    自动复位通配型安全手术刀柄的设计

    目的克服普通手术刀柄所装载的刀片裸露易误刺、术中必须采取被动防护措施等缺欠,并提高依从性、适配性及经济性。方法参照并遵从国标,借鉴课题组昔研的滑移护刃鞘、卡簧定位钮及闭式自动复位等相关专利设计了安全便捷的\"内藏式自动复位捷卸式通配型并置刀架\",益于直接安全传递。结果通过外科医生及手术室护士实际装卸刀片并进行问卷调查统计,结果显示自动刀柄装卸用时更短(P<0.05),医护的使用满意率更高(P<0.05)。结论自动刀柄保险御刺、舒握抗损、简骤增效、降耗环保、以一代多、人机和谐、便携易储。福建省医学创新课题(2017-CXB-21

    hrHPV DNA载量 分型和E6蛋白对宫颈癌前病变进展的预测作用

    目的:探讨预测高危型人乳头瘤病毒(high risk human papillomavirus,hrHPV)阳性和宫颈上皮内瘤样病变1级(cervical in-traepithelial neoplasia grade 1,CIN1)妇女进展的生物学标志物。方法:2010年10月至2012年8月在山西省、河南省和江西省招募7 543名妇女,采用hrHPV DNA检测和E6蛋白检测(Onco E6)等方法进行宫颈癌筛查,任一结果阳性者转诊阴道镜并取活检,于1年后随访。纳入基线hrHPV阳性或病理诊断CIN1者。结果:共纳入794例满足条件妇女,1年后88例妇女病理级别发生进展。基线hrHPV DNA中高载量者进展的风险是低载量者的2.9倍(95%CI为1.8~4.8),hrHPV16/18/45、E6蛋白阳性者进展的风险分别是阴性者的2.4倍(95%CI为1.5~3.9)、2.9倍(95%CI为1.5~5.9),其进展至宫颈上皮内瘤样病变2级及以上(cervical intraepi-thelial neoplasia grade 2 or worse,CIN2+)的绝对风险分别为4.9%(95%CI为3.2~7.4)、9.0%(95%CI为5.5~14.3)、18.8%(95%CI为10.2~31.9)。hrHPV16/18/45中高载量且E6蛋白(Onco E6)阳性妇女进展的绝对风险高达32.4%(11/34)。结论:hrHPV DNA中高载量、hrHPV16/18/45分型以及E6蛋白(Onco E6)可作为妇女hrHPV阳性和CIN1进展的生物学标志物,特别是hrHPV中高载量且E6蛋白(Onco E6)阳性妇女,临床应给予密切随访。中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程重大协同创新项目(编号:2016-I2M-1-019)资助~

    称呼语不但是言语活动的重要组成部分,而且集中体现了交际者的身份、地位、情感状态、心理状态、交际意图,甚至还有固化在社会之中的社会结构、社会制度、社会变迁情况。本文从社会文化环境——即社会客观条件、交际者主观愿望以及称呼语的社交功能等方面,探析在现代中国社会中,社交称呼语(包括陌生人间称呼、职业与职称称呼语)使用上的无序所折射出的汉文化所注重的礼貌、面子、等级观念的持续性。Appellations are not only related with the linguistics but also with the user's identity,social status,moods,psychological states,and his communication purpose,even the implication of social structures,social systems and social changes.Under a social context-social environment,user's purposes,and the communication functions,the authors of this article have tried to analyze Chinese addressing words nowadays,including appellations among strangers and the addressing words used for professions and academic titles.The authors have concluded that the disorder of using the addressing words has just reflected such Chinese ideas of courtesy,face-saving and social stratification

    以甲基丙烯酸甲酯接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MMA)为云母(M)填充聚丙烯(PP)复合材料(PP/M)的界面相容剂,研究了PP-g-MMA接枝率和M粒径对PP/M力学性能和非等温结晶行为的影响。结果表明,PP-g-MMA的加入PP/M强度提高,韧性降低;M粒径的减小,PP/M强度和韧性都有所提高。DSC分析结果表明,M对PP有异相成核作用;PP-g-MMA的加入,M对PP大分子的吸附加强,提高M异相成核的活性,但也阻碍PP球晶的生长。而M粒径及PP-g-MMA接枝率对PP的结晶速率影响不大,n在2.50附近,K为10-5数量级。The effect of methyl-methacrylate grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MMA) as an interface compatiblizer on the mechanical properties and non-isothermal crystallization of mica filled polypropylene(PP/mica),which were prepared with different grafting rate and different size of mica,was studied.The results showed that the strength properties of PP/mica improvement and the toughness properties of PP/mica decrease were due to the addition of PP-g-MMA.The strength and toughness properties of PP/mica were lightly improved with the decreas of size of mica.The analysis of DSC indicated that the heterogeneous nucleation of mica on PP was observed.The nucleating efficiency was improved and the growth of ball crystallization of polypropylene was hindered by strong bond between mica and PP due to the addition of PP-g-MMA.The size of mica and the graftage degree of PP-g-MMA ligthly influenced the rate of crystallization of polypropylene.The Avrami exponent(n) and K were about 2.50,10~(-5) s~(-n) respectively.龙岩学院自然科学研究基金资助项目(Z03102
