    本工作采用国产海上平台用钢的T型和十字形板状焊接接头试件;模拟导管架管节点的弯曲受力状态;在随机变幅载荷下进行了海水腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展试验;分别测得在海水自由腐蚀和阴极保护条件下的da/dN~△K_(rms)关系曲线。对于十字型焊接接头试件;根据试验测得的裂纹扩展速率曲线;用断裂力学方法对其海水腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展寿命(有阴极保护)进行了估算;估算得到的裂纹扩展寿命曲线与试验数据以及用线性累积损伤理论估算的寿命曲线进行了分析比较和讨论

    疲劳裂纹扩展机制和塑性区的研究

    本文用三点弯曲试样测定15MnVN钢在淬火和200℃低温回火状态下疲劳裂纹扩展速率。试验在循环载荷比R=0.5的恒幅条件下进行,并利用金属塑性变形在光滑表面上产生浮凸的现象,用相衬显微镜测定裂纹顶端单调塑性区尺寸。在平面应力状态下垂直于裂纹面方向的单调塑性区尺寸与相应的(K_(max)/σ_s)~2成正比,其比例系数为0.21。根据Rice循环塑性区尺寸与单调塑性区尺寸关系,得到垂直裂纹面方向的循环塑性区尺寸与相应裂纹扩展速率之间为一指数关系。在裂纹扩展过程中,相对裂纹尺寸a/W约等于0.687时裂纹顶端从小范围屈服进入大范围屈服;a/W0.687,不仅两翼向更大的θ角展开,而且在θ=0°附近塑性变形也有相当发展。金相和扫描电镜观察结果,具有板条状马氏体组织的15MnVN钢疲劳裂纹扩展是以穿晶型的解理开裂方式进行的,是一种再生核扩展机制

    [[abstract]]隨著醫療的進步,人類的平均年齡隨之增高,已開發國家快速高齡化社會問題日益被重視,根據美國研究機構人口資料局統計,2016年全球女性平均壽命為74歲,全球男性平均壽命為70歲,逐年增高。由此可見,未來高齡者的食、衣、住、行、育、樂等相關產業發展會是極為重要的一環。非建立於血緣關係之上的青銀共居模式漸被推廣,青銀共居可以同時滿足高齡者的居住與陪伴需求,也可以讓離鄉青年在異地有個家。本研究探討年青人和老年人休閒活動的模式相關性,也針對國外青銀共生宅的範例施行方式做分析研究,也成為指標性讓臺灣能夠模仿和參考,另外也採取個案研究並以半構式的訪談方式,受訪的老年人和年青人針對訪談的內容加以進行分析與探討,也透過文獻和訪談的內容比對相互對應逐步探討年青人和老年人共居過程中互動所帶來給共居者彼此之影響。[[abstract]]With the advancement of medical care, the average age of human beings has increased, and the rapidly aging society in developed countries has been paid more and more attention. According to statistics from the Population Data Bureau, a research institution in the United States, the average life expectancy of global women in 2016 was 74 years, and the average life expectancy of global men was 70 years old, increasing year by year. It can be seen that in the future, the development of related industries such as food, clothing, housing, transportation, education, and entertainment for the elderly will be an extremely important part. The Qingyin co-living model, which is not based on blood relationship, is gradually being promoted. Qingyin co-living can meet the living and companionship needs of the elderly at the same time, and can also allow young people who have left their hometowns to have a home in a different place. This study explores the leisure activities of young people and the elderly. From the literature review in Chapter 2, it also aims at the examples of domestic and foreign green-silver symbiosis. It has become an indicator so that Taiwan can imitate and refer to it. It also adopts case studies and uses a semi-structured structure.     对经过 TIG 熔修的海上平台用钢(A537)的板状焊接接头进行了海水腐蚀疲劳试验。试验条件是:加载频率0.2Hz,应力比 R=-1,海水温度20°±1℃,阴极保护电位-850mV±30mV,SCE。就平均寿命来说,TIG 熔修试件的海水腐蚀疲劳寿命为原始焊缝(as-welded)试件寿命的四倍至六倍,并且随应力范围的降低而差别增大.在自由腐蚀条件下,TIG 熔修试件的寿命也比原始焊缝试件的寿命长得多

    本文采用T型板状焊接接头试件承受弯曲循环载荷进行空气中和海水自由腐蚀条件下的疲劳裂纹扩展试验(海水中试验条件为R=0-0.1,加载频率0.2Hz,海水温度20℃±1℃),得到了海上平台钢E36-Z35焊接接头热影响区在空气中和海水中裂纹扩展速率da/dN~AK曲线和Paris公式中相应的C和m值,并进行了讨论. 应用本文得到的试验数据,用断裂力学方法对板状焊接接头在空气中和海水中自由腐蚀条件下的疲劳裂纹扩展寿命进行了估算,结果表明,在适当考虑裂纹起始寿命的情况下,用断裂力学方法估算的疲劳裂纹扩展寿命与试验结果相当符合.文中还讨论了初始裂纹尺寸的选取对估算裂纹扩展寿命的影响
