    Evaluation on Chinas Green Development Efficiency and Regional Disparity

    运用基于跨期生产前沿的SBM-DEA模型测算了中国省际19992012年的绿色发展效率,对中国绿色发展效率的演变特征与区域差异进行了考察,并对其; 收敛性进行了检验。研究发现,中国省际绿色发展效率水平不高,总体呈先降后升的演变趋势,且节能减排无效率是绿色发展无效率的主要来源;东部在样本初期没; 有显著拉大与中西部的绿色发展效率差距,而始于1999年实施的区域协调发展战略和2006年以后严格推行的节能减排政策在高新技术产业向东部集聚和高耗; 能高污染产业大量内迁的双重影响下,却引致东部与中西部的绿色发展效率呈现出严重的两极分化格局;中国省际绿色发展效率不存在显著sigma收敛和绝对b; eta收敛,但存在显著条件beta收敛,而东中西三大区域呈现出典型的俱乐部收敛特征,说明由于三大区域之间的绿色发展效率差异在不断增大,导致中国省; 际绿色发展效率差距在逐步扩大,并没有朝完全相同的稳态水平收敛趋同,然而各个区域内的绿色发展效率差距在逐步缩小,并以不同的收敛速度向各自不同的稳态; 水平趋近。The paper estimates the green development efficiency of China's; provinces from 1999 to 2012 based on the intertemporal frontier SBM-DEA,; analyzes the evolution features and regional disparity of China's green; development efficiency, and empirically testes its convergence. Our; study finds that: (1)the green development efficiency of China's; provinces is at a low level, its trend showsdescend first and then; ascendon the whole, and the inefficiency of energy saving and emission; reduction is a main reason for green development inefficiency; (2)The; eastern region does not make its green development efficiency; significantly higher than that in the mid-western region at the; beginning, however, the regional balanced development strategy since; 1999 and energy conservation and emission reduction policy since 2006; have greatly changed the polarization pattern of green development; efficiency between the eastern region and midwestern region; (3)No; significant sigma convergence and unconditional beta convergence exist; in the green development efficiency of China's provinces, but; conditional beta convergence exists and the three major regions present; a typical club convergencefeature, which implys that the gap in the; green development efficiency of China's provinces is gradually; expanding, and the increase of regional differences is the main reason,; the green development efficiency of China's provinces doesn't converge; to the same steady-state level, but three regions will converge to their; own steady-state level at different speeds.国家自然科学基金重点项目; 教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目; 教育部人文社会科学研究规划基金项

    基于纳米间隔电极对的DNA分子结电输运的研究进展

    脱氧核糖核酸分子是一类重要的生物分子,在生物医学领域之外,该类分子还因为其所具有的独特的双螺旋结构以及长程输运能力,在分子电子学领域也引起了研究者的极大兴趣.本文综述了近年来基于纳米间隔电极对构筑分子结这一研究范式,在构筑脱氧核糖核酸分子结以及研究后者的电输运性质等方面的研究进展.依据研究者所采用的不同纳米间隔电极对构筑技术,主要围绕裂结法和切割法两大类研究方法所展开.前者主要包括扫描隧道显微镜裂结法、导电原子力显微镜法、机械可控裂结法,后者则主要包括碳纳米管切割法、石墨烯切割法、硅纳米线切割法.在梳理不同实验方法的发展脉络、比较不同实验方法的各自特点的基础上,对一些具有代表性的关于脱氧核糖核酸分子结的研究工作进行了重点介绍,探讨了脱氧核糖核酸分子结所具有的与常规小分子体系所不同的特殊电学性质,同时对该领域的未来发展进行了展望.中南大学湘雅三医院“新湘雅人才工程”(No.20150203)国家重点研发计划(No.2017YFA0204902)国家自然科学基金(No.21722305)资助~

    DSMC碰撞模型参数对高超声速化学反应流的影响

    直接模拟蒙特卡罗(DSMC)方法是一种高效、精确的气体流动模拟方法。DSMC方法高效计算的关键在于它处理分子水平上的输运,内能松弛和化学反应过程使用的唯像模型。例如,Bird的变径硬球(VHS)模型是DSMC中处理弹性碰撞最成功的模型,该模型试图只再现气体粘度对温度的指数依赖关系,而不是对粒子之间的相互作用进行详细的建模。唯象模型参数的准确性对DSMC仿真的准确性至关重要。在早期的发展过程中,这些唯象碰撞模型参数通常是根据实验测得的有限温度范围输运系数数据进行校准的。人们已经认识到这些参数在高温范围内可能是不准确的,例如,在再入飞行中遇到的温度大于10000K的情况。因此,最近新的高温空气参数被推荐,通过对广泛使用的碰撞模型,如VHS和可变软球(VSS)模型,基于从头计算的碰撞积分数据进行参数标定。这些基于从头计算的碰撞参数的准确性已经被证明了。本文针对DSMC模拟最常用的唯象碰撞模型,通过拟合基于从头计算的碰撞积分数据对DSMC模型参数进行重新标定。在本文中,我们将通过使用一个最新开发的采用特定碰撞配对策略的DSMC程序研究碰撞参数对高超声速化学反应流动模拟流场特性的影响。圆柱体的高超声速反应流的初步结果表明,不同的DSMC碰撞模型参数,激波位置、表面热流率等流场特性有显著变化。本文将进行分析以确定模型参数影响流动特性的通道(例如扩散或反应过程)

    Effects of electro-acupuncture at stomach meridian acupoints on serum and urine metabolic profiles of gastric ulcer model rats

    目的:采用核磁共振氢谱技术(1H NMR)研究电针胃经穴对胃溃疡模型大鼠血清和尿液代谢轮廓的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、胃经穴组和胆经穴组,每组10只。除空白组外,利用束缚冷应激法制备大鼠胃溃疡模型,造模成功后用电针分别刺激胃经组和胆经组相关穴位,收集大鼠的血清和尿液,获取一维1H NMR谱,并利用模式识别方法分析各组间的代谢轮廓差异。结果:与模型组比较,胃经穴组血清中的肌醇、甘氨酸、谷氨酰胺、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸和尿液中的肌酸酐、乳酸、醋酸盐、肌酸、琥珀酸盐、牛磺酸、甘氨酸、苯乙酰甘氨酸、尿囊素、胆碱、三甲胺、甲酸盐、甜菜碱代谢物的表达水平得到了明显地恢复(P<0.05),更接近空白组的代谢水平。结论:电针胃经穴可通过调节胃溃疡大鼠的氨基酸代谢和脂肪代谢促进胃黏膜损伤的修复。Objective: To explore the effects of electro-acupuncture at stomach meridian acupoints on serum and urine metabolic profiles of gastric ulcer model rats by application of 1H nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR) spectroscopy. Methods: Forty SD rats were randomly divided into the control group, model group, stomach meridian group and gallbladder meridian group, with 10 rats in each group. The gastric ulcer rat model was established by the restrained cold stress method. After modeling, the model rats were treated with electro-acupuncture at the stomach meridian and gallbladder meridian respectively, the serum and urine of rats were collected to obtain one dimensional 1H NMR spectrum, and the differences of metabolic profiles between these groups were analyzed by the pattern recognition method. Results: Compared to model group, the concentration of myo-inositol, glycine, glutamine, isoleucine, valine in serum from the stomach meridian group have obviously recovered and returning to normal level. The urinary metabolites such as Creatinine, lactic acid, acetic acid salt, acid, succinic acid salt, taurine, glycine, phenylacetyl glycine, allantoin, choline, trimethylamine, formate, betaine have also partly recovered after electro-acupuncture stimulation in the stomach meridian(P<0.05).     芪参益气滴丸对ApoE基因敲除小鼠动脉粥样硬化中调节性T细胞的影响

    目的:研究芪参益气滴丸对动脉粥样硬化中调节性T细胞的影响。方法:采用6周龄雄性C57BL/6J小鼠和Apo E基因敲除小鼠,分为正常组、模型组、芪参低剂量组、芪参高剂量组,每组6只。除正常组外,其他3组小鼠均给予高脂饲料喂养,药物组还给予高、低剂量的芪参益气滴丸,8周后评价内脏指数、动脉粥样硬化病变、调节性T细胞情况。结果:与模型组比较,芪参高剂量组可显著降低肝指数(P<0.05),减少动脉粥样硬化斑块面积(P<0.05,P<0.01),并增加脾脏调节性T细胞数量(P<0.01)。结论:芪参益气滴丸可能通过增加脾脏调节性T细胞数量抑制动脉粥样硬化形成。福建省自然科学基金项目(No.2016J01413);;广东省自然科学基金项目(No.2016A030313860);;教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金项目(No.2015-311);;教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”项目(No.NCET-13-0505);;国家重点研发计划“重大慢性非传染性疾病防控研究”重点专项(No.2016YFC1305903)~

    Mirk/Dyrk1b在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达及意义

    目的:探讨Mirk/Dryk1b(Minibrain-related kinase/Dual specificity tyrosine-phosphorylation-regulated kinase1B)在卵巢组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:利用免疫组化检测Mirk/Dyrk1b在30例上皮性卵巢癌、20例上皮性卵巢囊腺瘤、10例正常卵巢组织中的表达。结果:Dyrk1b在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达明显高于上皮性卵巢囊腺瘤及正常卵巢组织(P0.05)。结论:Dyrk1b在上皮性卵巢癌中高表达,提示其可能参与了肿瘤的发生和发展,并有望成为临床早期诊断的肿瘤标志物和新的卵巢癌治疗的靶基因

    Evaluation on difference of therapeutic efficacy of Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules and Pills in treatment of emotional disorder during perimenopause based on Greene Climacteric Scale

    目的:在前期加味逍遥丸治疗围绝经期情绪障碍具有比较优势的基础上,基于grEEnE量表探讨其颗粒剂和丸剂不同剂型间疗效差异。方法:经筛选后患有情绪障碍的围绝经期女性75例随机等分为A、b、C3组,分别对应采用帕罗西汀、加味逍遥丸和加味逍遥颗粒剂治疗8周。所有患者在治疗前后各进行1次grEEnE及其子因子评定,并在观察期结束时进行TESS评定。结果:grEEnE总分差及其焦虑、抑郁因子分差:3种治疗方法均能改善,且相互间无显著差异;grEEnE性因子和血管因子分差:后二组均优于A组(P<0.01);TESS评分:与A组比较,b、C组均有统计学意义(P<0.01),评分均小于A组,且后二组间无显著差异。结论:加味逍遥的2种剂型间疗效无显著差异,考虑到帕罗西汀的不良反应,治疗该病加味逍遥的2种剂型都值得推荐。Objective: To investigate the difference in therapeutic efficacy between Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules and pills based on the preliminary research of treating emotional disorder during perimenopause with Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills and Greene Climacteric Scale.Methods: 75 female patients with emotional disorder during perimenopause were slected and randomly divided into 3 groups as group A, B and C.Patients in the 3 groups were treated with paroxetine, Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills and Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules respectively for 8 weeks.Greene and Greene factors assessment were carried out in all the patients before and after treatment, and the TESS assessment was carried out at the end of the observation period.Results: The three therapies all could improve the gap in total score of Greene and its factors as anxiety and depressed, and the difference among these three groups was no significant.The factors of Greene and gap in score of vascular factors of group B and C was better than that of group A(P<0.01).The difference in TESS score between group A and group B and C was significant(P<0.01), while the difference between group B and group C was not significant.Conclusion: The difference in curative effect between the two formulations was not significant.Because of the adverse reactions of paroxetine, in the treatment of emotional disorder during perimenopause, the two formulations of Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder were worth to be recommended.国家自然科学青年基金项目(No.81302960)~
