Simulation experiments of the electric structure in a thunder cloud

Simulation experiments for examining the electric structure in a thunder cloud are carried.An apparatus of the experiments consists of the prastic resin channel and light vesicated beasts of polystilene. A surface potential meter is used for measurement of the charges. It is found from the simulation experiments that the potential distribution of the channel has a positive charge region at the low position of it and a negative region at the middel position and the charge distribution of the beases is very similar to that of real thunder cloud.雷雲の中の電気的構造を調べるためにシミュレーション実験を行った。この実験の装置はプラスチックのチャンネルと発泡スチロールの軽い玉からなっている。電荷の測定には表面電位計を用いた。このシミュレーション実験からこのチャンネルの電荷分布は下部が正電荷であり，中程は負電荷を持つ，そしてこのチャンネルの電荷分布は実際の雷雲の分布と非常に似ていることが分かった

神経筋接合部へのカルシウムイオン集積現象についての組織化学的検索

金沢大学 医 保健Caイオンの組織化学的検出法の改良と,神経筋接合部に作用する数種の薬物投与実験,ならびに支配神経刺激実験を行った.マウス前脛骨筋を用い,薬物は停止腱に沿って,筋のほぼ中央部まで挿入した注射針を通じて0.2ml投与した.筋は採取後,凍結切片を作成,Caイオンの拡散防止を目的として改良した低温によるalizarin red法によってCaイオンを検出した.神経筋接合部におけるCaイオン集積は,acetylcholineやcarbamylcholineの筋注及び,坐骨神経の電気刺激によっても認められた.acetylcholine receptorに不可逆的に結合するα-bungarotoxin筋注後,上記の薬物を筋注しても,Caイオン集積が見られなかった.このことは,Caイオンの集積現象にacetylcholine receptorの関与が示唆される原著論
