    Preceding Vehicle Detection Based on Multiple Scale Edge and Local Entropy

    摘 要:提出一种基于多尺度边缘和局部熵原理的前方车辆的检测算法。该算法利用车辆图像的边缘和纹理等视觉特征,根据摄像机参数得到远、 中、 近距离的三个尺度的图像,用一种改进的边缘检测算法分析每幅图像的边缘,得到车辆的感兴趣区域 ROI ,最后通过应用局部熵原理来排除错误的结果。对同一帧序列用文中算法和传统算法进行测试,文中算法提高了检测的正确率,并减少了误检的数量,该算法同时适用于静止和运动的车辆,并且对中远距离车辆有较好的检测效果。 Abstract :Presents a preceding vehicle detection algorithm based on multiple scale edge and local ent ropy. Use a combination of edge and texture features of vehicle images. Firstly , three kinds of range images are obtained according to the camera parameters , then these images are analyzed by an improved edge detection method and ROI are calculated. Those ROI are filtered by local ent ropy method and vehicles are located in original images. By same sequence , test this algorithm and other classic algorithms , these experiments illust rate the vehicle detection rate of this algorithm is higher and the error rate of this algorithm is lower than other algorithms.     Synthesis of Eu(BTF)_3phen and Study on Its Property

    采用常温搅拌法制备了配合物Eu(bTf)3PHEn(bTf=苯甲酰三氟丙酮,PHEn=邻菲罗啉),改善稀土铕配合物的荧光性能。对配合物的热稳定性和荧光性质进行了测定,结果表明其具有良好的热稳定性,在362 nM激发光激发下,能发射强烈的、来自于Eu3+离子的特征红光,最大发射峰在612 nM,半峰宽大约为8 nM。对邻菲罗啉中性配体进行了两种不同的分子修饰,荧光光谱测试表明,邻菲罗啉配体上引入不同数目的基基团,在一定程度上改善了Eu(bTf)3PHEn配合物的荧光性能。In order to improve the fluorescence properties of europium complex, Eu(BTF)3phen( BTF =Benzoyltrifluoroacetone, phen =o-phenanthroline) was synthesized by the method of stirring method at room temperature.The results showed that the complex has good thermal stability.The complex emitted a strong characteristic red light which was from Eu3 +under the exciting light of 362 nm.The maximum emission peak was at 612 nm.The full width at half maximum( FWHM) was 8 nm.Two different molecular modifications of the phenanthroline neutral ligands were carried out.The fluorescence spectra analysis showed that the fluorescent properties of Eu(BTF)3phen was improved by the introduction of different numbers of neighborhood groups onto the phenanthroline ligands

    微型铣刀外径视觉测量系统的照明设计

    为了满足微型铣刀外径视觉测量系统的照明需求,设计并制作了一种基于柯勒照明原理的平行光源。平行光源由白光lEd、孔径光阑和3组组合透镜组成,使用zEMAX对光路进行了仿真。设计并加工了多级可调金属圆筒机械结构,将光源各部分器件固定组合,光源总长为142 MM。搭建了微型铣刀外径视觉测量系统,并分别使用漫射背光光源和平行背光光源对铣刀进行照明成像。实验结果表明,平行背光照明提高了铣刀测量系统的测量精度,降低了铣刀的测量离差

    目的研究相对分子质量(Mr)18 000转运蛋白(TSPO)基因表达下调对脂多糖(lPS)诱导bV-2小胶质细胞分泌Tnf-α,Il-1β和Il-6的影响。方法以rnA干扰技术建立TSPO基因表达下调的细胞模型,实时荧光定量PCr(QrT-PCr)和WESTErn blOT法检测转染TSPO SIrnA bV-2细胞TSPO MrnA及蛋白水平表达的效果;用QrT-PCr法检测TSPO基因下调后小胶质细胞bV-2在lPS作用下分泌Tnf-α、Il-1β和Il-6的MrnA水平表达的情况;ElISA检测TSPO基因下调小胶质细胞bV-2在lPS作用下分泌Tnf-α、Il-1β和Il-6的蛋白水平表达的变化。结果成功建立了TSPO基因下调的细胞模型,稳定表达TSPO SIrnA细胞的TSPO MrnA和蛋白水平表达均明显下降,TSPO基因下调后bV-2细胞在lPS作用下分泌Tnf-α、Il-1β和Il-6的量无变化。结论下调TSPO的表达对lPS刺激引起的小胶质细胞Tnf-α、Il-1β和Il-6的分泌无明显影响。Objective To evaluate the effect of translocator protein( TSPO,Mr18 000) on the productions of TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 in lipopolysaccharide( LPS)-stimulated BV-2 cells.Methods RNA interference technique was used to decrease TSPO expression in BV-2 cells.Western blotting was performed to assess the level of TSPO protein in BV-2 cells transfected with TSPO siRNA.Then the mRNA and protein levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6 were measured in LPS-stimulated BV-2 cells by real-time quantitative PCR( qRT-PCR) and ELISA,respectively.Results The level of TSPO protein obviously decreased in BV-2 cells transfected with TSPO siRNA.However,knockdown of TSPO had no effect on the productions of TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 in LPS-stimulated BV-2 cells.Conclusion Down-regulated TSPO is not directly involved in regulating TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 productions induced by LPS in microglia.国家自然科学基金(81071182); 福建省医学创新项目(2009-CXB-46); 厦门大学生命科学学院细胞生物和肿瘤工程教育部重点实验室开发基金(2009101); 福建医科大学非直属附属医院科研发展专项基金(2008031

    [中文文摘]将结晶氯化铝与柠檬酸及淀粉等造孔剂混合,经直接干燥和焙烧制得了一种无定形活性氧化铝,并通过X射线粉末衍射、N2物理吸附及氨程序升温脱附等手段对活性氧化铝样品进行了表征,探讨了各组分对活性氧化铝样品性质所起的作用.与常规的活性氧化铝制备方法相比,这种制法省去了中和、老化、过滤和洗涤等步骤,缩短制备周期且过程容易控制.活性氧化铝具有适宜且可调节的比表面积和孔径分布,作为载体负载镍金属组分制成负载型催化剂后,对乙苯加氢饱和与加氢裂化表现出较高的催化活性.[英文文摘]A novel and simple method was developed to prepare alumina with suitable specific surface area and pore size distribution. First,AlCl3·6H2O and citric acid were heated without water in a water bath at 90 ℃ with stirring until a homogenous solution was obtained.Then starch was added into is solution.After the solution was dried at 110 ℃ and calcined at indicated temperature, activated alumina was obtained.The activated alumina was characterized by N2 adsorption,X-ray diffraction,and NH3 temperature-programmed desorption. Compared with the usual technology , this novel preparation did not include some steps such as aging , filtering , and washing. Moreover , the specific surface area and pore size distribution of the activated alumina could be controlled and modified by changing the preparation parameters.     Diatom diet selectivity by early post-larval abalone Haliotis diversicolor supertexta under hatchery conditions

    Benthic diatoms constitute the primary diet of abalone during their early stages of development.To evaluate the dietary preferences of early post-larval abalone,Haliotis diversicolor supertexta,we analyzed the gut contents of post-larvae that settled on diatom films.We compared the abundance and species diversity of diatom assemblages in the gut to those of the epiphytic diatom assemblages on the attachment films,and identified 40 benthic diatom species in the gut contents of post-larvae 12 to 24 d after settlement.The most abundant taxa in the gut contents were Navicula spp.,Amphora copulate,and Amphora coffeaeformis.Navicula spp.accounted for 64.0% of the cell density.In the attachment films,we identified 110 diatom species belonging to 38 genera.Pennate diatoms were the dominant members including the species Amphiprora alata,Cocconeis placentula var.euglypta,Cylindrotheca closterium,Navicula sp.2,and A.coffeaeformis.Nano-diatoms(<20 μm in length) accounted for a considerable proportion of the total species..

    Reactor model with cross-flow for aromatics catalytic hydrogenation

    [中文文摘]提出了一种抗硫中毒的芳烃加氢催化反应器模型,称之为交叉流反应器模型,把反应物料分为两股,其中含有噻吩的乙苯物料采用轴向连续流动方式由反应器进口进入催化剂床层,而氢气由铅直导管直接进入催化剂床层中,然后与乙苯物料混合。在氢气导管出口处形成含硫乙苯浓度低而氢气浓度高的特殊区域,因而硫对催化剂的中毒效应大幅度降低,整体上提高了乙苯加氢饱和反应效率。与传统轴向混合流反应器进行比较,在相同条件下交叉流反应器具有更好的整体加氢反应性能。分别建立了交叉流反应器与传统轴向混合流反应器模型,提出了两种反应器的催化反应转化率方程;利用此转化率方程,对实验数据进行处理,得到动力学参数,模型的计算结果与实验数据相吻合,也验证了在交叉流反应器中,硫的中毒效应明显减弱。[英文摘要]A novel reactor model named cross-flow reactor for aromatics catalytic hydrogenation was proposed.The reactants were divided into two flows:ethylbenzene with thiophene was introduced to the catalyst bed along the axial direction of the columnar reactor,while hydrogen was introduced into catalyst bed through a vertical pipe with openings.Because special areas with high H2 pressure and low H2S pressure were formed near these openings,the poisoning of catalyst by thiophene was substantially decreased,and consequently the reaction of et hylbenzene hydrogenation was improved as compared with the traditional reactor with mixed co-flow. Finally , kinetic models were established for this cross-flow reactor and the traditional reactor1And the conversion equations of these two reactors were given.By using these equations , the experiments data were fitted to obtain kinetics parameters. The calculation results agreed well with the experimental data.
