    Ensemble Generation Methods and Cluster Ensemble Selection with Constraints

    穷人的慷慨:一个战略性动机的研究

    战略性慈善对企业具有增值效应,而战略性慈善实现企业增值存在什么样的作用机制?本文选择了企业业绩下滑相对性"穷"与亏损确定性"穷"的情景,研究了企业捐赠行为的战略动机及其战略效用。研究发现,虽然企业捐赠行为会显著受到盈余能力的影响,但是业绩下滑企业并没有因为自身盈利能力的下降而减少捐赠,甚至会更积极的增加捐赠支出。而这种战略性慈善行为降低了利益相关者对企业下滑业绩的风险感知,抑制了企业商业信用资源流失的风险,同时企业业绩下滑情景下的捐赠信息对会计盈余信息在信贷契约中的作用产生了替代效应。研究结论证实了战略性慈善的增值作用及其内在作用机制,不过研究同时发现这种战略性慈善的增值效应存在一定的主体性边界。本文的研究反映了企业战略性慈善增值效应的信号传递作用机制以及作用机制有效性的主体依赖,进一步打开了战略性慈善对企业价值增值作用的黑箱,对于战略性慈善的理论研究与实施管理具有重要意义。国家社科基金重点项目“生态补偿导向的环境会计研究”(14AZD068);; 国家自然科学基金重点项目“公司财务政策选择与动态演化研究”(项目批准号:71232005);国家自然科学基金项目“社会责任投入权衡、信誉资本和公司价值创造”(71372166);国家自然科学基金项目“政治寻租与企业社会责任:理论、证据及治理”(71502174);; 广州市人文社会科学重点研究基地“广州区域低碳经济研究基地”资

    【中文摘要】植物胎生是指有性繁殖产生的后代在母体上直接萌发的现象, 在红树植物中最为常见。红树植物生长在热带亚热带海岸潮间带, 耐受高盐、高温、淹水缺氧和海浪冲击等复杂环境。胎生被认为是红树植物对这种特殊生境的重要适应方式。 该文从形态发育、生理生化、分子水平、生态适应4个层次讨论红树植物胎生现象对复杂生境的适应性, 并指出现有研究存 在的不足, 对将来的研究方向进行了展望。与非胎生胚胎发育相比, 红树植物胎生是一个遗传的程序, 在进化过程中形成了 一些特殊的结构。植物激素对胎生发育起关键的调控作用, 繁殖体发育过程中, 其盐离子的种类与浓度的动态变化则是对海 岸潮间带生境的重要适应特征。这种胎生繁殖体依靠在母体上完善的一系列功能性特征能更有效地适应落地后的滩涂环境。 然而, 红树植物胎生发育过程的分子机理及调控机制还有待研究。理解胎生这一特殊适应性现象的本质及其进化过程将为红 树林保护繁育、适应气候变化提供理论依据。 【Abstract】Vivipary in plants refers to a phenomenon that sexually reproduced offsprings germinate while still attached to the maternal bodies. This is mostly manifested in mangrove plants, which occur in tropical and subtropical intertidal zones and encounter harsh environmental conditions such as high salinity, high temperatures, waterlogging, hypoxia and tidal waves. Vivipary has long been recognized as one of the most important adaptive features under such a complex environment. Here we discuss four aspects of vivipary: morphological anatomy, physiology and biochemistry, molecular biology and ecological adaptation. We also discuss shortcomings in current studies and prospect of future directions. Differing from regular seed development, viviparous seeds in mangroves are evolved with many special structures, indicating a genetically based process. Hormones play an important role in regulating the process, whilst the dynamics of salt ion concentration during embryo and propagule development seems to be an adaptive feature. The ecological significance of vivipary is fully exhibited in the propagules that can effectively establish themselves on muddy tidal zones. Such a success heavily relies on sound functional features developed on the mother plants. However, the molecular mechanism and the regulation of viviparous seed development in mangroves remain elusive. Systematic studies of vivipary in mangroves not only help to understand the nature and evolutionary process of this distinct adaptive phenomenon, but also provide the foundation for mangrove forest restoration and protection in many parts of the world.福建省对外合作项目(2016I0013

    HBV infection-induced liver cirrhosis development in dual-humanized mice with human bone mesenchymal stem cell transplantation

    疾病动物模型是现代医学发展的基石,尤其是重大、突发传染病暴发时,适宜的疾病动物模型可为及时发现病原体、制定防控策略提供强大保障,原创的疾病动物模型已成为衡量一个国家生物医药科研水平的标志。我校夏宁邵教授团队和浙江大学附属第一医院李君教授团队历经5年的协同攻关,终于建立了国际上首个高度模拟人类乙肝病毒(HBV)自然感染诱发的慢乙肝肝硬化小鼠模型。厦门大学公共卫生学院袁伦志博士生、浙江大学医学院附属第一医院江静博士和厦门大学公共卫生学院刘旋博士生为该论文共同第一作者。厦门大学夏宁邵教授、浙江大学附属第一医院李君教授和厦门大学程通副教授为该论文共同通讯作者。【Abstract】Objective: Developing a small animal model that accurately delineates the natural history of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and immunopathophysiology is necessary to clarify the mechanisms of host-virus interactions and to identify intervention strategies for HBV-related liver diseases. This study aimed to develop an HBV-induced chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis mouse model through transplantation of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs). Design: Transplantation of hBMSCs into Fah -/- Rag2 -/- IL-2Rγc -/- SCID (FRGS) mice with fulminant hepatic failure (FHF) induced by hamster-anti-mouse CD95 antibody JO2 generated a liver and immune cell dual-humanized (hBMSC-FRGS) mouse. The generated hBMSC-FRGS mice were subjected to assessments of sustained viremia, specific immune and inflammatory responses and liver pathophysiological injury to characterize the progression of chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis after HBV infection. Results: The implantation of hBMSCs rescued FHF mice, as demonstrated by robust proliferation and transdifferentiation of functional human hepatocytes and multiple immune cell lineages, including B cells, T cells, NK cells, dendritic cells (DCs) and immune cell lineages, including B cells, T cells, NK cells, dendritic cells (DCs) and viremia and specific immune and inflammatory responses and showed progression to chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis at a frequency of 55% after 54 weeks.     基于高阶理论以中国2007至2010年间高新技术企业为研究样本,从受教育的专业背景角度出发,验证了中国企业家的技术专业背景对研发投入以及投入绩效的影响。研究发现:技术背景的企业家相比与其它背景企业家有更多的研发投入,并且这种促进作用在企业面临融资约束时更为显著,企业家技术背景对研发投入的这种促进更有利于提高企业未来的绩效。本文的研究为高新技术企业管理层的任命决策以及研发效益的长远考虑有着重要的启示意义。Choosing the high-tech enterprises in China from 2007 to 2010 as a study sample,we explore the relationship between the entrepreneurs' technical educational background and the R&D investment based on the higher-order theory.We find that compared with the entrepreneurs with irrelevant background,the entrepreneurs with technical educational background are willing to pay more on the R&D investment.Moreover,this kind of promotion from the entrepreneurs is far more significant when the enterprises are facing the financial constrains,and is more favorable to improving the enterprises' performance in the future.The conclusion we draw in this paper may give an implication in the management appointment and R&D decision in high-tech enterprises.国家自然科学基金资助项目(71372168
