    本稿はネオ・リアリズム、コンストラクティヴィズムとネオクラシカル・リアリズムという三つの理論的分析視点から日本のパブリック・ディプロマシー(広報文化外交)の概念変容を概観し、その変化の理由を検証した。本稿の検証からわかるように、外交環境の変化だけでなく、国内政治、経済の変化及びそれらの変化に対する認識を分析射程に入れるネオクラシカル・リアリズムの視点を用いることにより、広報文化外交の概念変容をより重層的に説明することができるのである。This article analyzed the Public Diplomacy (PD) of Japan, by focus on the discourses of Japanese political elites and foreign policy experts through the perspectives of realism, constructivism, and neo-classical realism. PD has been recognized as an important asset to enhance soft power and influence for Japan in the Cold war, and Post-Cold war era. The concept of Japan's PD, been changed not only for enhancing the relationships with the US and neighboring Asian countries, but also for coping with the new competition with "rivals" such as China. This suggests that the development of Japan's PD cannot be described only in the context of balance of power or simply by learning effect. This article argues that the view of neo-classical realism is effective to comprehend Japan's PD. Japanese elites' perceptions of the international and domestic environment are the essential factor that has changed the concept of Japan's PD.論説(Article)application/pdfdepartmental bulletin pape

    Japanese Character Input Auxiliary Method by Character Strokes

    The input system of the Japanese mainly is constructed on the kana character input or Japanese Roman alphabet input by Japanese Pronunciation. This system is difficult to operat for the foreign Japanese beginner who does not understand Japanese pronunciation, especially the pronunciation of the kanji's. In this paper in order to overcome the difficulty, we propose the system which support the kanji strokes input auxiliary method (the JCSIM). We built the Japanese input system using this JCSIM method. We performed the experiment to evaluate this system by three foreign Japanese beginners. The results showed that the time to input Japanese sentence was decreed by using this JCSIM proposed here compared with the normally Roman alphabet inputting method.departmental bulletin pape

    管柱層析與抗溶結晶純化枸杞玉米黃素棕櫚酸酯及對視網膜上皮色素細胞株增生作用

    本研究以超音波萃取及管柱層析搭配超臨界流體抗溶結晶程序,於寧夏枸杞果粒中萃取純化出生化活性物質玉米黃素酯,並製備高純度抗氧化奈米粉粒體。首先,經管柱層析純化超音波丙酮萃取物,接續乙醇液態抗溶二氯甲烷溶液,單離出98.3 %玉米黃素酯。另外,以管柱層析超音波攪拌丙酮萃出物,結合超臨界二氧化碳抗溶結晶乙酸乙酯溶液,獲得玉米黃素酯的濃度可由72.75 mg/g 提升至931.5 mg/g。乙醇液態抗溶結晶玉米黃素酯的回收率為25.2 %,超臨界二氧化碳抗溶結晶的回收率可達到64.9 %。超臨界二氧化碳抗溶結晶實驗設計的結果顯示,進料濃度及進料流速,是影響沉澱物中玉米黃素酯純度及超臨界二氧化碳抗溶結晶產生葉狀奈米顆粒主要因子。此高純度的玉米黃素酯溶於含有二甲基亞碸水溶液,經體外細胞實驗顯示仍具有保護人類視網膜色素上皮細胞被氧化傷害的能力(存活率由22 %增加到31%);與抗氧化活性極高的玉米黃素(存活率由43 %增加到94 %)相比,效果較低。 英文摘要 This study employed ultrasonic extraction, column elution fractionation and supercritical carbon dioxide anti-solvent recrystallization in preparing the pured nano-sized zeaxanthin dipalmitate (ZDP) from Lycium barbarum fruits. Column fractionation of ultrasonic acetone extract coupled with supercritical carbondioxide anti-ethyl acetate solution ehanced amount of ZDP from 72.75 mg/g in the acetone extract to 931.5 mg/g in the SAS precipitates. The ZDP recovered at 25.2% and 64.9 % from Lycium barbarum fruits individually by liquid anti-solvent and by supercritical anti-solvent recrystallization. Experimental design by response surface method showed that feed concentration and feed flow rate are important on the purification and the preparation of leaf type nano-sized ZDP containing particles. These purified ZDP precipitates in aqueous dimethyl sulfoxide solution exhibited anti-oxidative abilities on proliferating human adult retinal pigment epithelial cells (viability from 22% to 31%), though it was a meager increase compared to those of zeaxanthin (viability from 43% to 94%)
