    基于随机蕨的实时车辆匹配

    基于随机蕨算法,在快速"车脸"定位的前提下对车辆实时匹配.结合车辆区域定位和车牌快速定位提出了快速车脸区域定位方法.结合车辆的特征,提出了一种快速多尺度特征点检测算法.先建立离线随机蕨分类器,在线阶段用训练好的分类器进行分类,形成初始匹配.提出了一种改进的顺序抽样一致性(PROSAC)算法,对初始匹配进行快速精确的匹配.实验结果表明,基于随机蕨的车辆匹配算法能够快速实时地进行匹配.福建省高校产学合作重大项目(2012H6024

    Study on the risk factors for intrauterine infection of hepatitis B virus among pregnant women

    目的探讨厦门市孕妇乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染情况和HBV宫内感染的影响因素。方法在1; 064名孕妇第一次到医院建立孕产妇保健卡时进行问卷调查并检测其血清乙肝标志物,根据检测结果选择外周血乙型肝炎表面抗原(hepatitis B; surface antigen,HBsAg)阳性的产妇179例随访至其分娩,并采集其分娩时的脐血和胎盘组织。对脐血进行HBsAg和HBV; DNA的检测,对胎盘组织进行HBsAg的检测。采用chi~2检验和非条件Logistic回归分析相关因素与HBV宫内感染的关系。结果被调查的1; 064名孕妇中,HBsAg阳性的孕妇共179名,感染率为16.8%。对179名HBsAg阳性的孕妇的脐血进行检测发现,发生HBV宫内感染的孕妇共; 34名,感染率为19.0%。孕妇HBV宫内感染的危险因素为胎盘HBsAg阳性、孕妇血清乙型肝炎E抗原(hepatitis B e; antigen,HBeAg)阳性、孕前超重,OR分别为5.123(95% CI:1.422 ~ 18.413)、4.619(95%; CI:1.225 ~ 17.534)、 3.343(95% CI:1.233 ~; 9.092)。结论对于HBsAg和HBeAg双阳性的超重/肥胖孕妇,其新生儿可能发生HBV宫内感染,应加强自身防护措施,合理规避HBV宫内感染风; 险。Objective To investigate the prevalence of hepatitis B virus (HBV); infection in pregnant women and the risk factors for Intrauterine; infection of HBV among pregnant women in Xiamen. Methods Total 1 064; pregnant women were included in this study. A questionnaire was; performed to collect the general information of the subjects and HBV; infection status was tested on the first day when they came to the; hospital. Then HBsAg positive pregnant women were selected and followed; until delivery. We collected their cord blood and placenta tissue when; they delivery. HBsAg and HBV DNA in cord blood and HBsAg in placental; tissue were detected. Chi-square test and the non-conditional Logistic; regression analysis were conducted to investigate the correlation; between HBV intrauterine infection and risk factors. Results 179 out of; the 1 064 pregnant women were HBsAg positive. The infection rate was; 16.8%. 34 out of 179 HBsAg positive pregnant women were found; intrauterine transmission with a rate of 19.0%. The risk factors for the; occurrence of HBV intrauterine transmission were placenta HBsAg positive; (OR = 5.123, 95% CI:1.422-18.413),mothers with hepatitis B e; antigen(HBeAg) positive (OR = 4.619, 95% CI:1.225-17.534) and; overweight(OR = 3.343, 95% CI:1.233-9.092), respectively. Conclusions; Placenta HBsAg positive,mothers with HBeAg positive and overweight are; independent risk factors for the occurrence of HBV intrauterine; transmission.国家自然科学基金; 厦门市科技计划项

    Seasonal Changes of Caloric Values in Different Organs of Butia capitata

    对布迪椰子的幼叶、成熟叶、叶柄和根在不同季节的干重热值、去灰分热值和灰分含量进行了研究,结果表明:干重热值四个季节的平均值为成熟叶(20.65kJg-1)>幼叶(19.84kJg-1)>根(19.55kJg-1)>叶柄(18.77kJg-1),秋季的干重热值明显高于其它三个季节的干重热值,冬季的干重热值最低,去灰分热值与干重热值的变化趋势基本相同。灰分含量四个季节的平均值为根(5.14%)>叶柄(4.33%)>幼叶(4.21%)>成熟叶(3.97%)。成熟叶的灰分含量一直维持在比较低的水平,而幼叶的在秋季明显下降,在冬季明显上升,幼叶灰分含量的季节变化趋势与成熟叶的相同,叶柄灰分含量在冬季明显低于根部。布迪椰子这种不同器官在不同季节的热值和灰分的变化规律显示其具有较强的耐寒适应性。Seasonal changes of caloric value and ash content of Butia capitata were studied. The annual average caloric value was in the following order: mature leaves (20.65 kJ g-1) > young leaves (19.84 kJ g-1) > roots (19.55 kJ g-1) > petioles (18.77 kJ g-1). The organs showed maximum gross caloric values (GCV) in autumn and minimum ones in winter. Ash free caloric values (AFCV) varied as same as gross caloric values (GCV). The annual average ash content followed the order: roots (5.14%)> petioles (4.33%)> young leaves (4.21%)> mature leaves (3.97%). The ash content was lower in mature leaves, markedly decreased in young leaves during autumn, and then increased during winter. Seasonal changes of ash content in mature leaves were same with those in young leaves. Petioles had much lower ash content than roots during winter. Changes in ash content and caloric value of Butia capitata in different seasons were good energy use strategy for species with high cold resistance to adapt the low temperature.国家自然科学博士点基金项目资

    我国鲤鱼寄生未明血液生物体(UBO)和鳔生原生动物(SBP)的研究

    作者首次在我国鲤鱼上发现了粘孢子虫(Myxosporea)生活史相关的二种生物体,它们在国外文献中分别称为未明血液生物体(Unidentified Blood Organism,简称UBO)和鳔生原生动物(Swimbladder Protozoan,简称SBP),并被认为可能在鲤鱼的肾脏发育的肾球孢虫(Sphaerospora renicola)。作者在我国鲤鱼的血液中,发现UBO被巨噬细胞的吞噬的现象,此现象在国外仅Lom作过简单报道,他报道被吞噬的UBO不被破坏。本文研究表明:当UBO在血液中大量出现时,巨噬细胞能吞噬和破坏UBO,且血液中白细胞数量尤其是淋巴细胞明显增加,机体表现出一定的免疫反应。免疫反应的发现为将来从免疫学途径控制UBO和粘孢子虫疾病展示了新的前景

    植被缓流效果试验研究

    为深入研究植被减流减沙特征及对流域水土保持效益的影响,本文通过5 个覆盖度,6 个坡度和7 个流 量的组合条件下的室内放水试验,系统研究了植被对坡面水流的缓流特征。结果表明: 随着植被覆盖度增加, 植被对坡面水流的阻滞作用逐渐凸显,即缓流系数减小,缓流效果增强,当植被覆盖度大于4. 650% 时,缓流 效果趋于稳定。在试验流量范围内,缓流系数随流量的增加呈现逐渐减少的趋势,而随坡度的增加略有增加。 缓流系数随水深和雷诺数增加而减小,而与弗劳德数呈反C 型分布。最后,建立了基于试验控制变量( 植被 覆盖度,流量和坡度) 的缓流系数预测公式。</p

    径流及泥沙中~7Be含量分布与影响因素研究

    通过分析次降雨下,来自坡耕地、荒草地、灌木林地径流小区径流、泥沙中7Be含量,发现径流中7Be浓度较小,均值为0.92 Bq/L,但次降雨过程由于受径流量的影响,随径流流失的7Be量较大。坡耕地小区随径流流失7Be占整个小区7Be流失量的11%~33%,对示踪结果影响较大。与地表土壤相比较,侵蚀泥沙中7Be含量较大,尤其是荒草地和灌木林地小区。坡耕地小区侵蚀泥沙颗粒分选性对泥沙中7Be含量影响不明显,它主要受侵蚀类型的影响,面蚀对侵蚀泥沙中7Be含量贡献最大

    流域泥沙来源分析对流域治理及水土保持措施评价有重要意义。通过在陕北选定的汇水区内采集的主沟道沟壁、坡地果园、坡耕地及支沟道土壤样品中17种物质的分析,利用Kruskal-WallisH-test和多元判别分析,筛选出土壤全N,低频磁化率&chi;If、Cu、137Cs和226Ra组成复合指纹识别因子,利用混合模型,对一次洪水携带的泥沙来自4种源地的贡献比进行了动态分析,结果表明:洪水发生时间段内,主沟道发生了重力侵蚀,对今后定量化研究黄土区的重力侵蚀提供了手段。通过加权平均,总体上,本次洪水携带的总泥沙有33.7%来自主沟道,60.0%来自坡地果园,3.0%来自小块的坡耕地以及3.3%来自支沟道。混合模型拟合优度检测值为0.91,证明在黄土高原可以应用复合指纹识别方法研究洪水泥沙来源,并且能对重力侵蚀产沙进行定量分析
