    烟片复烤机是打叶复烤生产线上的重要设备,需要非常精确的温度控制。本文针对烟片复烤机的工艺原理和控制现状,提出使用非线性PID控制器以改善现有的控制方式。以福建武夷烟叶有限公司烟片复烤机为对象,在生产过程中现场采集温度变化量,通过阶跃响应法建立数学模型,并与常规PID控制方式进行比较。仿真结果表明使用非线性PID控制器可有效提高烟片复烤机的温度控制精度。本文还系统地论述了烟片复烤机的工艺原理、设备结构、控制系统,详细介绍了PID控制原理、非线性PID控制器设计原理和阶跃响应建模方法。Tobacco redryer is an important facility of redrying production line; it requires very precise temperature to control.     Research on clustering coefficient in RGG model of wireless Ad Hoc network

    在影响无线网络同步的因素中,网络拓扑结构逐渐引起人们的关注。通过研究rgg模型中网络聚类系数和网络次大特征值之间的关系,来探索聚类系数对网络收敛性能的影响程度,并希望从有边界效应和无边界效应两种情况入手对其进行研究。通过仿真实验发现在无边界情况下的聚类系数是一个常数,与其他因素无关,有边界情况下其值与环境参数相关。从理论上推导了无边界聚类系数的理论值,并给出了有边界情况下的推导思路。In the factors that affect wireless network synchronization,the network topology structure gradually draws attention of researchers.By studying the relationship between network clustering coefficient and the secondary largest eigenvalue in RGG model,the effect of network clustering coefficient on network convergence performance was explored under two conditions with and without boundary effect.Through the simulation,it is found that the clustering coefficient under the borderless condition is a constant,which is not related to other factors,and the clustering coefficient with boundary effect is related to the environment parameter.The theoretical value of clustering coefficient without boundary effect is derived theoretically.The thought of derivation with boundary effect is offered.国家自然科学基金(61201196); 教育部博士点基金(20100121120020); 福建省自然科学基金(2012J05127

    Rescaling and Scalar Politics in the‘One Belt, One Road'Strategy

    目前,"一带一路"已成为中国的核心发展战略之一。借鉴尺度重构和尺度政治理论,分析"一带一路"战略的内涵、影响和风险。研究发现"一带一路"战略重构了现有的国家角色和地域形式,催生了以跨国基础设施为基础、以资本和经贸合作为支撑的新尺度。该尺度一方面被国际和国内的资本和权力关系不断重构,另一方面也在重构着现有的权力关系和资本积累过程。还从尺度政治视角出发探讨了"一带一路"战略中的风险因素。在国际层面,中国既面临着基于多边国际关系和地方抵抗的尺度上推力量,也面临着基于旧有边界和尺度化表达的尺度下推因素。在国内,"一带一路"战略既面临着地方政府基于政策争夺和地方保护主义产生的重复建设问题,也存在疆独势力等通过国际联系复杂化地方趋势的风险。为了更好地推行"一带一路"战略,中国必须积极应对这些尺度政治的挑战,深入研究尺度政治的机制和破解之道,努力化解海外投资、国际合作和地方治理中的风险。‘One Belt, One Road'(OBOR) was proposed by President Xi Jinping in 2013 when he visited Kazakhstan and Indonesia. It is now the core regional development strategy in China. A series of studies(mainly in Chinese) have been conducted to provide the contextual knowledge or suggestion for this strategy. However,a theoretical examination of OBOR remains at the very superficial level among existing scholarship. This study aims to analyze the nature and impacts of OBOR from the perspective of rescaling and scalar politics,with a balanced consideration on the political geographical mechanisms and potential risks for promoting OBOR. It is argued that OBOR reshapes the roles and territoriality of Chinese state and produces a number of new geographical scales based on construction of international infrastructure, capital flows and trade cooperation. Specifically, the state power is re-territoralized through forming new international organizations and investing in the international infrastructure; the importance of some large cities are also highlighted as the nodes of OBOR. In other words, the inter-national processes are embedded in sub-national regions or new state spaces, confirming the previous theories on‘localization'. The rescaling strategies enable China to gain more influence on Eurasian geo-political and economic processes and more space to accelerate its capital accumulation.This echoes Lefebvre's arguments that the spatial fix of urban growth is based on scalar fixes. Therefore, it is interesting to note that the scale and power relations are mutually constructed. On the one hand, scale is produced and reconstructed by both international and domestic political powers and capitals; on the other hand,the rescaling processes have great impacts on the existing power relations and capital accumulation. The perspective of scalar politics suggests that there are some potential hindrance and risks behind this new initiative.At the international level, China is not only facing complex up-scaling forces related to the multilateral and international relations and local unrests, but also confronting the down-scaling forces based on the existing boundary and scalar discourses. At the domestic level, OBOR may lead to excessive competition, over accumulation and repeated construction due to local protectionism determined by the political promotion system in China. Some potential risks may also be caused by Xinjiang separatists, who can get supports easier than with the further opening of China to the rest of the world in the OBOR strategy. China must cope with these scalar politics actively in order to promote "one belt one road" strategy. This research has much policy implication for Chinese government to smooth the mechanisms of scalar politics on internationalization and reduce the potential risks of oversea investment, inter-national cooperation and regional governance.     A Portable Environment Parameters Detector Designed Based on MCU AT89C52

    本文设计研究了一种便携式环境参数检测仪。该仪器以AT89C52单片机为核心,选用相应的传感器并设计了采集电路,实现对温度、湿度和CO浓度的检测,可显示、查询相关参数,实现人机交互功能;湿度查表子程序中,把划分的湿度小区间视作线性区间,简化MCU计算,提高了系统工作效率。In this paper,a portable environment parameters detector was designed.It mainlydesigned with the adoption of the MCU AT89C52 together with special sensor. It can detect thetemperature, humidity and CO concentration by designing the proper acquisition circuit and itcan also work interactively when displaying, and requesting relative data.     Study on the Envelop Surface Protein of White Spot Syndrome Virus (WSSV)

    利用生物素标记转移技术对牛血清白蛋白(bSA)和凡纳滨对虾的鳃细胞膜蛋白进行标记,研究其与对虾白斑综合症病毒(WSSV)之间的相互作用。发现分子量在50~56kd之间的两种蛋白质位于WSSV的表面,并且与鳃细胞膜蛋白具有特异性的相互作用。根据分子量推测可能是病毒的两种膜蛋白,VP52A和VP56。In this study,using the biotin label transfer technique,we found that the biotin label was transferred from BSA or gill member protein of Litopenaeus vannamei to the envelop protein of WSSV.Western blotting showed that two proteins whose molecular weight among 50-55 kD were labeled with biotin.It was concluded that the two proteins was location on the surface of the WSSV viron and could interact with the gill member protein of Litopenaeus vannamei.They were estimated to be VP52A and VP56.国家自然科学基金(No.31072243);公益性行业(农业)科研专项(No.201103034

    Effective Algorithm on Automatic Segmentation of Body of Tongue

    舌体轮廓正确分割是实现中医舌诊信息化的重要前提。目前主流方法是用阈值方法或先验知识得到舌体的初始轮廓线,然后再用Snake模型使得曲线收敛到舌体边缘。但它们都存在两个问题:对比度较小的舌像,如舌面和脸部有相似的对比度的舌象,基本上没法处理;得到的初始化轮廓线无法克服嘴唇的影响,因此用Snake方法曲线常收敛于嘴唇边缘。通过对舌象的低层信息的研究,发现使用简单而有效的直方图均衡化能扩大图像的颜色分辨力,使得现有的阈值处理方法能在原有基础上很好地处理那些原来无法处理的舌体图像;然后根据舌体形状、位置等先验信息,用几何方法修正受嘴角和嘴唇影响得到的边缘。实验结果表明,该方法取得了很好的分割效果。The correct segmentation of the body of tongue is premise to the information on diagnosis by the feature of tongue in Traditional Chinese Medicine.The main method at present is to get initial contour of the body of tongue by threshold algorithm or prior knowledge,and then makes the initial contour converge into the edge of the body of tongue by Snake model.However,there exist two flaws in these algorithms: Firstly,it is difficult to deal with some tongue images with low contrast,which behaves in similar contrast between surface of tongue and face;secondly,the initial contour can not overcome the influence of lip,and the final curve often converges into the edge of lip by Snake.Researching on the low level information of tongue images,a simple and effective strategy to solve these two limitations is proposed.At first,it used histogram equilibrium before the threshold algorithm,with which the images which were failed to be dealt with can now be done well.And then according to the prior knowledge about shape and position of the tongue,a geometric method to correct the edge influence on lip or corners of the mouth is puts forward.According to the results of experiments,this algorithm is effective.福建省自然科学基金资助项目(Z0511008);; 厦门大学院士启动课题“基于舌象分析的中医诊断体检系统”部分资

    改良双袖套法大鼠原位肝移植500例

    目的:改进大鼠肝移植的方法,缩短无肝期,提高手术成功率,总结大鼠原位肝移植经验.方法:正式实验分组:(1)预输注供者凋亡的脾细胞正常大鼠肝移植研究组(分4小组);(2)同期输注供者凋亡的脾细胞对正常大鼠肝移植研究组(分4小组);(3)术后输注供者凋亡的脾细胞正常大鼠肝移植研究组(分4小组);(4)预输注供者凋亡的脾细胞对肝硬化大鼠肝移植研究组(分4小组);(5)预输注供者凋亡的血液淋巴细胞对正常大鼠肝移植研究组(分3小组),每小组各10只大鼠.观察手术时间以及大鼠肝移植2d和1wk存活率.结果:在正式实验大鼠肝移植中,供体手术时间30±5min,供肝热缺血时间2±0.5min,袖套准备及肝脏修整时间10±2min,受体手术时间51±10min;无肝期16±4min.冷缺血时间61±5min.正式实验大鼠肝移植2d存活率96.8%(184/190),1wk存活率95.3%(181/190).结论:改进显露方法及肝上下腔静脉吻合方法后,手术简化,同时并发症减少,生存率提高
