    高显色指数LED光谱配比与色度参数的关系

    为了提高LED光源的显色性一般需要改变不同的荧光粉成分,理论上利用不同峰值的荧光粉配比可以实现类似的色温和显色指数。我们采用典型的蓝光LED、3种不同峰值波长的绿色/黄绿色荧光材料与典型红色荧光材料进行5种基本光谱的组合,对每种组合的色度学参数包括色坐标、相关色温、显色指数等进行了仿真计算,并对相近色温下的技术方案和显色性的关系进行了统计和分析。结果表明,在这一技术方案下色温和显色指数在可以较好地确定白光LED光谱的整体形态,同时更高的显色指数可以更好地约束所能采用的配比。国家重点研发计划(批准号:2017YFB0403705

    光环境生物效应及其模拟实验装备研究进展

    光是人、动物和植物赖以生存的基本条件。光环境作为一种物理环境因素,其生物效应具有十分重要的理论和应用价值。光环境对人的生理、心理及行为产生重要影响,对动物昼夜节律、定位系统和生长繁育的影响也已受到诸多关注;同时,光是植物赖以生存的基础,是植物一切生化反应的能量来源。综述了光环境生物效应的研究进展,指出已有的文献仅限于以复色光为研究对象,对特定波长的光效应、光暴露时间及光质效应的研究甚少。进一步阐明目前光环境模拟实验装备的研制所遇到的关键\"瓶颈\"是缺乏能够在一定波长范围内输出较高功率的单色光光源,且无配备生物学培养装置,不可能在实验室实现对单色光环境的模拟。因此,其发展当务之急是先构建光环境暴露的科学实验平台。同时对光环境生物效应的研究方向及光模拟实验装备的应用前景进行了展望。中国科学院科研装备研制项目(YZ201104,YZ201303);中国科学院STS计划(Y6I0921A20)资

    饲喂不同浓度黄曲霉毒素B_1饲料对异育银鲫成鱼的生长和毒素积累的影响

    以含不同浓度黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的配合饲料饲喂异育银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)成鱼56d,研究异育银鲫成鱼[(122.3±0.7)g]生长、生理反应、肝脏组织学变化、卵巢发育以及鱼体各组织中的AFB1的毒素积累状况。实验分为5个实验组,不同实验组饲料中AFB1含量分别为0、5、20、50、500μg/kg饲料(实测值分别为2.59、4.12、12.39、46.23、454.07μg/kg饲料),每个处理3个平行。在整个实验过程中各实验组均未表现出外部形态和行为异常,各组存活率均达到100%。各实验组异育银鲫成鱼终末体重、摄食率(FR)、特定生长率(SGR)和饲料效率(FE)均无显著差异。饲料AFB1水平对异育银鲫血清总胆固醇(TC)含量、血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性均无显著影响。各毒素组血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性与对照无显著差异。各毒素组肝脏和卵巢均未见明显的组织学病理变化。肌肉和性腺中的AFB1积累量低于FDA食品安全限定标准(5μg/kg)。肝胰脏中的AFB1积累和饲料中的AFB1水平呈对数关系。饲喂AFB1≥50μg/kg饲料使异育银鲫成鱼肝脏AFB1积累超过安全限量标准。结果表明,异育银鲫成鱼至少可耐受AFB1含量达500μg/kg饲料(实测值:454.07μg/kg饲料)56d

    多种手势对应同一语义的柔性映射交互算法的研究

    Effects of morphine withdrawal on place learning and response learning in rats

    目的 观察在经历特定剂量吗啡前期用药后的停药状态下,大鼠空间学习和反应学习过程的改变.方法 在前期用药阶段,戒断组及持续给药组皮下注射吗啡5 mg&middot;kg-1&middot;d-1,连续6 d,盐水组在相同时间注射生理盐水,之后,各组进行水迷宫空间学习任务或反应学习任务.在训练期间,戒断组和盐水组每天注射盐水,持续给药组连续给药.结果 空间学习任务中,在训练第3轮,各组正确率分别为戒断组[(97.0&plusmn;6.0)%]、持续给药组[(79.9&plusmn;20.1)%]、盐水组[(61.0&plusmn;20.6)%],戒断组显著高于盐水组( P &lt;0.01 post-hoc LSD test),重复测试显示,戒断组空间学习显著优于盐水组( P &lt;0.05),在空间反向任务中,戒断组表现亦显著优于盐水组.反应学习任务及反应反向学习任务中,各组间差异无显著性.结论 本研究提示在吗啡戒断状态下大鼠空间学习过程增强.<br /

    Separation and purification of catalpol from Radix Rehmanniae

    An ultrasonic extraction technology of preparing catalpol from Radix Rehmanniae was optimized by a uniform experimental design.The optimum conditions for ultrasonic extraction were thus established: 68% (vol) ethanol aqueous solution as extraction solvent,the volume(ml) to mass(g) ratio of extraction solvent to feed of 5∶1,the ultrasonic treatment time of 36 min.The crude catalpol obtained from the optimized ultrasonic extraction technology was further purified by selective adsorption with macroporous resin.The adsorption capacities and desorption yields of ten kinds of macroporous resins for catalpol were investigated.The results showed that H103 resin possessed the best performance.The properties of dynamic adsorption and desorption of H103 resin for catalpol were subsequently investigated on adsorption column.The optimum conditions for adsorption and desorption were determined.The concentration of catalpol in the loaded sample solution was 6.15 mg·ml-1,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1,the volumetric percentage of ethanol in the eluting solvent was 75%,the elution flow rate was 0.5 ml·min-1 and the elution volume was 3.33 BV(bed volume).Under the above conditions,the purity of catalpol product eluted from the column packed with H103 resin reached 62.39% while that of the crude catalpol was only 10.01%

In the copresence of CO and H-2 single-crystalline Pd tetrapod nanocrystals have now been successfully prepared. The Pd tetrapods are enclosed by (111) surfaces and are yielded through hydride formation. Density functional theory calculations revealed that the formation of PdHx in the presence of H, reduces the binding energy of CO on Pd and thus helps to decrease the CO coverage during the synthesis, which is essential to the formation of the PdHx tetrapod nanocrystals. In addition to tetrapod nanocrystals, tetrahedral nanocrystals were also produced in the copresence of CO and H-2 when the reaction temperature was ramped to further lower the CO coverage. Upon aging in air, the as-prepared PdHx nanocrystals exhibited a shape-dependent hydrogen releasing behavior. Metal films containing just a few layers of atoms can be fabricated on substrates using deposition techniques(7), but the production of freestanding ultrathin structures remains a significant challenge. Here we report the facile synthesis of freestanding hexagonal palladium nanosheets that are less than 10 atomic layers thick, using carbon monoxide as a surface confining agent. The as-prepared nanosheets are blue in colour and exhibit a well-defined but tunable surface plasmon resonance peak in the near-infrared region. The combination of photothermal stability and biocompatibility makes palladium nanosheets promising candidates for photothermal therapy.
