    Influence of different blood Glu cose control programs on prognosis and blood Glu cose in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after operation together with stress hyperglycemia

    目的 探讨不同血糖控制方案对脑出血术后应激性高血糖患者预后及血糖的影响。方法 采用回顾性研究方法将2015年6月~2016年5月入住我院重症医学科的52例脑出血术后应激性高血糖患者根据血糖控制方案的不同分为A组(n=25)和B组(n=27),A组采用静脉单次推注,B组采用持续静脉泵注。比较两组的28 d生存率、格拉斯哥预后评分、血糖达标率、达标时间、血糖监测次数、低血糖发生率、血糖水平和血糖变异度指标的差异。结果 两组的28 d生存率、血糖达标率、达标时间、低血糖发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。A组的格拉斯哥预后评分显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。A组的血糖监测次数显著少于B组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。A组的血糖最大值(Glu_(max))和血糖差值(Glu_(dif))均显著小于B组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论静脉单次推注胰岛素能够改善脑出血术后应激性高血糖患者的神经功能预后,可以降低入ICU后血糖最大值和血糖差异。Objective To investigate influence of different blood glucose control programs on prognosis and blood glucose in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after operation together with stress hyperglycemia.Methods A retrospective study was conducted,and 52 patients with stress hyperglycemia after cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2016 were divided into group A (n=25) and group B (n=27) according to different blood glucose control programs.Group A was treated with intravenous bolus injection,and group B was treated with continuous intravenous pump.The 28 d survival rate,the Glasgow outcome score,the blood glucose compliance rate,the standard time,the fre- quency of blood glucose monitoring,the incidence rate of hypoglycemia,blood glucose levels and blood glucose variabili- ty indexes were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in 28 d survival rate,the blood glucose compliance rate,the standard time,the incidence rate of hypoglycemia between the two groups (P〉0.05). The Glasgow outcome score in group A was significantly higher than that in group B,with significant difference (P〈 0.05).The number of blood glucose monitoring in group A was significantly less than that in group B,with significant dif- ference (P〈0.05).The Glu., and Glu~f in group A was significantly less than that in group B,with significant difference (P〈O.O5).Conclusion Intravenous single bolus insulin injection can improve the prognosis of nervous function in pa- tients with intracerebral hemorrhage after operation together with stress hyperglycemia,and can reduce the maximum blood glucose and blood glucose difference after ICU.广东省东莞市医疗卫生类科技计划一般项目(2015105101220

    锌电极的自腐蚀速率,持续放电下的阳极溶解速率和电极钝化的难易程度是碱性电池性能的重要电化学参数.本文应用线性极化、恒流放电等电化学实验方法研究了电解液中添加CArbOPOl树脂以及电极中添加bI对锌电极电化学行为的影响.并应用金相显微镜和环境扫描电子显微镜(ESEM)对锌电极和锌铋合金电极浸蚀及放电后的形貌进行了表征.结果表明:电解液中添加适量的CArbOPOl树脂可明显提高电极的极化电阻,显著降低电极的自腐蚀速率;阳极的溶解电位出现不同程度的正移,阳极过电位显著增大且大电流密度放电时较明显促进电极钝化.锌电极中添加一定量的bI对改善电极表面氧化物膜的沉积形貌和电极表面固液界面的传质条件,减小电极的自腐蚀速率,抑制电极自腐蚀等方面具有显著作用.The self-corrosion rate, anodic dissolution rate, and passivating tendency of a zinc anode are important parameters that affect the performance of alkaline batteries.Effects of the addition of Carbopol resin to the electrolyte and the addition of passivation Bi passivation to the electrodes on the electrochemical behavior of Zn electrodes were investigated by linear polarization and chronopotentiometry.Surface morphologies of Zn electrodes and Zn-Bi alloy electrodes after etched and constant current dissolution were examined using a metallographic microscope and environmental scanning electron microscope (ESEM).Results showed that the addition of Carbopol resin significantly enhanced the polarization resistance, decreased the self-corrosion current, led to a positive shift in anodic dissolution potential, remarkably increased the anodic overpotential and promoted the passivation of alloy electrodes.The addition of Bi markedly improved the oxide film morphology and mass transfer between solid-liquid interfaces, decreased the self-corrosion rate of Zn electrodes and inhibited the self-corrosion process in Zn electrodes.国家自然科学基金(50731004);国家科技支撑计划(2007BAB27B04-N43CTT)资助项目---

    Determination of five poisonous elements in holothurian sold on the market by Microwave Digestion with ICP—MS

    建立了微波消解—电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定海参中Cu,AS,Cd,Hg,Pb 5种有毒元素含量的方法,采用In元素为内标,利用其回收率对以上5种元素的测定结果进行校正,该方法变异系数(CV%)为0.2%--4.0%,In元素加标回收率为96.7%--104.5%,说明该方法灵敏度高,结果准确可信。利用该方法对10批不同市售海参中5种有毒元素含量进行了测定,结果表明10批市售海参中的AS含量均超标,部分批次海参中的Cd、Pb超标,说明市售海参确实存在有毒元素超标的问题。A method based on microwave sample digestion and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP—MS) detection was established for determination of Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb in holothurian sold on the market.Indium was used as internal standard element to calibrate the results of determination of these five elements.Determination limits of these five elements were in the range of 0.006~0.063 μg/g,coefficient of variation(CV%)were in the range of 0.2%~4.0%,and the recovery of In was in the range of 96.7%~104.5%.The method has been applied to determine the five poisonous elements in ten holothurian samples sold on the market.The results indicated that the over-standard problem of poisonous elements in holothurian sold on the market existed.The content of total arsenic was over standard in all the ten samples,but the over standard problem of lead and cadmium was only found in part of the samples.国家自然科学基金(20675021);中国近海海洋综合调查与评价908专项(908-02-05-04)资

    苯氧异丁酸类化合物的合成及其体外抗糖尿病活性(英文)

    目的设计及合成新型苯氧异丁酸类抗糖尿病化合物。方法关键步骤采用亲核取代反应或M itsunobu缩合反应把亲脂性片段和酸性片段连接成一体,共合成了8个新目标物。用核磁共振、红外、质谱进行结构确认。结果体外胰岛素增敏活性测试(3T3-L1脂肪细胞)结果显示,分别将罗格列酮、吡格列酮、目标物A和B加入已经存在胰岛素抵抗脂肪细胞培养液中,用GOD-POD方法分析得到上清液葡萄糖浓度分别为5.942,6.339,6.226和6.512mmol.L-1。结论目标物A在胰岛素抵抗实验(3T3-L1脂肪细胞)中抗糖尿病活性介于市售PPARγ激动剂罗格列酮和吡格列酮之间,而目标物B的活性略低于吡格列酮

Effects of the addition of Carbopol resin to the electrolyte and the addition of passivation Bi passivation to the electrodes on the electrochemical behavior of Zn electrodes were investigated by linear polarization and chronopotentiometry.     Determination of Trace Metal Elements in Crude Oils by Microwave Digestion-Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry Assisted with Organic Solvent

    李景喜( 1980 - ) ,男,山东临沂市人,研究实习员,从事分析化学研究。E-mail: jxli@fio.org. cn。[中文摘要]建立了二氯甲烷溶剂辅助微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定原油中V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、Mo、Co、Pb等16种微量金属元素。研究表明,用CH2Cl2分散原油样品,以浓HNO3-H2O2为消解体系,采用CEM微波消解系统消解样品,各元素线性关系良好,相关系数≥0.9995;检出限可达ng/L;方法精密度较高,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=3)<5.0%;回收率为92%~110%。以w(Ni)/w(V)与w(Fe)/w(V)比值为变量参数对不同原油样品进行聚类分析,表明国内与国外不同地区原油样品中各金属元素含量差异较大。[英文文摘]A method for determination of V,Cr,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,Mo Co,Pb,etc in different crude oils was established by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry assisted with organic solvent microwave digestion.The oil sample was digested by microwave using HNO3-H2O2 as oxidant after dispersing in organic solvent(CH2Cl2).The results showed that the detection limits of the method reached ng/L level for sixteen elements.The linear correlation of the method was preferable with the correlation coefficient of better than 0.9995.     单井热吞吐开采南海神狐海域天然气水合物数值模拟

    以国土资源部广州地质调查局2007年5月在南海北部神狐海域SH7站位的钻探、测井数据为基础,建立了实际水合物藏分层地质模型,主要包括上盖层、水合物层和下盖层,其中上、下盖层均为可渗透的沉积物。本文利用单一水平开采井,进行了热吞吐法开采水合物的数值模拟。给出了选取合理的注入速度和生产速度的准则。模拟结果表明,开采过程中水合物分解区域主要集中在开采井周边区域,在注热阶段和生产阶段,地层中的水合物分别经历合成和分解两种过程,期间有明显的盐水浓缩和稀释效应。在本文条件下,利用单一水平井热吞吐法不能经济有效地开采该区域的天然气水合物,有待于利用其他更高效的水合物开采方法

    过冷度对气体水合物合成影响的实验研究

    过冷度是甲烷水合物合成过程的主要驱动力,在沉积物中进行不同过冷度下甲烷水合物合成实验,有利于找出水合物合成过程的动力学影响因素,进而研究自然界沉积物中水合物的成藏过程。在定容条件下,以不同的过冷度进行甲烷水合物在沉积物中的合成实验。实验结果表明甲烷水合物在沉积物条件下的合成过程包括气液溶解、核化、生长、稳定4个阶段。在相同初始状态,不同过冷度条件下的水合物合成后系统状态均处在相平衡曲线上,而随着过冷度的减小,气体转换率和水合物的饱和度不断降低。通过实验数据回归得出在沉积物条件下过冷度与甲烷水合物诱导时间的经验关系式。通过对比发现,沉积物中水合物合成所需要的过冷度仅为2.5℃,大大低于不含沉积物的纯水体系

    石英砂中甲烷水合物渗透率实验与模型验证

    多孔介质渗透率是影响天然气水合物开采的重要物理参数,目前研究该参数所采用的测试手段和多孔介质差别很大,没有形成较为公认的实验手段和测量结果。为此,研制了含甲烷水合物多孔介质渗透率一维测试装置,利用该装置合成甲烷水合物,并在稳定流态条件下测量流入液态水的流体流量和压差;基于达西定律的基本原理,采用稳态法注水计算了30~40目石英砂中甲烷水合物体系的渗透率。结果表明:(1)该装置可以在稳定压力、温度的条件下,获得稳定流体流量和压差,满足达西定律的基本条件,进而计算出渗透率;(2)该装置可在渗透率试验中有效控制甲烷水合物饱和度,保证了含甲烷水合物石英砂渗透率测量的可靠性和可重复性;(3)甲烷水合物晶体在孔隙中心形成并逐渐生长,占据孔隙空间并阻碍流动通道,液相有效渗透率随甲烷水合物饱和度的增加而迅速降低;(4)Masuda模型、Dai模型和Li模型渗透率参数值分别为13.0、7.0和4.0时,其计算的渗透率与实验结果吻合良好。结论认为,该研究成果为含甲烷水合物的多孔介质中流体渗透率的量化,提供了实验数据和理论计算依据
