    Ships Tracking Based on Active Contour Model

    将主动轮廓线模型用于海面运动船只的跟踪,提出了一种自动选择主动轮廓线初始控制点的方法,增强了主动轮廓线模型的实用性,并将基于主动轮廓线模型的跟踪方法用于多个海面运动目标的跟踪。实验结果表明,提出的初始主动轮廓线自动选取方法可以准确地选择目标的轮廓线的特征点;基于主动轮廓线模型的跟踪方法可以比较准确地跟踪运动船只的主要轮廓特征。This paper proposes a method based on active contour model to track the moving object on the sea surface,and a method for selecting the initial control points of the active contour automatically.And it uses the tracking method to track multi-ships moving on the sea surface.Experimental results show that the tracking method based on active contour model can track the ships’ contour effectively,and the method for selecting the initial points is excellent.国家创新研究群体基金资助项目(60024301);; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(60175008

    An automatic image registration method based on SIFT and Harris-Affine features matching

    中文摘要: 针对大失配多传感器图像 ,提出了一种基于 SIFT ( scale invariant keypoint s)和 Harris-Affine ( H-A)互补不变特征匹配的自动配准算法.算法应用 SIFT 和 H-A 两种具有互补特性的局部不变特征 ,根据最近邻特征点距离与次近邻特征点距离之比确定初始匹配点对,然后利用马氏距离的仿射不变性删除误匹配特征点对 ,据此求取 2 幅源图像间的仿射变换参数.使用估计的变换矩阵把待配准图像上的所有点映射到参考图像,并对其进行重采样 ,实现图像的配准.实验结果表明:该算法能够快速高精度实现大失配图像的自动配准. 英文摘要:Abstract : An automatic image regist ration algorithm based on the complementary SIFT and Harris-Affine ( H-A) local invariant feat ures was proposed for large misalignment multi-sensor images. In this algorithm , SIFT features were complemented with H-A features and the ratio of the first and second nearest neighbor distance were used to set up the initial correspondences. The affine invariant of Mahalannobis distance was used to remove the mismatched feat ure points. With this correspondence of the points , the affine matrix between two different images could be determined. All points in the sensed image were mapped to the reference using the estimated transformation matrix and the corresponding gray level was assigned by resampling the image in the sensed image.     Multiple Background Model-Based Moving Target Detection on Sea Surface

    提出一种在反射光较强的条件下基于多背景模型的海面运动目标检测方法.使用基于统计模型的变化检测方法将被监控场景区分为海浪波动显著的背景区域和海浪波动不显著的背景区域;对这两种区域中的像素点分别以Weibull分布模型和Gauss分布模型建立背景模型;使用建立的背景模型检测海面的运动目标.实验结果表明,在海面反射光较强且波浪波动较大的情况下,用该方法可以比较准确地检测到海面的运动目标. A new method based on multiple background model for moving target detection on the sea surface is proposed. It can detect the moving target on the sea surface when there is heavy sea clutter and the reflected light is strong. The monitored area is first partitioned into two regions using the statistical model-based change detection method, where the sea clutter in one region is heavier than the other. Then Weibull distribution is used to create the background model for pixels in the region having heavier sea clutter and Gaussian distribution is used for the other region. Finally the background model is used to detect moving target on the sea surface.     Approach to Building Recognition in Complex Scenes

    提出了一种基于建筑目标的竖直线特征寻找图像中存在建筑目标区域的方法;考虑了目标特征的相互关系,给出了一种新的模板匹配算法。实验表明:利用该文提出的算法建立的识别系统与其它识别系统相比,大大减少了运算时间,有较好的抗噪声干扰和处理目标被遮挡问题的能力。A new approach to building extraction based on grouping the feature of the vertical lines of building object is proposed. Using it, the regions where building may exist are marked. A new template matching algorithm, which accounts for the dependencies between features of object, is presented.     高岭土中铁的赋存状态和含量影响其白度和增白效果,因此快速准确地测定高岭土中不同种类的铁含量具有实际应用意义。高岭土中自由铁和结构铁定量分析困难,为此本文将高岭土中的铁分为可溶铁和非可溶铁两类。高岭土经盐酸酸溶处理后溶液中的铁含量为可溶铁含量,经氢氧化钠碱熔处理后溶液中的铁含量为总铁含量,非可溶铁含量由总铁含量减去可溶铁含量计算得出。采用邻菲啰啉光度法测定溶液中的铁含量,该方法的相对标准偏差小于5%,加样回收率范围在95%~105%,最低检测含量为1.06μg/g。高岭土中的其他元素对铁的测定均没有干扰。所测得的可溶铁为大部分自由铁和少数结构铁。通过对高岭土中的可溶铁进行定量分析,可得知漂白工艺中可除去的最大铁含量

    冷冻胚胎解冻移植264个周期临床分析

    【目的】探讨影响冷冻胚胎解冻移植妊娠率的因素。【方法】收集2001年11月到2006年1月264位病人在本中心进行冷冻胚胎解冻移植264个周期的资料,进行回顾分析。【结果】264个周期中有67个周期妊娠,周期妊娠率25.38%。妊娠组平均每次移植胚胎个数多于非妊娠组(2.84±0.57 vs 2.45±0.82,P<0.05),移植1个、2个、3个及以上冷冻解冻胚胎的妊娠率分别为9.38%、18.67%、38.22%,其中移植3个及以上胚胎者的妊娠率高于移植1个和2个胚胎者的妊娠率(P<0.05)。胚胎解冻后体外培养24h平均细胞数增长率≥50%者的妊娠率(34.43%)高于增长率<50%者(17.28%),P<0.05,至少移植一个胚胎细胞数在6细胞及以上的周期妊娠率明显高于移植胚胎细胞数小于6细胞的周期(35.85% vs 16.67%,P<0.05);移植Ⅰ级胚胎与Ⅱ级胚胎的妊娠率分别为35.26%、17.58%,P<0.05。新鲜移植周期妊娠者其冻融周期妊娠率为42.86%,而在新鲜移植周期未妊娠者其冻融周期妊娠率为28.31%,差异有显著性,P<0.05。自然周期、激素替代周期妊娠率分别为28.21%、21.30%,无统计学差异。LH峰日内膜厚度及类型无统计学差异。【结论】移植胚胎的个数、质量、发育潜能、原新鲜周期的结局影响冷冻胚胎移植能否妊娠

The Gibbs free energies of the liquid, bcc and hcp phases were described by the subregular solution model with the Redlich-Kister equation, and those of the stoichiometric compounds of the Th2Al, Th3Al2, ThAl, Th2Al3, ThAl2, ThAl3, Th2Al7, Th2Zn, ThZn2, ThZn4 and Th2Zn17 were described by the two-sublattice model.     泛素家族包括泛素及类泛素蛋白,约20种成员蛋白.近年来,泛素家族领域取得了迅猛发展,并已与生物学及医学研究的各个领域相互交叉.泛素家族介导的蛋白质降解和细胞自噬机制的发现分别于2004和2016年获得诺贝尔奖.但是,类泛素蛋白并没有统一规范的中文译名. 2018年4月9日在苏州召开的《泛素家族介导的蛋白质降解和细胞自噬》专著的编委会上,部分作者讨论了类泛素蛋白的中文命名问题,并在随后的\"泛素家族、自噬与疾病\"(Ubiquitinfamily,autophagy anddiseases)苏州会议上提出了类泛素蛋白中文翻译草案,此草案在参加该会议的国内学者及海外华人学者间取得了高度共识.冷泉港亚洲\"泛素家族、自噬与疾病\"苏州会议是由美国冷泉港实验室主办、两年一度、面向全球的英文会议.该会议在海内外华人学者中具有广泛影响,因此,参会华人学者的意见具有一定的代表性.本文介绍了10个类别的类泛素蛋白的中文命名,系统总结了它们的结构特点,并比较了参与各种类泛素化修饰的酶和它们的生物学功能.文章由45名从事该领域研究的专家合作撰写,其中包括中国工程院院士1名,相关学者4名,长江学者3名,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者18名和美国知名高校华人教授4名.他们绝大多数是参加编写即将由科学出版社出版的专著《泛素家族介导的蛋白质降解和细胞自噬》的专家

A special migration wave that has not yet attracted enough attention is that, besides rural-city migration, rural-rural migration has come into view as well. More precisely, when one group has given up their traditional living style and attempted to find a new life by immigrating into the urban area, another group has chosen to immigrate into the village and cultivate the land that the former has left behind.
