J01362);;福建省中医药科研项目(No.wzpw201313);;福建省教育厅A类项目(No.JA14212);;载人航天领域预先研究项目(No.020104)~

    我院开展治疗药物监测的实践与思考

    目的讨论开展治疗药物监测(TdM)的临床意义,查找存在不足,并思考解决问题的对策。方法全面总结回顾该院TdM工作开展的基础、主要内容、药学服务举措及教学与科研创新成果,并结合临床实际,探讨今后开展工作的新思路。结果TdM工作中遇到的问题主要是医务人员利用TdM手段实施个体化给药的意识还不够强,医药团队协作能力有待提高。结论应通过加大TdM宣传力度,以TdM为切入口,加强与临床的密切配合与协作,配备更多高素质的临床药师,并通过与药物基因组学的结合,进一步提高治疗药物监测的工作质量

    对杉木观光木混交林群落能量的研究结果表明 :混交林中观光木地上部分灰分含量以皮最高 ,而杉木则以叶最高 ,两者GCV(干重热值 )和AFCV(去灰分热值 )均以叶为最高 ;观光木、杉木地下各部分的灰分含量均随径级的减小而增加 ,GCV均以粗根最高 ,细根最低 ;观光木的平均灰分含量高于杉木 ,但GCV和AFCV均低于杉木 ;从乔木层、灌木层到草本层 ,灰分含量依次增加 ,GCV和AFCV则依次降低 .混交林群落的能量现存量、年净增量、归还量和净固定量分别是纯林的 1.2 6倍、1.15倍、1.0 2倍和 1.0 9倍 ,其中以乔木层的占大部分 ,林下植被虽然能量现存量仅占群落的很小一部分 ,而其能量年净增量、归还量和净固定量却占有一定比重 .混交林群落的太阳能转化率为 1.5 7% ,而纯林为 1.44 % .表明杉观混交林是一种能量生产力较高和维持地力能力较强的杉阔混交类型 .同时 ,混交林的能量累积比大于纯林 ,能量流动速率则低于纯林 ;乔木层的能量累积比高于林下植被 ,能量流动速率则低于林下植被 .从能量的角度看 ,构建合理的群落结构必须选择高能量累积比的乔木层树种 ,同时须促进能量流动速率快的林下植被的发育以维持和提高地力 .表 4参 2 2Based on the measurement of biomass and productivity, the caloric value of plant samples, the standing crop of energy, net energy production and energy conversing efficiency of mixed forest of Cunninghamia lanceolata and Tsoongiodendron odorum were determined. Among the aboveground fractions, ash content was highest in barks of Tsoongiodendron odorum and in leaves of Cunninghamia lanceolata , and GCV and AFCV were both highest in leaves of the two species. For underground fractions, ash content increased with the increase of root diameter size, and GCV was highest in coarse roots and lowest in fine roots. The mean ash content was higher, and the mean of GCV and AFCV of Tsoongiodendron odorum were lower than those of Cunninghamia lanceolata . The mean ash content increased in an order from tree layer, shrub layer to herb layer, while those of GCV and AFCV decreased. The standing crop, net accumulation, production and returning of energy of mixed forest were 1.26, 1.15, 1.09 and 1.02 times as much as that of pure forest, respectively. The undergrowth played an important role in energy process, though it accounted for only a slight proportion in community. The energy conversing efficiency was 1.57% for mixed forest and 1.44% for pure forest. The ratio of energy accumulation was higher, and the rate of energy flow was lower in mixed forest than in pure forest. The tree layer had a higher ratio of energy accumulation and a lower rate of energy flow than undergrowth did. In view of energy efficiency, trees with high accumulated rate of energy should be introduced and growth of undergrowth should be promoted in a managed forest community.     Experimental Study of the Abalone Shell on Cataract induced by Oxidative Stress

    目的研究石决明提取物对体外培养的晶状体氧化应激性白内障形成的作用及机制。方法离体培养小鼠晶状体,应用不同浓度的石决明提取物预孵育晶状体24h后,加入1mm过氧化氢,继续培养3小时后恢复正常培养,72小时后观察小鼠晶状体混浊程度,测定晶状体组织培养液中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量,晶状体组织中还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果石决明提取物在1~2 mg/ml浓度范围内减轻氧化应激造成的晶状体混浊,减少晶状体LDH的释放,提高组织内GSH含量和SOD活力。结论石决明提取物可减轻氧化应激白内障的形成,其作用主要与石决明提取物提高内源性抗氧化系统有关。Objective To study the effect of the abalone shell extract on oxidative stress induced cataract formation and its mechanism in cultured mouse lens in vitro. Methods The cultured mouse lens were pretreated with the abalone shell extract in different concentrations for24 hours,and then 1mm hydrogen peroxide was added and continued incubating for 3 hours,and they were changed to normal culture media.After 72 hours,the opacity of each lens was observed under an anatomical microscope,the content of lactate dehydrogenase( LDH)leakages,the content of the reduced glutathione( GSH) and activity of superoxide dismutase( SOD) in lens tissue were assayed. Results Abalone shell extract in the concentration range of 1 ~ 2 mg / ml reduced the lens opacity caused by oxidative stress,alleviated the release of LDH,and increased GSH content and SOD activity in cultured lens.     目的 研究高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染相关的宫颈病变程度与抗人乳头瘤状病毒(HPV)抗体水平的相关性,探讨HPV致病的免疫学问题。方法 选取2012年1月-2013年6月在该院妇产科门诊就诊的女性中选取60例病理确诊为女性宫颈病变(CINⅠ及以上),且宫颈脱落细胞的DNA检测为HR-HPV阳性者为研究组,根据组织学检测结果将研究组进一步分为低度病变组30例(CINⅠ)和高度病变组30例(CINⅡ或Ⅲ)。对照组为经核酸检测无HPV感染且病理诊断未见癌前病变的门诊患者60例,按年龄进一步分为低年龄组和高年龄组。低年龄组和高年龄组与低度病变组和高度病变组的年龄差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。分别抽取研究组及对照组外周血,检测其抗HR-HPV L1 Ig G抗体及中和抗体滴度,比较研究组与对照组抗体阳性率及抗体滴度水平的差别。结果 研究组血清中的抗HR-HPV L1 Ig G抗体阳性率及抗体滴度均高于对照组(P〈0.05);低度病变组患者血清中的抗HR-HPV的中和抗体滴度高于相应对照组(P〈0.05),而高度病变组的抗HR-HPV的中和抗体阳性率及抗体水平与相应对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 宫颈病变患者血清中抗HR-HPV L1 Ig G抗体升高,说明HPV感染可引起机体的体液免疫反应。低度病变组的中和抗体水平相对较高,可能是机体产生的中和抗体阻止了病毒的进一步感染。高度病变组的Ig G抗体和中和抗体均低下,说明进入CINⅡ/Ⅲ后HPV已经逃避了免疫系统的监视。基金项目:厦门市科技局项目(3502220124050);2011年福建省科技计划项目资助计划,青年创新项目(20111)00310517

    作者简介: 祁明信, 男, 1945 年7 月 出生, 教授、主任医师、博士研究生 导师, 主要从事白内障的基础与临 床研究。联系电话: 0591-83570887; E-mail:qihuang@netease. com 通讯作者: 黄秀榕,E-mail:[email protected][中文文摘]目的开展晶状体再灌注的离体和动物实验研究,并对再灌注人工晶状体技术进行评价。方法采用新鲜离体幼兔眼、离体猪眼、新西兰白兔眼,应用自行研制的人工晶状体材料,进行以下实验:(1)体外固化实验;(2)晶状体前囊膜微型撕囊及其稳固性实验;(3)经微型前囊膜开口超声乳化吸出晶状体内容物实验;(4)活的新西兰白兔眼内人工晶状体再灌注实验。结果(1)按硅酮聚合物与固化剂50:1的比例可获得柔软、弹性好、固化时间短(完全固化时间为60min)的注入材料;(2)晶状体前囊膜1.8~2.0mm的连续环形撕囊口具有较好的稳定性,可经该微型开口吸出晶状体内容物并灌注材料;(3)超声能量18%、流量25mL·min-1、负压120mmHg(1kPa=7.5mmHg)为晶状体内容物经微型前囊膜开口吸出的最佳条件;(4)注入灌注材料后可形成由晶状体囊膜包裹的、置换原晶状体皮质和核的、新的再灌注人工晶状体。结论采用再灌注人工晶状体的方法可进行新型人工晶状体再灌注,可为治疗白内障和老视提供参考。[英文文摘]Objective To carry out the experimental study on reperfusion of intraocular lens(IOLs) in vitro or in animal,and to assess the technique of IOLs reperfusion.Methods The following experiments were performed by using self-developed materials in fresh rabbit eyes and pig eyes in vitro,as well as in eyes of alive New-Zea-land rabbits:(1)Solidification study of self-developed material in vitro;(2)Continuous circular capsulorhexis(CCC) in anterior capsule of lens and its stability;(3)Draw of lens contents via phaco through mini-CCC;(4)IOLs ref illing in the eyes of alive New-Zea land rabbits. Results(1) Thematerialwhich was soft, springy and short-term solidification(full solidification time was 60 minutes) were obtained in certain proportion of geland solidified agent(50:1) in vitro; ( 2)The CCC in anterior capsule of lens with 1.8-2.0 mm diameter had very good stability. The lens contents were drawn and the materialwere refilled through themini-CCC; (3) The best conditions of drawing out lens contents through m ini-CCC were phaco energy 18% , flow 25 mL·min- 1, and negative pressure 120 mmH g (1kPa=7.5 mmHg);(4) The new refilled IOLs, which were wrapped by capsule of lens and were replaced original cortex and nucleus of lens, were obtained after thematerial refillied.
