Analysis on gene detection results of 3715 cases with thalassemia in Xiamen
目的:调查厦门地区地中海贫血基因的携带率、基因突变类型及其频率分布。方法:对2013年1月~2014年8月在该院住院或门诊治疗的患者及健康体检人员共3 715例进行地中海贫血基因检测,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果:检测出静止型α-地中海贫血200例(5.4%),中间型α-地中海贫血44例(1.2%),标准型α-地中海贫血1 213例(32.6%),β-地中海贫血787例(21.2%),α-合并β-地中海贫血69例(1.8%)。结论:不同就诊对象地中海贫血检出率具有明显差异,血常规是筛查地中海贫血高危孕妇的一个有效手段,但也存在一些缺陷,需引起重视。Objective: To survey the carrying rate,types of gene mutation,and frequency distribution of thalassemia gene in Xiamen.Methods: Thalassemia gene detection was conducted among 3 715 patients treated in the hospital or in outpatient department of the hospital and healthy cases receiving physical examination,the results were analyzed statistically.Results: Among the cases,200 cases( 5.4%) were diagnosed as silent α-thalassemia,44 cases( 1.2%) were diagnosed as intermediate α-thalassemia,1 213 cases( 32.6%)were diagnosed as standard α-thalassemia,787 cases( 21.2%) were diagnosed as β-thalassemia,69 cases( 1.8%) were diagnosed as α-thalassemia combined with β- thalassemia.Conclusion: The detection rates of thalassemia among different objects vary,blood routine screening is an effective means for screening high-risk pregnant women,but there are some defects,which should be paid more attention to
Expression profile of voltage-gated potassium channel Kv1.3 in aorta of atherosclerosis rats
目的探讨动脉粥样硬化(AS)大鼠主动脉病变局部离子通道kV1.3的表达水平及作用。方法雄性WISTAr大鼠16只,随机分为两组:正常组(8只,予普通饮食+0.9%氯化钠溶液)和AS组(8只,予高脂饮食+维生素d3负荷)。采用组织病理学检查,观察主动脉粥样硬化病变。采用实时定量反转录-聚合酶链反应(rT-PCr)和WESTErn印迹法检测主动脉病变局部kV1.3和白细胞介素(Il)-2、干扰素(Ifn)-γ的表达水平。结果组织病理学检查证实纤维增生性AS斑块。AS组的kV1.3MrnA为(31.48±8.64)x10-3,显著高于正常组的(3.28±0.79)x10-3(P=0.012)。AS组的kV1.3、Il-2、Ifn-γ蛋白表达量分别为0.691±0.067、0.611±0.055、0.759±0.050,均显著高于正常组的0.490±0.052、0.299±0.058、0.273±0.052(P值均<0.01)。结论 kV1.3在主动脉粥样硬化病变局部的表达增高。kV1.3可能在AS的发生和发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。Objective To investigate the expression of voltage-gated potassium channel Kv1.3 in the aorta of a rat model of atherosclerosis and its role in the progress of atherosclerotic plaque formation.Methods A total of 16 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control(normal diet and saline)and atherosclerosis group(high lipid diet+Vitamin D3 overload),with 8 rats in each group.In 16 weeks later,all rats were killed after weighing,and their blood samples and aorta were collected.Pathological changes of the rat aortic artery were observed with HE staining.Real time RT-PCR and Western blotting analysis were used to determine the mRNA and protein expression of Kv1.3 and the protein expressions of interleukin(IL)-2 and interfereron(IFN)-γ.Results Pathological changes showed that fiber proliferative atherosclerotic plaques were found in the aorta of atherosclerosis group,with inflammatory cells infiltrating in the local lesion.Real time RT-PCR analysis showed that the expression of Kv1.3 mRNA in the aorta was increased significantly in the atherosclerosis rats than that in the controls([31.48±8.64]×10-3 vs.[3.28±0.79]×10-3,P<0.05).Western blotting analysis showed that the protein expression of Kv1.3,IL-2 and IFN-γ in the aorta were also increased significantly in the atherosclerotic rats than that in the controls(Kv1.3[0.691±0.067] vs.[0.490±0.052],IL-2 [0.611±0.055] vs.[0.299±0.058],IFN-γ [0.759±0.050] vs.[0.273±0.052],P<0.01 n=8).Conclusion The expression of Kv1.3 potassium channels is increased in the plaques of atherosclerotic rats.Kv1.3 may play an important role in the development and progression of atherosclerosis.国家自然科学基金资助项目(30871045
Designable ultra-smooth ultra-thin solid-electrolyte interphases of three alkali metal anodes

金属锂是下一代高能量密度二次电池最理想的负极材料之一。在以金属锂作为负极的电池中,锂电沉积过程中枝晶的生长及溶解过程的死锂现象是制约电池库仑效率、稳定性和安全性的重要因素,而金属锂表面的微观平整性及固态电解质界面(SEI)膜的组成和结构及由其所决定的电学和力学性质对锂电沉积和溶解行为有重要影响。
课题组所发展的电化学调控方法可进一步拓展到钠、钾碱金属负极上,形成大范围原子平整的钠、钾表面和超薄超光滑的SEI膜。特别是金属钠平面电极可在2 mA cm–2(1 mAh cm–2)100% Na DOD下稳定循环550周以上且库伦效率近100%。这一基于电化学调控的碱金属表面抛光和SEI膜构筑的方法及多尺度联合表征,为解决碱金属负极问题提供了新的思路,也为开展表面科学基础研究提供高质量的碱金属表面。【Abstract】Dendrite growth of alkali metal anodes limited their lifetime for charge/discharge cycling. Here, we report near-perfect anodes of lithium, sodium, and potassium metals achieved by electrochemical polishing, which removes microscopic defects and creates ultra-smooth ultra-thin solid-electrolyte interphase layers at metal surfaces for providing a homogeneous environment. Precise characterizations by AFM force probing with corroborative in-depth XPS profile analysis reveal that the ultra-smooth ultra-thin solid-electrolyte interphase can be designed to have alternating inorganic-rich and organic-rich/mixed multi-layered structure, which offers mechanical property of coupled rigidity and elasticity. The polished metal anodes exhibit significantly enhanced cycling stability, specifically the lithium anodes can cycle for over 200 times at a real current density of 2 mA cm-2 with 100% depth of discharge. Our work illustrates that an ultra-smooth ultra-thin solid-electrolyte interphase may be robust enough to suppress dendrite growth and thus serve as an initial layer for further improved protection of alkali metal anodes.This work was supported by the MOST projects (2015CB251102, 2012CB932902) and the NSFC projects (U1305246, 21621091, 21473147, 21533006, 21673193).

跨國併購後整合與管理之研究-以中國美的集團跨國併購案為例
面對全球化,資訊科技變化迅速及產品生命週期縮短的市場挑戰下,企業為追求持續增長及強化競爭力,合併與併購已經成為企業擴張的重要策略。在國際統計數字顯示,併購的失敗率高達70%,此顯示併購並非只是兩間企業之間股權或資產的買賣,若要達到原本併購策略中的綜效,併購前的評估規劃及併購後整合成功與否至為重要。尤其在跨國併購的個案中,因涉及不同的國家文化及法規制度,不同的企業文化及價值觀,加上語言的隔閡,更增加併購後整合的困難與挑戰。
本研究中的中國美的集團,就是在產業激烈的競爭中積極尋求轉型,努力想從過去以代工為主轉向推動在全球市場以自有品牌競爭。藉由一連串國際併購的策略,取得關鍵核心技術、銷售通路,品牌及人才,希望藉此強化集團的品牌力及核心競爭力,並開拓集團短期營收擴張及中長期持續成長的第二跑道。本研究分別舉出中國美的集團,於2016年至2017年完成的三項跨國併購,德國庫卡集團、義大利Clivet及東芝家電公司的個案,結合學術理論分析其在併購後整合的所面臨的問題及因應對策。最後,本研究結論將根據分析資料,提出相關調整建議,以期能為台灣企業在未來進行跨國併購及併購後整合規劃時的參考

Research on the Development of Taiwan Regional Banks
近年来亚洲经济的快速增长与区域经济整合潮流的形成,为台湾金融业摆脱经营困境提供了良好机遇,台湾当局因此提出发展区域性银行的重要政策。但推进这一政策的制约因素却十分突出,如,公股银行合并争议大;银行业的国际化程度较低;金融管理体制僵化;台湾在区域经济整合中有边缘化危机等。因此,总体上台湾要成功发展区域性银行的前景并不十分乐观。但若能选择恰当的推进路径,如,推进配套改革,确保“公公并“取得成效;循序多元推进银行规模的扩大;努力排除障碍,让两岸合作的优势变为现实等,尚有可能取得阶段性的成效。Recently,the fast economic growth in Asian and the integration of regional economies provides a good opportunity for Taiwan financial industry to get out of the difficulties.Taiwan executive administration therefore puts forward the important policy of regional banks development.However,many unfavorable factors restrict the implementation of the program,such as dispute on the merger of state-owned banks,the relative low degree of internationalization of the banking industry,the rigidity of financial management system,the risk of marginalization of Taiwan in regional economic integration and so on.Therefore,the development prospect of Taiwan's regional banks is not optimistic.However,if Taiwan can take appropriate measures,such as promoting the reform and the merging of the state-owned banks successfully,expanding the size of the bank gradually,making great efforts to remove obstacles to transform cross-strait cooperation advantages into reality,regional banks may achieve substantive results.两岸金融研究项目“ECFA时代大陆投资台湾金融业问题研究(HX2011076
