    红光结合血卟啉单甲醚光动力疗法治疗微静脉畸形的实验研究

    目的:通过鸡冠动物模型了解红光结合光敏剂血卟啉单甲醚(hematoporphyrin monomethylether,HMME)在光动力疗法治疗微静脉畸形中的治疗效果和适宜治疗参数。方法:48只鸡随机分组,处理组分别注射不同剂量的HMME后,半导体激光(红光)或氩离子泵浦染料激光不同能量密度分组照射,照射后肉眼和光镜下观察比较组织损伤程度并测量损伤深度。结果:红光结合HMME照射能引起鸡冠颜色变白、血管数量减少等形态学改变。HMME10mg/kg、15mg/kg剂量组中,在相同功率密度时,红光高能量密度照射组(240J/cm2)所造成损伤深度(分别为1.2225±0.8457mm,2.2800±1.3665mm)均显著大于氩离子泵浦染料激光不同能量密度的各照射组(P<0.05)。适宜治疗参数为HMME剂量10mg/kg,红光能量密度120-240J/cm2。结论:红光结合HMME光动力疗法有可能对增厚或结节型微静脉畸形实现更佳的治疗效果

With the support and support of the government, Osaka Shosen Kaisha opened Ryukyu route, which strengthened the exchange of materials and personnel between Ryukyu and Japan, Korea, China and other places. After the Sino Japanese War, Taiwan was incorporated into the shipping system of Japan. The Ryukyu route of Osaka Shosen Kaisha was combined with the Taiwan route to construct the circular shipping structure of Japan Okinawa Taiwan. In the early 20th century, with the support of the Japanese government\u27s policies and funds, Osaka Shosen Kaisha monopolized 80% of the operation of Okinawa\u27s routes and took the lead in the Okinawa centered shipping industry. These “wartime standard ships” were the main forces for Japan to transport materials and troops during the war. However, limited by internal contradictions, domestic resources and industrial manufacturing capacity, the quantity and quality of “wartime standard ships” are constantly changing, and the four plans have not been implemented on time and fully.     Tsze Tëèn Piào Mūh is a textbook used by westerners to learn Chinese characters radicals in the early 20th century. Many westerners have come to China extensively since the arrival of missionary Robert Morrison (1782-1834) in Guangzhou. To read Chinese classics and communicate with the Chinese people, learning Chinese characters became their essential task.     电离辐射对海洋生物的影响日益受到人们关注。为探讨电离辐射对沿海重要水产经济物种大黄鱼(Pseudosciaena crocea)幼鱼生长的影响,通过不同剂量(0, 4, 8, 16, 32 Gy)的60Coγ射线外照射,分别从存活、体重体长、抗氧化能力和消化能力等几方面,观察分析了大黄鱼幼鱼生长的辐射响应情况。结果表明,不同剂量的γ射线照射对养殖期间的大黄鱼幼鱼体重、体长和器官指数的影响均不显著;对大黄鱼幼鱼抗氧化能力及消化能力的刺激/抑制表现状况差异明显,其中,低剂量组在照射后前期有显著促进作用,但随养殖时间增加趋于正常,中、高剂量组在养殖周期内均呈抑制状态,并造成鱼体不可逆的损伤。该实验结果为海洋生物的辐射效应研究提供数据支撑,为滨海核电周边海域环境放射性安全评估提供科学依据。科技部海洋公益性行业科研专项(201505005);;\n国家海洋局专项业务项目(SOA201303);;\n自然资源部第三海洋研究所基本科研业务费专项资金资助项目(海三科2017017
