    从福建漳州浯屿岛和漳州浮宫海岸潮间带采集到的10种海藻中分离到66株海藻真菌,采用MTT法对其发酵液乙酸乙酯抽提物的抗肿瘤活性进行检测,发现34株菌株对KB和/或Raji肿瘤细胞具有显著的抑制活性,占供测菌株的52%.其中对KB细胞有抑制作用的菌株有21株,对Raji细胞有抑制作用的菌株有30株,对两种肿瘤细胞均有抑制作用的菌株有17株,分别占活性菌株的62%、88%和50%.实验结果表明,海藻真菌是潜在的抗肿瘤药物资源.Algicolous fungi refer to those fungi which distribute on the surface or inside of algae. Although almost one-third of all known higher marine fungi are associated with algae, algicolous fungi are relatively little investigated. Therefore, in this investigation, we focused on screening algicolous fungi for antitumor, activity and prepare for the future research of bioactive metabolizes. Ten marine algae samples investigated in this study were originated from different intertidal zones of Fujian Province, China. From those algae,sixty-six strains of algicolous fungi were isolated by using selective medium. Those fungi were cultured on PD medium and GPY medium. Organic extracts were screened by the way of MTT( Methyl Thiazolyltetrazolium). As a result,thirty-four strains of the fungi show antitumor activity .The ratio of such active fungi to total offered fungi is 52%. In those fungi, twenty-one strains of fungi demonstrated antitumor activity against KB cell,thirty against Raji cell and seventeen against both KB cell and Raji cell. The ratio of such fungi to total fungi with antitumor activity is 62%,88%and 50% individually. Furthermore, four fungal extracts, namely (G)SCH1,(P)B2, (P)LC13 and(P)LC4, were chosen to study theIC_(50) against Raji cell. The value of them is 80 μg/mL,35 μg/mL,20 μg/mL and 40 μg/mL respectively.     引入氧硅比的概念,阐述等离子体熔融玻璃化技术中玻璃体的形成机理,并且用实验加以验证。使用30kW直流等离子体电弧炉研究影响重金属固定效率的主要因素,按照正交实验表L16(44×23)安排实验,考察氧硅比、碱基度、重金属浓度、处理温度、处理时间、飞灰种类和物料形态共7种因素的影响作用。实验结果表明:对重金属As、Pb、Zn,处理温度和重金属浓度的影响作用最为显著,随着温度升高固定效率下降,随着重金属浓度的升高,固定效率先升高再降低,并在重金属浓度6000mg.kg-1时出现极大值;对重金属Cr,7种因素影响作用都很小。把玻璃化过程分为4个阶段,其中初期的挥发段是重金属的主要挥发阶段

    以中国科学院近代物理研究所正在研制的轴对称磁透镜为例,设计了两种结构的轴对称磁透镜:带屏蔽铁壳的螺线管透镜和极靴形状为锥形的Glaser透镜。带屏蔽铁壳的螺线管透镜产生的轴对称磁场比较均匀,而极靴形状为锥形的Glaser透镜产生的轴对称磁场比较集中。分别采用了两种物理模型计算磁场,同时应用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行数值模拟,最后从物理和工程角度对这两种透镜作了全面比较,得出带屏蔽铁壳的螺线管透镜结构更符合设计要求
