    Preparation and evaluation of insulin thiolated hyaluronic acid nanoparticles in vitro

    目的制备胰岛素巯基化透明质酸纳米粒(InSulIn THIOlATEd HyAlurOnIC ACId nAnOPArTIClES,InS-HA-CyS-nPS),考察纳米粒的理化性质。方法以合成的具有生物黏附性质的巯基化透明质酸作为载体,采用超声乳化法制备纳米粒,考察其外观、粒径、zETA电位、包封率、载药量,并进行其冻干制剂的冻干保护剂筛选。结果制备的InS-HA-CyS-nPS粒径均一,外观圆整;平均粒径为(178.5±0.8)nM,PdI为(0.214±0.013),zETA电位为-(38.47±0.46)MV,超滤离心法测定载药纳米粒的包封率为(48.85±0.66)%,载药量为(4.79±0.13)%;选择10%的甘露醇为冻干保护剂,复溶后得到具有蓝色乳光的粒径均一的纳米粒混悬液。结论巯基化透明质酸纳米粒是蛋白多肽类药物口服给药的潜在载体,为下一步研究胰岛素纳米粒在大鼠体内药效、药动学研究提供前提和基础。Objective To prepare insulin thiolated hyaluronic acid nanoparticles( Ins-HA-Cys-NPs) and study its physicochemical properties.Methods The Ins-HA-Cys-NPs was prepared by ultrasonic emulsifying method,and the properties of nanoparticles including morphology,mean diameter,Zeta potential,entrapment efficiency and drug loading efficiency were studied,as well as the cryoprotectant selection.Results The prepared nanoparticles was round in appearance and the mean diameter was( 178.5 ± 0.8) nm,the polydispersity index was( 0.214 ± 0.013) and the Zeta potential was-( 38.47 ± 0.46) mV,while the entrapment efficiency was( 48.85 ± 0.66) %,drug loading efficiency was( 4.79 ± 0.13) %; 10%mannitol as cryoprotectant provided uniform and well dispersed suspension of nanoparticles with blue opalescence after redispersion.Conclusion The thiolated hyaluronic acid nanoparticles may be used as the carrier for oral drug delivery system of insulin,and it provides a basis for studies on rats in vivo.福建省自然科学基金(2012J05159

    Visual Attention Computational Model Based on Tracking Target

The Itti model has the complex and slow computation, so it reduces computation to monitor the focus of attention through tracking the focus of attention. It uses the similarity between the adjacent frames,establishes the color histogram, selects the maximum similarity as predicable model, and gets position of the focus of attention in the next fame.     海洋微型生物碳泵储碳机制及气候效应

    本論文中,我們探討場效電晶體技術發展中三種重要的議題:鍺通道蕭基位能障電晶體、高介電常數介電質、應力效應。藉由在矽基板上成長一層磊晶鍺,並在鍺上面成長矽保護層,如此的結構可實現鍺通道;而源/汲極則使用鉑金屬來形成P型電晶體的蕭基位能障。我們使用一道光罩的製程來製作元件,並且在實驗上有一些初步的成果。這邊提供一些有用的概念以及參數的調整使製程的實行能夠更加完善。 Hafnium oxide (HfO2) 和hafnium-silicate (HfxSi1-xO2) 是我們用來研究高介電常數介電質電性研究的兩種材料。他們都可滿足在與SiO2相同等效氧化層厚度下,有較低的漏電流。介電常數隨著Hafnium濃度比例的增加而增加。另外,我們也成長HfO2在矽/鍺/矽基板上,從C-V的量測中可發現有一反曲點的存在,說明了在磊晶鍺量子井中有電洞被限制住。 我們建構了一種機制來施加外在的伸展應力。在應力之下,量測金氧半電容元件的平帶電壓的移動,可以觀察到矽的導電帶往下移動以及價電帶往上移動。In this thesis, three important topics for discussion for advancement of metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) technology were studied, which are germanium channel Schottky-barrier MOSFETs, high-k dielectrics, and strain-induced effects. Germanium channel was implemented by using Si-cap/epi-Ge/Si substrate and Platinum (Pt) was deposited as metal Schottky-barrier source/drain of p-type MOSFETs. The devices were fabricated by one mask process and there were some elementary results in experiment. Some useful concepts and adjustments were also provided to improve the performance of the process. Hafnium oxide (HfO2) and hafnium-silicate (HfxSi1-xO2) were the materials for research about the electrical properties of high-k dielectrics. They fill the request about lower leakage current at the same equivalent oxide thickness (EOT) as compared with SiO2. The dielectric constant increases with the increase of Hf concentration. The C-V curve of growing HfO2 on the Si-cap/epi-Ge/Si substrate shows a shoulder to prove holes confinement in epi-Ge quantum well. We brought up a mechanical setup to apply external tensile strain.     Collision-Optimized Stateless Geographic Forwarding Protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks

    在无状态地理转发协议中,发送节点的下一跳转发节点由当前时刻所有适合的候选节点竞争产生。候选节点在发回CTS报文竞争转发权时存在较高的冲突概率,严重影响协议性能。针对CTS冲突问题,本文提出了一种新的无状态地理转发协议,允许发送节点在RTS报文中将近期使用过的若干转发节点显式指定为首选转发节点。当RTS发出后,若存在命中的首选转发节点,则可完全避免CTS冲突,而当所有首选转发节点皆未命中时,仍可由竞争方式产生转发节点。协议中同时给出了一种高效的CTS冲突解决算法。理论分析和仿真实验证明了该协议相对于已有同类协议的优越性
