    Effects of Kandelia candel Mangrove Restoration on Soil Physical, Chemical and Biochemical Parameters in Jiulong River Estuary

    红树林生态系统中存在明显的分带现象,影响其分带的因素包括自身因素和环境因素。自身因素主要有繁殖方式的差异、繁殖体散布能力(包括大小、形状、漂浮性等)和定植能力(如根萌时间等)、繁殖体能量积累(从花到成熟繁殖体单位质量的能量增加值)、幼苗解剖和生理学特征。环境因素主要有土壤理化条件(如盐度、氧化还原状况、pH、硫含量)和生物因素(动物啃食、种间竞争)。上述每种因素在特定的区域都有可能成为影响红树林分带的主要因素。It is obvious that the mangrove forest ecosystem has zonation phenomenon, and the factors influencing mangrove zonation including inherent and environmental factors. Inherent factors include the difference in reproduction types, dispersal capacity of propagule (size, shape, buoyancy, etc.) and anchoring ability (such as rooting time), propagule energy accumulation (increasing energy per unit mass from flower to mature propagule), anatomical and physiological characteristics of seedlings. Environmental factors include soil physiochemical conditions (salinity, redox, pH and sulfur content) and bio-factors (animal predation, interspecific competition).     On-line calculation and analysis of heat efficiency of circulating fluidized bed boiler unit

    提出一种基于正平衡方法的热效率在线计算方法:通过在线采集锅炉运行中主蒸汽、给水、一二次风等锅炉运行参数,计算锅炉有效利用能量和输入能量,实现热效率的在线计算;采用福建某135 t/h工业CFB锅炉发电机组现场数据进行仿真计算,仿真结果验证了算法的有效性。在此基础上采用正交试验设计方法分析影响CFB锅炉热效率的影响因素;由于工业现场采样的操作数据难以得到各个因素不同水平下的热效率的对应值,故首先采用工业数据和热效率计算数据建立基于LM-BP算法的人工神经网络热效率预测模型。根据模型预测数据设计正交试验,结果表明对于该锅炉风煤比、主汽压力和炉床温度对该锅炉热效率的影响最大。最后进行工业调优试验,试验结果验证了分析结果并初步实现了锅炉热效率的在线优化。A new method of on-line calculation of heat efficiency of circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFB Boiler) was proposed.Based on some measurable operation parameters,including pressure,temperature and the flow rates of main steam,water and primary and secondary air,which were collected online,input energy and the utilization of energy in effect could be deduced respectively,and then heat efficiency could be calculated.Using the plant-site data from a 135 t/h CFB boiler unit in Fujian,the online calculation of heat efficiency was simulated and the result of industrial simulation indicated that this method was accurate and effective.Furthermore,orthogonal experiment was performed to analyze seven factors which contributed to heat efficiency of CFB boiler.Because it is hard to get corresponding data on the orthogonal layout,a Levenberg-Marquardt(LM)_back propagation(BP) algorithm-based predictive model was established by using the data collected from plant-site and on-line calculation model.The result of orthogonal experiment indicated that air/coal ratio,main steam pressure and boiler firebox temperature were key factors.The result was validated by the industrial optimization experiment.This method will help on-line optimal operation of the CFB boiler.福建省科技计划重点项目(2005H044

    气包压力与气包水位是确定锅炉是否安全稳定运行的重要参数,其中气包水位又是锅炉主要控制参量之一,要实现给水的自动调节,就必须掌握其动态特性。建立循环流化床(CFB)锅炉蒸发区动态模型,对研究锅炉的动态特性和确定控制策略具有重要意义。本文在分析前人工作的基础上,建立了新的简化的锅炉蒸发区的动态数学模型.利用所建模型对气包的动态特性进行了仿真研究,结果证实了模型的有效性。Drum pressure and water-level are the critical issues for normal operating condition of drum boiler,and the level is one of the main controlled variables of the boiler.In order to control it,its dynamic characteristics must be obtained.CFBB dynamic model of evaporation zone was developed to research boiler behavior and design control system.Based on the previous results in open literature,a new and simplified model of evaporation zone was developed.Finally,the model was used to do simulation,the results showed the model was valid.福建省自然科学基金计划资助,项目批准号:E071002

    Measurement and Evaluation of the Nutrient Situation in Soil of the Main Orchards of Putian

    通过对莆田华亭、常太、西天尾三地果园土壤营养状况的实验测定和分析评价,初步掌握了三大名果龙眼、枇杷、荔枝生长的土壤环境质量现状与存在问题。结果表明:莆田果园土壤普遍偏酸,有机质不足;普遍严重缺氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K),且氮、磷、钾比例失调;硼(B)、镁(Mg)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)元素缺乏;龙眼园和荔枝园钙(Ca)含量不足。根据实验分析结果进一步提出改良建议,为莆田果园绿色果品生产和可持续发展提出了理论依据,为果农、有关决策管理部门及科研机构提供了莆田果园土壤肥力的参考资料。Through measurement and evaluation of nutrient situation of soil in Huating、Changtai、Xitianwei,the condition and problem of the soil of longan,loquat and lichee could be investigated. The results indicated that the soil was too acid comparing to the normal condition,lack of organic matter,and generally even serious lack of the element of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium. Meanwhile nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium were disproportional. The element of B、Mg、Cu、Zn are deficient. The element of Ca in longan and lichee orchards was not sufficient.     针对具有多维非线性和纯滞后特性的循环流化床锅炉燃烧过程,采用基于PLS学习算法和OLS学习算法的径向基函数(RBF)神经网络进行建模研究。首先通过循环流化床锅炉仿真平台产生用于建模实验的网络训练数据和泛化数据,然后分别采用OLS算法和PLS算法进行网络训练和泛化研究,最后讨论了影响建模结果的算法参数及其选取方法,重点讨论了PLS算法的4个网络参数的影响和选取。与基于小波网络的建模实验比较,对具有复杂特性的循环流化床锅炉燃烧过程,采用RBF网络建模在保证建模精度的同时,算法参数的选取也较为方便易行。To get a online dynamic model of the combustion process of Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB)Boiler which was difficult to be modeling because of its complex characteristics such as non-linear,time-delay,time-variation and multidimensional,the RBF net- work based on the PLS arithmetic and the OLS arithmetic was adopted.The data used as the network training samples and the data used in the generalization test of the network was produced by a CFB Boiler simulation system.The network training and generalization study was done by means of PLS arithmetic and OLS arithmetic individually.The arithmetic parameters,especially the parameters of PLS a- rithmetic were discussed to study their influence and selected methods.Contrasting to the online dynamic model of this process which was credited by the wavelet network,the model put forward in this paper keep the same precision and is more easily to select the pa- rameters in the modeling.福建省科技计划重点项目(2005H044

    Biological process of phosphorus turnover in surface water body of Xiamen Harbor. Ⅱ:Grazing pressure of copepod on phytoplankton

    为了解桡足类在磷的生物地球化学循环中的作用,于2005年5、8、11月和2006年3月分别在厦门时间序列站(XMTS)采用肠道色素法,研究了桡足类对浮游植物的现场摄食率,同步分析了桡足类的种类组成和数量变化,进而得到桡足类群体对浮游植物的摄食率.结果表明:厦门港桡足类对浮游植物的年平均摄食率为55.53μg.m-3.d-1;其中秋季最高,为108.98μg.m-3.d-1,夏季最低,为7.18μg.m-3.d-1.根据试验数据估算,厦门港桡足类对浮游植物现存量的摄食压力四季平均为1.81,春、夏、秋、冬分别为3.22、0.06、3.52和0.46.To understand the roles of copepod in the biogeochemical cycling of phosphorus,gut fluorescence method was applied to examine in situ the grazing rate of copepod on the phytoplankton in Xiamen Time Station(XMTS) in May,August and November 2005 and March 2006.In the meanwhile,the abundance and species composition of copepod were investigated,and the grazing pressure of copepod on the phytoplankton was estimated.The results showed that the annual average grazing rate of copepod was 55.53 μg·m-3·d-1,being the highest(108.98 μg·m-3·d-1) in autumn and the lowest(7.18 μg·m-3·d-1) in summer.Based on the estimation from our experimental data,the daily grazing rate of copepod populations on the phytoplankton in Xiamen Harbor was,on annual average,about 1.81% of the phytoplankton's standing stock,with the values in spring,summer,autumn,and winter being 3.22%,0.06%,3.52% and 0.46%,respectively.国家自然科学基金资助项目(40376021
